Worst Nightmare Imaginable!

The WORST NIGHTMARE IMAGINABLE! I would rate ZERO STARS but not possible. Everything related with this company is worst than bad. First of all they sent a "specialist" to check what you need to move and gets you an estimate, which will not correspond with the reality. On the day of the move they will simply state that you need extra space and will kill you with the "extra" fees and charges. Then they will promise that they will deliver fast, in my case the took 30 days to deliver from MIami Area to Georgia Area, when they verbally promised to deliver in a week, forcing our family to sleep in hotels. Then to end some of our stuff and arrived broken and mistreated. They also sent only two (2) people who arrived at a Sunday at 6:30 PM and left without finishing their job. WE filed a claim and they are still studying it after 5 months with no reply yet. Do yourself a favor and just do not ever consider this JUNK MOVING COMPANY! I will post pictures later..

Do not use them.

The worst and most stressful move ever. Several things were not done in good faith although all were legal.
1) Estimate which was supposed to be binding was raised by nearly 10%
2) Delivery which was supposed to take 1 week (verbal) took 24 days.
3) Shuttle to apartment which was supposed to cost (verbal) a maximum of $450 cost $850 and was "a bargain".
4) No one called to communicate the status of delivery over the 24 days it took to deliver the move and calling them went to voice mail with no follow-up.

My take is that it is their business strategy: give a lower quote and then increase the cost (within the legal limit). For example their insurance is 6c per pound when other (more expensive) companies is the replacement value. Many valuable items were broken, but they don't really care since they pay 6 cents a pound, why take longer to pack certain items properly?
Think twice about saving money when considering estimates or about their claim of care of antique items.

Overall experience.

Our first move in 45 years - the sales person was up front on the approximate amount of time it would take and the cost.  The four gentlemen movers were courteous and very careful with our possessions. Rained most of the afternoon but it did not deter nor slow them down.  The first stop was the storage facility before moving on to the condo - they were very organized and all went smoothly. Great company and would recommend them.

Thieves! Beware!

Thieves! Beware! They held my belongings hostage after tripling their quote once my belongings were on their truck! Over $6,000 for a cross-town move! I'm still trying to sort out this nightmare. I don't know how these people can sleep at night! Hope karma bites them and good! Not Trained in Quality Customer Service.

Side note the 357 was the initial estimate the move is still going on so we'll see total cost after all is said and done.   My move is still going on was scheduled for between 9 & 10 arrived at 11:40 items where packed and ready to go the driver was not the issue Demetrius was curtious and applologetic for his lateness, which was due to carelessness not an accident or incident, when I called to advise of the issue looking for good customer service and an applogy from the company, because I had other things planned around the move. I was told "so what things happen and there is nothing US1 Van lines is  willing to do about it". I spoke to Lisa, Carla and Michael and they were all rude. Carla and Michael hung up the phone there was absolutely zero professionalism. This company intends to have customers who come to them deal with whatever happens no matter bad or worse they have no intention of assuring that the customer is satisfied once they get your money it's a done deal. I allowed Demetrius to continue with the move, because he seems to have a great understanding of what it is to get referrals for your business because you do a good job, he should start his own company. US 1 Vanlines provided terrible Service they are rude are willing to hang up on the customer and could careless about you, steer clear of this company they have numerous complaints with BBB and the only reason it shows A- is because they answered the complaints please read the reviews and make your decision on thorough comparison of companies. I didn't and I regret it, learn from my mistake. .

US-1 Van Lines.

Very good company! The move went smooth with no problems.  The guys went the extra mile to help pack it the right way. Delivery was very fast. Can't believe it took only two (2) days from start to finish..Miami to Raleigh..Pick up and delivery were on time. Robert and his crew packed every up very securely. The delivery crew unpacked and reassembled furniture in a timely manner with no problem. Will recommend this company to my friends and family. For us, they were a local company and willing to come and give free in-home sites estimates, which I would recommend! Over all, very satisfied entire process. Thanks again Roy.. Long-distance move from Florida to New Hampshire

Service, quote, customer service, dispatch.

