After we had discussed all of the logistics, a thorough price estimate was given based on items, and their estimated weights, miles traveled, and which truck we would be using. Of course the cost would be covered by the military, but it was still very convenient that they gave me a receipt of the transaction, and took the liberty of sending the bill. They obviously had been working with the military long enough to know how these moves work.

Their dedication to the job, ability to work as a team, and commitment to making certain I was satisfied from what they showed up until the last piece of household goods was loaded.

The guys relieved me from the primary contact to the end of the move. I could not move without their great help. They enjoyed their job. US Express Moving Systems sent three skilled persons along with a supervisor. All four US Express Moving Systems folks have been talented with the top most skill at their respective work. They entered our house with a smiling face and got right to work saying hello. The crews finished wrapping, put into boxes and stacked onto the twenty six fit long trucks perfectly. There was enough room in the truck to accommodate our household. I just watched their job like I was watching a movie. Every single task was accurate. My belief got stronger when they timely reached to deliver. There was no problem at all. I moved several times in the past but no mover was like the US Express Moving Systems. I wish them the best of luck.

The people from the moving company my employer hired to move my household goods (not US Express Moving Systems) were a bit lazy, and left quite a few items in the garage that I didn't ask to be put there. I hired US Express Moving Systems to relocate these items from the garage to the appropriate locations. The two young gentlemen who arrived to carry out this chore were efficient and courteous. They took excellent care to protect our floors, and put everything exactly where desired. And they didn't bang up the inside of the house, like that other unnamed moving company did. I would not hesitate to hire US Express Moving Systems again, if the need should ever arise.
