Montway Auto Transport

I bough a car from Florida and move it to Texas.  After searching around, I found Montway Auto Transport and read their review.  I log into their site and chat with an online person before I decided to book with them.  Once booked, they send an emailed of another company that will do the transfer.  My car is low so I was really concern during the transfer.  Overall, my car was delivered earlier than expect and was in a good shape.  I happy with the overall experience and will use them again in the future but I would like to have more option as far as picking the company that actually doing the move.

Montway Auto Transport did what they said they would: delivered my Jeep across the country in good condition quickly and for a fair price.  Their agents communicated well and the driver was courteous and helpful.  They delivered it faster than originally planned, which caused some problems at pickup because I was not in the state yet; the driver was flexible in working out a solution to this problem.  I liked that they allowed me to pay for a carbon offset.  Overall I had a good experience and the price was less than the cost of gas and maintenance would have been to drive the Jeep from CO to VA.

Service cost: $850

Car was damaged upon loading, damaged additionally upon unloading, inexperianced truck driver took 3 hours to unload.  No communication with the driver that he was on his way to pick up the car, nor that he was running behind getting it to me for delivery.  He used scap pieces of wood to bridge between sections of the trailer getting the car off.  Car rode so  poorly to me that when recieved, it would not start and was found out at the mechanics that a wire had worn against a bracket which was causing a 125 amp fuse blown.  200$ later..not to mention the damage to the front bumper.  Not happy.

Service cost: $825

The process was quick and easy. The website was easy to use and explained things well on the events that would occur. The service was outstanding as my car was delivered the very next day. I tried prior using a different company and it had poor communication and my car was never picked up So the fact that Montway process was so easy I have to give it 5 stars for it process and service.    Thanks again for keeping things simple and making the transition happen easily. I have had very bad experiences with car transport companys in the past.  Recently I needed to get my car from Texas to Maryland and I was unable to drive it myself.  I found Montway auto transport was rated very high by the BBB and gave them a call.  A guy named Eddie answered righ away and was so friendly and knowledgable.  It took longer to order a pizza last week then for him to set up my car transport.  The quote I got online was honored and never changed and was the cheapest I found anywhere.  The driver (Geno) who came to pick up my vehicle was early, called hours before and asked ME what a good time was becuase I was working.  He was so nice and made me laugh during this stressful time.  He made sure I was comfortable with everything and explained the next few steps of his journey with my car.  I had direct contact with Geno the whole time and he actually answered when I called lol. When he arrived in Maryland, he found a way to get his truck right up to my parents driveway (not an easy road to travel on)  so my mom did not have to walk down the street.  My mom called me after he left and said he was one of the nicest people she ever met.  I would definatly use Montway and Geno again without a doubt and If I could give them 100 stars I would..  and no I do not work for them :) i believe that outstanding customer service should be noted especially in todays technology driven world. .

Professional job: the driver was nice and seemed very sensitive of his work. I would refer them to anybody that needs to move a vehicle that is precious to them. The overal price was very competitive at 1250 usd. The driver ran into bad weather and was a day late but he kept me posted on the new time of delivery. The driver was also very patient with me because I was an hour late on meeti g him due to the change of delivery date. Again, I will definitely use their services in the near future. Thanks again!

Despite my vehicle being in a difficult, out of the way location, Montway found a driver willing and able to take on the job. The time frame they provided me was adhered to perfectly both for pickup and delivery, and the driver was professional and capable. 
The cost was perfectly reasonable considering how far they had to drive.
I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone moving their vehicle. My 1966 Volvo P1800 arrived without a scratch and ready to drive!

This is the second time I have used Montway. I was trying to get a lower price on this move, so I originally signed with another transport company (Creative Rides). This company promised pick up and delivery in the time framed that I needed. However, they never picked up the car!  I than called Eddie at Montway and he was professional and honest regarding a reasonable time frame to get a car from MA to MN. Eddie kept me updated at to the new pick up date and time. It cost a bit more, but at I knew what to expect and when to expect it.  I will always use Montway because of their professionalism and honesty. They are worth the few extra dollars!!