After #1 Van Line contacted me several times for my business they give a quote over the phone of $1700 for my move from FL to NH. Benn assured me my belongings would be to me within 5 days. We went over every detail of the cost. Explaining that 18-wheeler will not be able to park on the road in front of my place, it would block one lane of traffic. Benn said we would send a smaller truck 24 ft. with your belonging. I asked is this in the quote. He said "yes" there would be no added charges. Deposit made of $340 they were to pick my stuff up the next day. On the following Monday I called and could not get through to Benn. I was put through to dispatch who told me they would call first thing to give a time of pick-up at storage in Palm Coast and my belongings would be delivered within a reasonable time as Benn and I discussed. No call from #1 Van Line on Tuesday after work I call at 4:45 and asked why I never received a call to schedule a time. Rudely I was then told they would call between five and six. I never was told it would be between five and 6 pm. I asked to speak to Benn again and they would never put me through to him. On 3/18/15, the service went to storage. The driver said, "This is double what was quoted." I agreed to pay the difference I wanted my things. As I am not in Florida to supervise the pickup at storage. The next day I received a quote for $3500 with $150 discount on packing. Again, the day before I was told it would not be over $3400. Basically, they upped the charge took a small discount to make it $3400.00. On the same day after I agree to pay the difference they went up on the quote because they would need to get a smaller truck to delivery my belonging once they arrive. I flipped out and I told them what was said between Benn and I. the person said Benn said he did not say that. I told her to pull all my telephone recordings to verify what we talked about at the first phone call and every telephone conversation I have had with #1 Van Line staff from day one. I told her in every conversation I had I made it very clear the delivery of a smaller truck. I told her I wanted to pick my belongings up at their place she then told me it would be another $1000 for labor. Really, for two men to load a truck, where most of the items were already packed before they got there. It took them less than 3 hours to put in the truck. So now, they are holding my belongings hostage. They will not take a credit card, now they want wire transfer or cash. Now I am not only out of $340 now they want another $1000 to release my things. God knows where it is right now. They did not even know. In addition, according to the other complaints I have found online, my furniture will probably be destroyed as they do not care and to file a claim is next to impossible. I am not going to drop this I am going forward as far as I can until I get my stuff in excellent condition as when they picked it up.

Awful Awful Thieves!!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars, but I guess you gotta give at least in order to submit a review. I used them in January 2015 to assist myself and my fiance move from Miami, FL to Oakland, CA. Everything came on time, which was great, HOWEVER, upon receiving all of my items there was only one item missing and that was ALL OF MY JEWELRY!! I find it very discomforting that every single other item came except for my jewelry. Despite the cost of the jewelry, some of it had very sentimental value to me. I contacted George in order to discuss the missing items and he simply dismissed my claim stating "my men would never steal." HOW DO YOU KNOW?! YOU WEREN'T EVEN THERE TO ASSIST IN MOVING THE ITEMS! I went back and forth to myself whether or not to file a police report, but I had just moved across the country so that would only add another headache to my plate. I really would like to file a police report TO THIS DAY but I know my beautiful jewelry is long gone, and I will never see it again. I hope the wonderful people of US-1 VAN LINES sees this and knows what they've done. Thanks for nothing.

Worst Company Ever.

This has been hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I moved across the country and was promised my items would be delivered within 7-14 days after pick up. It has been OVER a MONTH and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS! Each time I call the moving company to inquire about where my things are, they refuse to give me direct answer, and keep insisting that they are "very busy during summer season," and that they do not have a driver currently available to deliver our items. The management team I have spoken with has been extremely rude and unprofessional, one of the individuals I spoke (Era) with actually had the audacity to hang up on me and asked "what do you want me to do about it." SAVE YOURSELF - NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - WORST DECISION EVER!!

