They were incredibly useful via telephone, had the option to give a precise good guess, and they were even ready to come out the following day to do a stroll through and answer our inquiries as a whole. The move did with no issues and our stuff was all pressed skillfully and showed up securely. We had an amazing experience in We Care For You Moving and strongly suggest them for all your future moving necessities! They were so understanding, kind, and cautious with the entirety of our assets!

We Care For You moving does not care about you at all. I had them move me from Orlando, FL to Asheville, NC and they DESTROYED over $10,000 of furniture. Broken pictures, damaged Italian leather couches, scraped and scratched wooden furniture, damage to the door of my apartment in Orlando, broken glass top, and they even LOST A CUSTOM GLASS TOP to my serving table. Then when I filed a claim they offered me $70.. This was thee single worst moving experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and find another moving company. If I could rate a 0 I would.

We Care About Grabbing Your Wallet is a better name. Once they had all our stuff and our prepayment by check they then demanded cash on delivery. This reminds me of the slimeballs who underpay taxes and get sued so often they have to have significant cash on hand under a mattress for when theyre out of business.

Terrible communicators and they seem to hate putting anything in writing in advance, ignoring emails and not returning calls. Vague delivery promises and surprise! we actually had less stuff than we listed for the estimate and got charged significantly more.

We tipped the heck out of the two truckers who hauled our stuff out of the truck for our mom and dad. They were the only decent employees we interacted with. That’s what the two stars is for.

Moving is stressful enough without this unctuous approach to customers. I would avoid We Care For You.

speaks for itself, but I'll add mine because this company deserves absolutely no business from anyone. Prior to the pickup of my belongings out of state, their customer service representative I spoke with told me I would be contacted by a dispatcher to schedule the delivery of my belongings at my home address. Instead, I received a text message from an unknown number two days after the pickup from one of their drivers, claiming they'd tried calling me multiple times the previous day, and telling me they'd be delivering that very morning. When I contacted this driver and explained to them I'd never received any call from their number, nor any text or voicemail message from anyone previously to schedule my delivery date, they simply shouted over me and repeated they'd called me from a different - and also unknown - number and that I hadn't answered, and that I could expect to pay an additional $1,000 if I chose to reschedule my delivery date. I was forced to rush home from work and take an unexpected day off to attend to a delivery I didn’t schedule, causing me great inconvenience. To boot, my furniture arrived with dents and scratches that were not there previously.

As it appears the proprietor is responding to other negative reviews by simply claiming the reviewer isn't one of their customers, I'll add that this company not only does wrong by their clients but also lies to cover for their abysmal work. They are obviously fraudulent and it boggles the mind that they're still in business.

National movers quoted me at $6100 all throughout several inventory calls. On QA call, $600 was added.i was never told the name of the company they brokered to, I found out later because they're awful with the worst reviews. They showed up after my window on moving day and In 3 seconds in my house decided I'd need to pay almost $2000 more or they'd leave. They charged me for packing materials I had bought myself and for packing things they didn't pack. Calling national movers got me nowhere at all. John Cooper and Tatyanna were dismissive and kept quoting the contract at me.

It was dark by the time they left and I had to start driving cross-country. I found out that they charge for your space on a tractor trailer and its fuel and then charge for a small moving truck on delivery when the tractor trailer doesn't even exist at any point. They tried to deliver between 9 & 11pm on a Saturday but came at 530am on Sunday and immediately tried charging me another $3000. I told him to leave with my things and I wouldn't pay another cent, and suddenly he didn't need the money anymore and unloaded. Every single box marked fragile was underneath others, every box was severely banged up with crushed corners and they blamed me for buying cheap cardboard and packing myself. I have broken family heirlooms which were packed in layers of bubble wrap in mangled boxes, I'm missing furniture, and no one cares. Finally, I searched the delivery guy's name rom We Care For You and learned that he's a convicted felon on felony probation (in florida but crossed many state lines to come to colorado) for UNARMED BURGLARY OF AN OCCUPIED RESIDENCE AND DEALING IN STOLEN GOODS. When I told National Movers I couldn't believe this is who they sold my job to, they called me racist because this guy is black and I'm white. So I sent them his mugshot and rap sheet and told them I'll see them in court. These people are THE scum of the earth. Don't give them your money.

