Overpriced.

I used this company because I relied on the reviews which now I think are bogus. I moved less than a mile from where I lived and it costs me over $1400 for a one bedroom, with almost all are already boxed. The foreman Robert with 2 men seemed nice except that they are dishonest. it took them 7 hours to moved my stuff. The stuff that was broken, I was told and I am still hoping,will be reimbursed. by the way, the quoted price is 3 times lesser than what was charged to me. They went back to the building during the moved time because  Robery forgot his License and retrieved it during the lmoved time which was added to the time that I got charged. I was charged about $490 dollars for the mirrors. They are charging them by piece. I feel like I was held hostage because I cannot say no anymore.anywa, I will never never recommend this company to anybody because of the overpriced. the foreman must have spent an hour computing how much I will be charged! .

Watch out and keep looking.

Customer service once booked dramatically decreases. We were promised exceptional service and professionalism. What we got was an aggressive bully yelling at us on the phone and hanging up on us, lies about service and disregard for the qoute provided. Despite photos and accurate discriptions of goods to be loaded, we were conned into the horror story scenarios you may have read about. Our entire life's possessions were held ransom while we were treated very poorly. My wife was in tears as she was told she had no option but to agree to an increase in the cost..only to find out the negotiations didn't stop there. A copy of the bill of lading was not provided and I was later told that more money was required. Eventually we worked with the owner who told us this employee had been terminated, but that the cost was accurate and his idea of working with is was to only decrease the cost a little. Ultimately we paid more than double the qoute and many items never showed up and we incurred lots of damage to our belongings.

Please make sure you have vetted the mover you choose and only accept those who do in person qoutes. Don't be scammed!!

Shameful.

Movers admitted to breaking expensive treadmill and wrote and signed on final contract. 3 months later and I still have no resolution and no repair of the treadmill. No one from the company cares or has tried to make it right. So I paid a fortune to move and also lost an expensive treadmill. I’m beyond upset and wish I had gone with a different company. Accidents happen but not fixing them is implorable. I’m a single mom, who uses the treadmill when children are sleeping (so it’s not like I can run outside or go to the gym) early in the morning or late at night when not working. Meanwhile the person, Ivan, who gave me a quote to move rolled up in a Mercedes. Shame on you!

Poor service.

They collected our stuff on the 1/11/19 promising delivery in two weeks. We are still awaiting delivery it is the 2/1/19. 5 week have gone by and our furniture and belongings have not been delivered . Every time we call they promised us it would be arriving the coming Friday or by Monday. Two Fridays have past nothing has arrived as yet.They lie to stall and appease and cajole. Very unprofessional. s As a result of this delay and not receiving our furniture and belongings as promised we had to incur the expense of having to stay in a hotel.This is the service provided by US Express Moving Systems. Extremely DISAPPOINTING.

Horrible experience, no regard to customer service

I don’t know how these guys have a higher rating with so many negative reviews. Wish I had seen these reviews before I booked their services. I’ve paid half the money, my stuff is with them and no one has even bothered to give me a call to tell me where my stuff is. Been waiting 3 weeks and now i’m told that I’ve to wait another 1-2 weeks. Absolutely disregard to any decency.

Stolen property

Do not hire this company. The employees are thieves and the owner did nothing but make excuses for them. When you pay for a service like this and you let people into your home, and trust them with your belongings, you do not expect to be stolen from. There was also no way it was a mistake, as I did not rent boxes, and was moving from one unit to another one in the same building. Nothing should have been in their truck, but that is where I tracked it to. Hire someone else.