The WORST moving company EVER.

This was the worst experience ever! I moved from Miami to California and they never communicated with me, they never showed up in California .. in fact they sold me to another moving company that I had to pay for to even receive my belongings. My stuff left Miami in 1 piece and I received my stuff in 2 pieces in CA. There were roaches falling out of the boxes dishes, couch, futon, desk mirrors all broken. They dropped my stuff of in Las Vegas and never returned any of my calls trust me when I say run fast and do not use them for your move! I warn you they are terrible. I'm reading all these reviews and we all experienced the same treatment an F for this company. Not to mention I'm missing a lot of valible items expensive items that don't just magically disappear. The staff is useless in the office especially Era she is so unprofessional and hangs up on you. I swear some people shouldn't be working in customer service. This company needs to be shut down and the only way that will happen is if we all speak up use our voices and get a Lawyer! I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Long-distance move from Florida to New York

US-1 Van Lines.

A Moving company in Florida and Georgia, having a Miami and Hallandale address, with glowing reviews on their website, plus a BBB rating of “A” I called for a quote to move two dozen boxes from Hollywood to Brooklyn, N.Y. They required a refundable $200 deposit which I gave them by credit card, and they proceeded to figure a Moving Estimate which they emailed to me for approval. The estimate was wrong. The items to be shipped were wrong. As they required a payment off 70% based on the estimate the day of service I needed an explanation. Anthony offered to have the manager return my call and perhaps lower the 70% but he did not. I made Subsequent calls and was either disconnected or put through to a recording. Several pieces of furniture were in the estimate and were not mine. No one returned my call. I continually left messages and sent emails, finally canceling the job and requested credit for my deposit. I also did not sign the contract which according to their Moving Quote would have automatically canceled the job.
Ultimately, after many calls regarding my credit, I was told by the bookkeeper that the owner, Diane Elmendorf, refused. She would not take my calls nor call me back. I began to research this "company" and found a backlog of complaints. The BBB did contact them and were told they didn't have my name. They accused me of changing my telephone number, and they denied having my cell phone number, all of which were listed on the document. One of the secretaries emailed me that I had better "cease and desist" which is outrageous. I can only assume from clients who have contacted me that everyone eventually takes the loss and gives up. I am not about to. What is particularly upsetting, besides the inflated charges, the rudeness, the lies is that I am a handicapped senior who was scammed by a callous company who has been operating for years without morals. You'd be better off donating your shipment to charity rather then using US-1 Van Lines.

Move.

I was in a time crunch. They had four days from first contact and were able to get a crew to move the furniture from 4 bedroom two story house to their storage facility in Atlanta. Then move it to my new location when that is determined.

The gang of three arrived late. They provided me a phone call and update. They worked non stop for six hours and treated my stuff as if it was their own. Always very friendly and professional. I tipped them. They earned it.

All in all it was a joy to work with them to solve the moving hassle. If you are going interstate use them after you gete the price right.

Worst company ever,.

*DO NOT USE* *SCAM*
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a company. I wish I would have found these reviews before I hired them. I paid $600 basically to have them damage over $5000 of furniture and then offer me $90 for the items. I was guaranteed a start time and they were two hours late. I also asked multiple times if my stuff was fully insured and I was told it was. Little did I know that their "fully insured" means 60 cents per pound. The $90 barely covers all the time and money I spent getting picture printouts for the claim I had to report.

