They packed the truck so well that stopping at my storage unit was easy, and they even helped consolidate items from one unit into another, which is saving me money. After the move, they went above and beyond by unloading items from my car too

Would definitely recommend them to anyone

These guys did a great job from start to finish. The move ended up being much more difficult than expected, with stairs, tight turns, heavy items, and some challenging access at both locations, but they stuck with it and got the entire job done.

I really appreciate them going the extra mile to make sure everything was moved safely and completed.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hardworking and reliable moving crew!

Only used professional movers a couple of times, but this team was by far the best! Brent, Lance, and Daniel were hard-working, extremely courteous and very patient as we had to make some changes on the fly with where things were going to go in our new home. There’s a chance we’ll be moving some stuff again in the near future, and I will not hesitate to call X Van Lines LLC

They were fast, friendly and efficient. They arrived on the job in a timely manner and got right to work. They were both kind and considerate, and very pleasant to interact with. I deeply appreciate the care and thoroughness they both displayed, and the cheerful manner that the approached the heavy awkward lifting we requested.

Thank you for a great moving experience!

They arrived on time, and packed everything super carefully - not just major things but every little thing. Corners/edges wrapped, loose items carefully stowed into bigger boxes. I had tricky narrow flights of stairs and they would be mindful of taking the dolly down with help so it wouldn’t jostle too much. Little details like that make all the difference. José, Art, and Mike were great! Super nice and efficient, and everything got done perfectly. The company also does temporary storage and it was perfect to be able to do it all with them. Thank you for a great moving experience!
- The movers were punctual and worked efficiently from start to finish.

The movers were punctual and worked efficiently from start to finish. They handled all my belongings with care and ensured everything was protected. The team was professional and courteous throughout the process. I appreciated their attention to detail and how smoothly everything went. Joseph made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Worst experience I have ever had.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I disclosed the full scope of the move from the beginning: three large bedrooms full of packed boxes (floor to ceiling), detailed furniture inventories, and photos and videos of the contents. The company reviewed this information multiple times and adjusted the estimate accordingly. Despite that, when the movers arrived, I was told the shipment would require substantially more space and that the price would increase by thousands of dollars beyond the quoted amount.

What concerns me most was that these increases occurred only after the deposit had been paid and moving day had arrived, leaving me with very limited alternatives. As a result, I canceled the move and requested a deposit refund, which was promptly denied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would advise consumers to carefully research reviews and understand all cancellation and pricing terms before booking. I have since found several complaints online for very similar issues. I have also filed formal complaints with the FMSCA, BBB and CA State Attorney General.
- I did sign the paperwork “signed under protest’ and paid the $450

XVan Lines- Poor Communication and Customer Service

  • When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410.

  • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket.

  • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem.

  • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to…
