I had a huge move from NJ to TN. White Glove was incredible every step of the way. Their quote was right on, no surprises. Their packers were very careful, and at the same time, very kind and listened to all of my needs. Their movers on the pick up and delivery( which were right on time) were hard working, careful, considerate. Their unpackers were perfect. Nothing broken. I very rarely leave reviews, but for White Glove, I had to. Also, everyone I spoke with at the main office, and the dispatchers, were nice, professional, and caring.
Moving can be so stressful, but White Glove helped make it a much more pleasurable experience. Thank you White Glove.

White Glove is above and beyond the competition!  Mine was an interstate move but this company took the stress out of it.  My fragile items were carefully wrapped and the moving team had the strength and experience to get heavier items out of every room without damage to furnishings or walls.  This company showed up when promised, worked continuously and delivered promptly.  These are professionals!  I have recommended White Glove to others who also experienced their professionalism and capability.

Thank you to the office and whole crew at White Glove Movers and Storage. Our entire experience has been a smooth and pleasant ride. We had many things being moved to our new home and many things being put into storage. The crew came in and easily assessed what went where, professionally wrapped what needed to be wrapped, and loaded the trucks. Delivery of the items to our new home went without a hitch, and all things arrived in their original condition and were placed in their respective rooms. White Glove made our move seem so easy! Thanks to all!

The guys at White Glove were very professional, careful, and speedy!  They moved our entire home in under 7 hours!  The only complaint I could give is that they should have warned us before taking the crib apart that they are not allowed to put it back together.. I would have rather done it all myself had I known, so I could remember how to put it back together myself.  Other than that, they did a great job and left the old house without a scratch, and were very careful in the new house. Thanks, I would definitely use them again.

I am very happy with my experience with White Glove! Tyrone, Ricardo and John were an excellent packing and loading team. I was very apprehensive about the move, which entailed moving my things to storage for 3 weeks then moving into a new place. Tyrone really allayed those fears and handled the crews very competently.
The move from storage into my new house was also handled very well by Tyrone and John. Unfortunately for me Ricardo wasn't available but Saul was a good pinch hitter. I did have damage to a glass shelf but Lisa in customer service handled my claim very quickly with a great friendly attitude.
All in all I would definitely recommend White Glove and will use them again if I ever move. Thanks--Susan Kindya.

We are very pleased with the service that White Glove Moving provided. They moved the contents of our 5 bedroom home into storage carefully and professionally. We researched 8 different moving companies and are fortunate to have chosen White Glove. The deciding factor guiding our choice of movers had much to do with the estimator from White Glove who came to our home, Ralph. He was very courteous and professional but most importantly he had extensive experience doing the actual moving labor like packing, loading, unloading, assembly, etc. His estimation of labor hours, packing materials and storage space needed was perfect. Therefore, not only was the White Glove estimate lower than most of the other estimates we received, but it left no room for “surprise” additional costs at the end, like many others had.

Next we spoke with Arthur at the White Glove office to schedule and book the move. Arthur was very patient and informative, taking care to answer all of the many questions I had, reassuring me of this company’s experience and professionalism.

A few days before the move we received a call from Sam at White Glove to confirm the move date and other details. In the meantime, Ralph and Arthur were continually available to us whenever we had questions. Approaching moving day we had no concerns, convinced we chose the right company to handle our antiques, fragile items and all the things in our home representing 40 years of family memories.

The first moving day went perfectly. The moving team consisted of a foreman, Ali, and four other men, Arsenio, Max, Ferhit and Jack. All of them were incredibly hard working, stopping only briefly to quench their thirst during a very hot and humid pair of days. Ali coordinated everything, assigning tasks and performing some of the more complicated packing jobs. Max carefully packaged our most fragile crystal, china and collectibles. Arsenio expertly loaded, organized and packed the trailer truck. Ferhit, Jack and Ali efficiently brought all of the contents from the house to the truck, including about 150 boxes of items. It was impressive to watch Ferhit and Jack carry so many boxes, many of them full of books, so quickly, carefully and efficiently. Everyone did a phenomenal job.

The second moving day went perfectly. The same moving team met us at the storage facility 2 hours south. Arsenio expertly maneuvered the tractor/trailer right next to the door leading to our storage unit and the team began unloading all of the contents immediately. While Arsenio brought things to the back of the truck, Ali, Jack and Ferhit transported them inside the facility where Max was waiting to expertly organize and pack them into the storage unit. Everything was done in quick order, professionally, carefully with no problems, dropped or damaged items.

To top it all off, we received a refund check in the mail for about 16% of the original estimate! Ralph told me if the estimate turned out to be high, we would get money back, and he was right. Some of the refunded costs probably had to do with additional preparation we did before White Glove arrived; boxing many of the items and bringing most of the boxes to the first floor near the front door. However I am sure much of the savings is due to how quickly and efficiently the moving team was. We could not be more pleased. We highly recommend White Glove Moving and plan to use them again in November when we move our items from storage into our new home.

We were very pleased with the service we received during every aspect of the move. The phone inventory and follow up emails were very thorough. The guys who came to move us were great and efficient. They inventoried everything and wrapped the furniture extremely well. Our move in date ended up being pushed back a number of months and the company was excellent with storing our things until we were able to move. The delivery was flawless and we did not have any damaged or missing items. I will definitely recommend White Glove!

When the crew showed up early in their impeccable uniforms they looked like they were ready to do a TV commercial. Instead, on what was probably the hottest day of the summer, they worked like a well oiled machine. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and taped. In record time they had prepared and loaded 3 floors and 9 rooms of furniture on their truck. This included partially dismantling two huge pieces and carrying them out through a bedroom window because they couldn't fit down a staircase. At the new place they covered my wood floors to protect them before they moved anything into the house. They continued to work diligently until everything was setup to my satisfaction. And when they were finished they went one step further. As they were driving away they saw me taking stuff out of my car, stopped the truck, got out and insisted on carrying the items up stairs for me. From start to finish they were totally professional, courteous and efficient. I have one more small move coming up and I am definitely calling White Glove to do the job.