" Showed up 1:40 when time quoted by Sales was 12. I specifically asked if this would be the time they would show up and sales said yes
" Thursday, the day before the move, a rep called to confirm I would be ready between 12 and 1
" I had the elevator reserved from 12 to 2 at old place and 2 to 4 at new place. They showed up at 1:40 and someone else had the elevator reserved at 2 so we had to share
" Right when they got there they dropped a box that had all my liquids in ot
" I had reports from my building landlord that they were arguing with the landlord
" I mentioned probably 5 or 6 times that the furniture was expensive and needed to be packed well
" Their was another tenant that had the elevator reserved at 2 and we had to share the elevator, the other tenant reported that my movers were trying to start a physical altercation
" We had to share the elevator which took additional time and not only was I charged extra for this time, the other tenant had to pay their movers extra time
" While they were waiting for their turn to use the elevator they were standing downstairs. I asked if they could start wrapping the furniture. I mentioned many times that the furniture was expensive and it needed to be wrapped well
" I have a TV stand that they used a two wheel cart for and while loading it on the elevator they slid it across the skid plate on the elevator. There was no padding on the section that they were sliding it on
" They loaded the kitchen table with the wood side down and slid it across the truck. The padding was ripped in the area where the scrapes came from
" I had an book shelf that didn't have any padding on it and they were sliding it across the floor with no padding
" The computer desk they were using a two wheel cart where there was no padding and the whole side of the desk is ruined. I asked them about this and they told me it was not touching in the spot there was no padding which is untrue.
o Later the guy told me it looked like a cheap Ikea desk and it could be fixed with white marker. Then he went off saying he thought it was there already.
" I asked about the damage and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. They said I could put a claim in on Monday. I mentioned that it needs to be taken car of or I would put in a claim with my credit card. They made me go get cash which took an extra hour
" When I got back they tried to raise the price $200. An extra hour should only have been 99. I think the guy was trying to get extra money for himself
" When I returned they told me that the building told them they could no longer move in and I had to reschedule. I went and checked with the building and they said they never told him that and that we could keep going. I had the person form the building come out and let them know and she said she never talked told them to stop moving.
" Once we started unloading two of the movers took turns disappearing. One of the guys was working hard
" The one guy that was working hard kept asking for money, saying he was working for free. If his coworkers would have helped they would have finished earlier.
" They dropped my Kitchen table and tv stand off on the 16th floor. It seems like they did it on purpose. I asked where they were and they looked at each other funny and one guy said that they were on the 16th floor. (I live on the 8th) and why would they leave them there knowingly?
" They unloaded the truck and I had to move everything (except the large items) which is unfortunately because the large expensive items were the items that got damaged
" Sent claim information with description and pictures of damages items. Sent with signature confirmation
" 7 months later I had to call in once a week for two months straight to ask the status of the claim. Every week I was told the same thing. "It will be there next week."
" Received my claim offer for $90, this is to cover $5000 worth of damaged items.

Long-distance move from Georgia to California

The worse experience ever.

Okay, so the company US-1 Van Liens came out Sep 4th 2014, to move my furniture from Atlanta, GA. to Vallejo, CA. The movers notified me that it will take approximately 2 weeks for the furniture to arrive. Looking back over the contract myself, I seen that I might take up to 30 days for any delays. After the third week when I called to check on my belongings, I was told that my furniture was still in Georgia, and they were looking for a driver to transport it to California. I thought this was strange for a professional company who is supposed to be state wide having to find a driver to deliver my things, after letting it sit in god knows where for 3 whole weeks. Sep 30th 2014 was the day my furniture got to me. However, upon arrival i had a damaged table, bent chair legs, 1 damaged couch, and one couch missing of a set. On top of that the movers had left a duffle bag that was not mine. That took them 1 month to come back and get the bag that was left. When i got all the necessary paper work in to them for the claims, it took them 3 months to get back at me with some answers. Jan 28th 2015 was the day I received anything back from the claim and they were offering a price that did not amount to what I had paid, nor what it was worth.   Least to say I am livid at the amount and disgusted by what they tried to offer. This company is very unprofessional and handles business very poorly.  .

Poor Customer Service.

If you are considering this company for relocation purpose, please stay away. Everything is 2nd rate - from the communication to the customer service. Its been 8 days since I originally requested a paid invoice for reimbursement and still have not received it. When I spoke to the manager for assistance, her resolution to the problem was for me to write paid on the invoice and submit to my company, really? I also requested the number to their corporate office for assistance as I see that I obviously was not going to get the level of service. I spoke to the the lower level management and they refused to give me the contact information.

