I am very disturbed by the way I'm being treated . This is very unexceptable !! Lee was the customer service rep that was helping set up the sale & now that they have MORE THAN half of the money she wants nothing to do with us . In the beginning she would help answer any question , and now it's he total opposite SMH!! She explained that the total price set wouldn't change & that they price match . That was a big FAT lie . TINA the Manager is the worst ! She has NO sympathy at all . They couldn't tell me if my stuff had left or not , when it would arrive NOTHING . It's really crazy to me because when I was giving them money everything was cool & now the tables have turned . I would NEVER recommend them to any ONE. They are FRAUDS & LIERS . I'll respond more when I receive my stuff.

Super excellent move!! I found the number one moving company that provided all facilities as I needed. My last move took place on my birth day. It was 14th January, the most memorable day of my life! I passed my birthday with some professional guys who helped me to pack, wrap and shift every furniture. It was so busy day for us. But the all things happened without error. Me and my full family members started the move before afternoon. Truly said I was very nervous and worried about my furniture and antique items because my experience regarding the movers issue was not good. During the moving procedure, I celebrated my birth day by cutting a cake which was planned by my family and the movers also enjoyed the party. There was lots of gossip, fun, jocks that made my move so amazing!! But doing all these things never made the move slow. I received my belongings at due time. They are really real professional mover.

Watch Out!
To anyone planning a long distance move I say, make sure you get a “binding” quote with a “not-to-exceed” clause. Moving companies who will give you one of these may be more pricy sounding but they will save you money over dishonest “low-ball” movers like Xtreme (and they are by no means the exception).
My wife and I recently moved from Massachusetts to Florida using Xtreme Moving Co. of New Jersey (there are firms with name in other states with even worse reviews). Let me be fair by saying that the men who did the actual packing and unpacking were professional, respectful and our furniture was picked up and delivered pretty much as scheduled.
The problem began after the truck was loaded with our belongings. The driver/supervisor presented me with a new total cost that was 75% higher than the price quoted me by Lee at the Xtreme office when we agreed to the contract. I had a money order ready for the agreed upon half of the quote but now needed to come with another $1200!! I was both amazed and infuriated. We had the choice between accepting revised quote or having them unload the truck and rescheduling our entire move plan. Their excuse was that our belongings took up that much more cubic feet on the truck than was estimated from our inventory list. Our list was simple, average for a two bedroom apartment and quite accurate.
I wrote a letter after the move complaining of this outrageous low-ball method of bilking the customer but received no satisfaction whatever from my letter—only more “explanation.” I sent a copy of my letter to the BBB of NJ and followed with a formal complaint. They told me they would be on the lookout for other complaints about this company.

Overall great experience using this company! Helped me and my mother in law with move, packing and unpacking. Took good care in wrapping my mom in laws antique trinkets and collectors items! The pricing was in our budget, and I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. Everything was carefully wrapped and boxed which made it a breeze when unpacking. Not one item was scratched or damaged and that was of most importance as some of the items were collectors dated back to when my mom in law was a child. Appreciated their effort to keep us satisfied during the move, will definately recommend them and use their service again.

I moved from NJ to CO in October 2015. They start you off by a low ball Binding Moving Estimate. My estimate was $4100. Plus they never even came to do the estimate even though I requested it. But they said don't worry we do this all the time and our quotes are solid and good. SCAM SCAM. After I booked with them and the day of the move the driver says you are going to be over the limit. Then they say you will have to pay more. this is after they have packed and loaded the truck. They charged an extra $1950. Then on the delivery they said that the driver will call with updates as to where he is and when he expects to make the delivery. He never called me I had to call and get his number and call me. On top of that you could not even understand the driver. I called the manager to complain about this and they said they will look into it and get back to me. The driver also did not put any of my furniture back together, so I had to do that as well. As of today 1/17/2016 I am still yet to get a response from the company about how they overcharge after the fact. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are a SCAM.

My best friend was finally moving back home from New Jersey and I came up there to help her with the move. Boy did she have a lot of things. Far too much for just two small women to handle. We looked online for some moving companies and decided to go with Xtreme Movers. They were fantastic! Arrived on time and they helped load everything! We didn't even have to lift a finger. I was so surprised how caring and thoughtful they were of her belongings. They loaded up the truck super quickly and had us out of her house in record time. Too bad Xtreme Movers isn't in my home town! We more more than satisfied with their service! Thank you!

Superb customer service experience. I am currently transitioning from Bklyn to PA with my family. I requested a quote for the entire move of a 4 bedroom apartment. Approximate budget for a full service long distance move will be about 2000 - accurate inventory form will determine exact quote. The company provides excellent accommodations. There is no pressure which is great. Although I am in Bklyn, I have been disappointed with other Bklyn movers that seem to be asking for more and almost demanding the business. This company is very comfortable to speak to and attentive to your details.

Our family has to move often due to the nature of my husband's job. This adds a lot of stress and worry to our life. A year ago we had to move from Toronto to Washington, and this time we had to move from Washington to New York. We have had some negative experiences with moving companies and were very careful in researching and selecting our movers. It took us a few days of searching online and making phone calls to ask questions, to decide to select Xtreme Movers. We sure are glad we chose them! Those strong guys arrived on time to our home, packed everything with care, lifted everything without difficulty, and loaded it on the truck gently, without a thump or a bang. I was a bit worried about our new piano. It is rather heavy and we didn't want it damaged. But the guys had no difficulty and knew exactly what to do and how to load it on the truck. I am happy to report to you that all our belongings arrived to our new home without a scratch or a dent. The movers carried everything carefully to our home, unpacked and placed every item where we told them to, and best of all: our new piano arrived in perfect shape-not a scratch! I was so relieved. My husband tipped the guys for going the extra mile, doing such a great job for us. The next time we move, we sure are going to call Xtreme Movers. They turned the heavy chore of moving to our new home into a smooth and pleasant experience.