THESE TWO COMPANIES ARE FULL OF LYING SCAMMING SCUMBAGS. STAY AWAY.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $8300

I did not choose this mover but I went through a broker service (my first mistake) and this is the mover that was sent to me. The minute the movers arrived he told me that the broker did not quote it properly and it was going to cost alot more than the estimate I was originally given. At this point I had paid an $850 deposit and had no time to find another mover. (That’s how they get you stuck - you can’t get your deposit back and you most likely are on time constraints once they arrive). The pick up movers seemed ok. There was 3 guys and they worked diligently. I utilized their free 30 day storage because i did not have my place in Maryland yet (long distance move from Florida to Maryland). Once i got my address i called into the office and spoke with Jessica (she was the only bright spot she seemed nice and was responsive). I had to wait a few days to get a delivery timeframe. I told them that i needed notice because o had to reserve the loading dock at my building and it was only available during business hours. The driver called me the day before and told me he would be at my place between 3-6pm. Luckily i was able to reserve the loading dock. I received a call from the driver Craig at 2pm the day of the move and he said they were still 4 hours away (which would put them arriving after 6pm). I informed him that the loading dock was only open until 5pm. He instantly got an attitude and told me i should have told him etc. i explained to him that i throughly informed the office and that it was supposed to be relayed to him. He asked what the hours were for the following day (Saturday). I told him they opened at 10am. He got angry and said i am not keeping this stuff on my truck until 10am. He got off the phone with me and said he was calling the office. He called me back several minutes later and said “i will be at your building at 9:55 tomorrow morning”. I agreed. And again - luckily i was able to reserve the loading dock. They arrived about 10:15am. We did a walkthrough and they finally got started. They began bringing up items and i knew it wasn’t going to be good. They brought up items that were not mine and argued with me when i told them that they did not belong to me and they could not leave them in my place. As boxes were coming up - they were beat up, rips, tears, smashed - and the ones beat up the worst were the ones marked FRAGILE. Furniture came up and as they unwrapped i saw numerous scratches, Dents, dings that were not there when it was picked up. Numerous items were missing. To include the feet for my dresser. They finally left and left packing materials (items they wrapped/unwrapped). Was by far the WORST moving experience i have ever had. I have moved numerous times, several times long distance. I would NEVER recommend this moving company. BEWARE. I was originally quoted $2700 and ended up paying over $5400. This was not even a whole house move - there was only one bedroom furniture. The rest was boxes etc. Fees: Elevator fee. Stairs fee. Long carry fee (twice). I feel completely ripped off. Currently going through the drawn out claims process where i will maybe get .60 cents per lb for the damaged items.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5400

We hired them in 2022 for a move from FL to NY. Their truck came with 4-5 men. The first thing they did was raise our moving estimate from around $11k to 13.5k. With a soft threat that if we don’t sign, they won’t move anything. Subsequently, they proceeded to do a shoddy job of packing example throwing valuables in boxes throwing glassware without packing in boxes although we had supposedly paid for the full service. Next, when they filled up their truck upto a certain line, they then refused to load up the remaining of our stuff saying that it was against their regulations. At our insistence, the guys spent 45 mins loading remaining stuff (which we thought we paid for we paid for them moving this stuff which we had listed in our emails to them at the initial estimate). Finally, our stuff went to their warehouse for about a month. A month later, three guys drove from NYC to FL to us to deliver everything we owned to our new house. When they showed up, the first thing that raised a red flag for us was the truck looked way less full than at loading.

The main guy looked and acted like a thug. After they were done we were missing items worth 10-11 $k including a heirloom carpet, a new Dyson vaccum, my baby’s bassinet, 1,000 adjustable weights, all of my husbands shoes ALL of them that were in a suitcase.

Every-time we called them , the lady who would pick up, Jessica the service manager was extremely unprofessional rude and was least interested in helping us after the substantial loss we incurred.

I was pregnant in my 3rd trimester at this time, and bc of losing so much of our stuff, and having a nightmare experience dealing with this con artist company, I felt so down.

We lost so much money, and valuables, things that were gifts from my grandfather.

We are going to lodge an official complaint. This company and the people who work there are criminals. We had The worst experience with them. I believe any review here more than 1 star must be fake.

Pls beware of these con artists!

After paying by credit card Mike, at We Care For You tried to blackmail me into paying cash on delivery. They were 1 day late Ned when I asked for compensation for my hotel, I was told that they had up to 1 week to get me my stuff. They also tried to get an additional $150 saying that the delivery to my second floor condo, as stipulated in my contract, was more that seven steps. (To get to a second floor the 7 steps would have to at least 2 feet tall.)
The movers themselves were great, it is the office that is slimy.
Mike kept referring to my contract that in the end was not the one I had but one for a long distance move. Finally on their arrival I called the police, showed I had paid, and they were ordered to unload and no extra charges.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!

