The guys arrived 1 hour 40 minutes after scheduled time to pack up.  They wasted time packing and removing furniture from my place.  They did not have enough space in the van allocated for the move and pushed one carpet into my car.     They took an extended lunch break on the way to my new house and the office had the nerve to charge me for the extra time.  When I tried to explain to the woman on the phone what had happened and that I was waiting outside my home for almost an hour, she started screaming and abusing me over the phone.  She did not allow me to even put in a word when I was talking to her.   To top it all off, it was raining and all my boxes started breaking before they off-loaded from the van as the rain water had started rolling into the van.  I was alone with a 2 year old and every time I attended to my child and moved away from the van, they were throwing my (already wet and broken) boxes!   I have a whole lot of damaged clothing and furniture now!   Since my new place was under renovation, I clearly gave instructions for specific items to be off loaded into one room on the 2nd floor and specific items to the basement.  They did not adhere to any of my instructions and were just off loading and throwing boxes.   By that time, and after all the phone abuse from the office, all I wanted is for the job to be completed as she had already threatened that they had gone over their time allocation and that I would be charged for the extra hours.   Upon inspection of my furniture items, I noticed that they did not even protect half of my goods and that they had broken legs off the vanity as well as the chest of draws.  They scratched my leather couch while trying to bring it in and had not even put any protective material on that as well.   I am so disappointed in the service and the attitude of this moving company that I would never recommend them to anyone!

Alex and Quest arrived on time and were professional and pleasant from start to finish. I hired them to move two very large, and relatively heavy pieces of bedroom furniture.  They had to make it upstairs with two landings, very tight turns on both, and they moved these pieces without any scratches anywhere, walls intact, and newly finished wooden floor stayed perfect. I hope Good Life Moving nows what an asset these guys are? Seriously, they are and I hope you recognize them for a job well done. I have never used good life moving and got their reference from my new apartment management. Entire team starting from Damien who worked on my estimate to mover team was highly professional, respectful and very good at their job. Damien provided me a very right price as compared to all other quotes I got. He took care of all specific needs we had. Ensured our movers get on time. Movers packed very professionally and thoroughly. Were very cheerful than grousy as most of other movers. Delivered on time with no damage at all. Very satisfied with their service after having moved twice with big movers like Universal. Highly recommend to anybody who wants a hassle free move.

To start with I was very happy with my $1,400 price quote to move us out of a very large house Into a condo The guys were running late due to an accident and kept me updated. I think this was the hottest day of the year so we had 4 guys working! 4 professional, strong, respectful and hardworking men. It was 100 degrees out. They just stopped for a few water breaks. My man who put the bed back together.. Thank you for getting it fixed! I know some of the furniture was heavy guys but you did it. I Thank you! I was disappointed with the dirt on the freshly painted walls, but that happens! We also got a crack in the leg of our desk but it happens. These guys worked hard sweating so much until the job was done. Thank you all for your patience with me. It was an emotional move. They were EXCELLENT! They were professional, quick, and a joy to work with. I'm so glad I decided to go with them, would definitely call them again. I moved from a fully furnished large 2 br apartment a team of 4 came 15 minutes early and finished right on time. I was amazed at how quickly they got all my things out (about 5 hrs.) they started working right away and didn't stop till the job was done and everything came to $950. (I think if I went through hireahelper.com  it would have been around $700 not sure). They explained the pricing very honestly  clearly and were extremely patient with all my questionsThey called the day before and the morning of to confirm everything were so friendly efficient and polite I'd definately use them again.