Long-distance move from Georgia to Florida

21 Days after pickup still waiting for delivery.

I applied to several companies online with inventory and this lady gave me the quote that fit in my budget and she promised that delivery would be in 2 weeks but it could be early.   The guys picked up my stuff on 28th July 2014 and as of today I didn't recived an upfront call from them telling me when I get my stuff. I called several times and left vmails and I got to reach sales to transfer me to another manager. He is fine in explaining stuff but now they gave me another date between 21st and 28th Aug. That would be 30 days from pick up.   It shame on them. I don't know who to complain and what to do other than wait. I should have rented truck and drove my self. It was my first major move and learned lesson. This is not a honest company. No body cares about a customer here.

Move was from Miami to Atlanta. My crew was Jonathan, Amir and Ron. Even though the delivery took 5 days to get I was still very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommended.

Long-distance move from Florida to Georgia

Dishonest, Unethical.

We utilized #1Van lines to move my step-daughter from Florida to Augusta, GA.  The company provided her with an estimate based upon information we provided them.  All of the items that were moved were stored in a self storage facility.  Everything was packed in boxes as the movers had requested.
The contents of the storage facility contained roughly 309 cubic ft of items.  They quoted us on 309 cubic feet of items.  However, once they loaded the truck, they increased the amount to 400 cubic ft.  They said they had underbid the original estimate.  This left my stepdaughter owning $483.00 more than had originally been quoted.
We know that the storage facility did not contain 400 cubit ft of items.  The reason we know this is that when we rented the facility, we moved everything in there from a 10 ft U-haul truck.  That truck held 402 cubit ft.  The truck was not full when we unloaded it.  It may have contained 350 cubit ft, but not over that.
I contacted Amanda (who was the sales person for #1 van lines) to express our displeasure with the additional fees.  She would not even call us back so I left a message.  I was able to speak to another person and she said that there was nothing she could do.  I even offered to split the difference with them and pay an extra $241.50, but they would not budge.  In fact, one person just hung up on us all together.
If that wasn't enough, once the movers arrived in Augusta with my stepdaughters belongings, several items had been broken.  My stepdaughter filed a report just as the movers instructed her to do, and to date she has had no renumeration for the broken dining room chairs.
This company is not an ethical company.  The employees are certainly not customer centric and are only about the money.  They do not care about the customer.  I would suggest that anyone thinking of using this company please consider what I've written and proceed at your own risk.  Never have I delt with movers that lacked this much honor and character. .

Long-distance move from Florida to North Carolina

Bad Bad Bad.

To start with our move was cost us about 50% more than was quoted. The mover said you can call someone else Ha ha. OK Then when they finished loading our belongings he demanded a TIP for the loaders. When we set up our move the sales guy Roy
promised a date when it would be delivered but of course he was off by 2 weeks. Great no stuff for almost 3 weeks. When they got around to delivering it {only a 900 mile trip not across country} the delivery guy was very rude. And not all our boxes made it. Pictures that were clearly marked were broken as was some of our furniture. To this day 6 months later we are waiting for boxes to be mailed to us. The customer service does not answer the phone and no longer returns my calls. So sad that they treated us this way. My advice get a U haul and hire people to load and unload it. These guys are dishonest and have VERY poor customer service. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Long-distance move from Florida to South Carolina

Us-1 Worst Moving co Ever.