I was refereed to this company by a friend who recently used their services, she said they were great and she was true to her words. The office kept me informed, so communication is an A. The workers who came to wrap my stuff were phenomenal, I was very impressed at how they used their materials to protect my items. I set a specific drop off date and within 24 hours of that date I was notified about my upcoming delivery, the workers who dropped off my stuff were just as hard working and professional as the individuals who picked me up. This company to say the least chose the right name =) A+.

It was the worst ever. Their advertisement is completely false and fraudulent. What they promise you at the time the salesman contacts you, is not fulfilled at all.
Be Careful if you are not moving in their neighborhood because they will charge you from the location they are coming from, and even if it it a very short distance, they will not apply the remaining time toward the time of moving. All my furniture is scratched and a chair from my dining room is missing. I did not have much items other than furniture, cause we had been moving staff from since the day before, nevertheless the over charged me an extra hour, being that the first hour was only attended by only one of the mover, cause the other, the driver, was sleeping inside the truck cabin, exhausted and overworked.
Please make sure do not hire this company for moving, nor any other services the advertise. It is a total rip off. Believe me, if you do, you will regret it for a long time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My family has moved across the country 5 times prior to using We Care For You and they are by far the worst moving service I have ever used. Our stuff was extremely mishandled and much of it broken. Two of the employees tried stealing from us. First, they added a bunch of hidden fees to the invoice upon arrival. The pickup movers skimmed $100 off the amount I paid them and gave it to their boss $100 short, who thought I had underpaid. I'm not sure if they ever addresses this with the employee who tried stealing from us, but they wanted the $100 from me! Luckily I had proof that I did not short them $100. While our stuff was traveling towards our drop off location they decided that they "underestimated the weight of our materials" while quoting us, so they asked us for an additional $700, even though we accurately listed everything when we started the process and it’s THEIR estimating system that was wrong! When our stuff arrived at our new home 8 days later almost every box looked like it was thrown down a flight of stairs or beaten with a bat. To explain the extent of how poorly our stuff was treated, a strong wooden table was cracked completely in half like a 500lb person sat on it. Even an armoire they “special wrapped”, which we paid extra for, was broken. The drop off movers were rude, throwing our stuff around, sliding things that said “fragile” down stairs, and then hassling me for more money for a tip. Several items were broken, for a total loss of $1,500+ in damages. A VP of the company called me up the next day. She was rude, gave me what sounded like an insincere “sorry” and passed me off to an insurance company, who doesn’t even give you a fair fraction of the value of the damaged items. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I don’t want to see anyone else’s stuff ever being treated the way our stuff was.

We Care for You completed a move for us recently and I can not thank them enough for a job very well done. Their prices were affordable and accurate. Their representatives were great from start to finish. Communication both over the phone as well as in person was excellent. They arrived on time and prepared with all of the packing materials needed. I did not have any issues and I knew when to expect my belongings to arrive for delivery. The crews at both pickup and delivery worked hard to ensure all of my things were handled with care. After having a terrible experience with the company we used for our last move I am so happy we went with these guys and will be recommending them to family and friends in need of a great, honest moving company.

I recently had a partial move of some large furniture to a second home in Florida. I was lucky to find We Care for You and my timing worked well within a delivery they had up north. With some of the weather we have been having there were some delays but the communication from the business owners and reps was exceptional and well thought through. It is this reason I give a review because most in this industry are not that informative. Thank you for the thorough review of my move and the accommodations and follow up with some of the roadblocks cause beyond anyone’s control.

From the moment I began using this company I have regretted the decision. It began with the pick up day..the quote was raised hundreds more than originally assessed and I was pressed into paying for additional packing material for items that were ultimately LOST! And when delivery week arrived, I was made to complete my payment prior to delivery and before I could confirm all my items had arrived..which of course they did not all arrive. Hundreds of dollars worth of furniture were "lost" and never arrived to my final destination. Upon a claim evaluation, I was granted a whopping $37 for my troubles..the packing material they required me to purchase for an expensive mirror alone cost $25!! I was absolutely insulted that was all I could be offered after their negligence! Additionally, on delivery day I was told I had to pay additional cost because my door exceeded the 75 ft from the truck. This company nickle and dimed me every step of the way and as a student with limited resources it was unacceptable. I would highly recommend NEVER dealing with this company. I was treated terribly during each interaction with the company and really cannot recommend this company on any level. The very least they could do is apologize, but even that is beneath this company.