We hired US-1 Van Lines to move our daughter from Coral
Gables, FL to Columbia, SC. The sales people were very nice, came out to do an estimate, and gave her a reasonable estimate. So, we hired them to do the move. From that point on, this move was a NIGHTMARE.
We scheduled the pick-up date well in advance for a morning move at 9 AM. The afternoon before the move, we received a phone call at 5:59 PM that they were changing the time to an afternoon move. This was totally unacceptable as we had planes to catch in the afternoon of the scheduled move. We immediately called them back, but the call went to voicemail. So, we had no idea when US-1 was showing up. What a stressful night not knowing what was going to happen the next day! The next morning we started calling at 7 AM. Only got voicemails on 10 different extensions. At 8:45 AM, we finally got a return call - they were rescheduling us back to the morning time, and they would get there as soon as possible. The men arrived late morning to pick up the items being moved and, fortunately, these men were terrific and polite.
The nightmare started after they picked up what was being
moved. We emailed and called US1 to schedule the delivery in South Carolina about 6 weeks in advance of the requested delivery date. We never received a phone call, but received an e-mail confirming our request. A week prior to the scheduled delivery date, we called to follow up. We called three times a day
for 3 – 4 days and never got a return call or e-mail. We eventually got a person on the line and were told that these dates were not confirmed and that the delivery wouldn’t happen until possibly a week later. At this point, all flights reservations and hotel reservations were confirmed in South Carolina and couldn’t be changed without penalties. We then called back to discuss this
with a supervisor and were told that the supervisor was busy, that nothing was changing, that we didn’t know anything about moving (which we did as we have moved across the country quite a bit), and the customer service representative,Karen, hung up on us and wouldn’t accept any additional calls from us.
Overall, there was a complete lack of communication from
this company. Every time we called their customer service line, we either had to leave a voicemail or were told that they would call us back soon with an answer. Then we would never hear from them. I believe one time they did call us back, left a voicemail, and when we called back immediately, we couldn’t get a
hold of anyone.
Three months later, our daughter is STILL missing a box from
the move with valuables in it and has called over 10+ times to try to find the box. Again, she left multiple voicemails or was told that someone would call her back with more information, only to never receive a follow up or would end up playing lots of phone tag! At this point, we have given up because we can never get an answer out of anyone. It seems as though only one person runs the phone lines, which is unacceptable for a supposed popular moving company. Also, don’t expect to have someone answer the Customer Service Claims line if you have a missing box because the 20+ times we’ve called them, it’s always gone to
voicemail.
This entire experience has been miserable, and we highly
recommend NOT using US-1 Van Lines. The customer service was terrible, and to have someone hang up on you is completely against business etiquette. We tried to be patient with this company, and now completely regret using them. We hope
that by reporting our experience, it helps potential customers turn to a different company and have a more pleasant experience.

The Worst.

WIsh they could get negative stars.  Used them twice.. First time they never wrapped a thing and Every piece of new furniture and a 2800 dollar fridge is broken.  Claims still pending.  they just brush it off and keep blowing smoke up my back side.  Second I should have listened to myself but didn't.  MANY MANY things broken.  They wrapped an antique mirror the worst I have ever seen but told my mother oh they wrapped it.  NOW the frame is broken in many spots.  couple old tables and a couch they claim is termite damage but its clearly ripped out and broken.  Things in boxes crushed due to lack of padding and packing by them.. Still waiting and waiting for return calls and claims.  They also added almost 1000 to my mothers move when she decided not to take a few pieces of furniture and put boxes in the place.  Same amount going but they said its not and it was a lot more.

Long-distance move from Massachusetts to North Carolina

You will be cheated & robbed if you decide to go with this No1 Vanlines movers.

No 1 Van line - Very Bad

Be careful with these guys. They attract and pull your attention by giving you a intentional fouls quote and promise to do anything you ask for with no additinal charge. Once you pay 20% or 25% of the quoted amount in advance and sign the document online they show their colors.
Some one from the
movers company will call you a day or 2 before move date and informs you that the sales people have not included everything what customer asked hence he needs to re-adjust the quote and give you the actual price but that quote will be 50 or more percent higher than the actual quote you got in the beginning. If you don't agree to pay new price then they give you a option to cancel the order and they suggest you to forget about the advance you paid.
Who in the world willing to loose their hard earned money
for nothing and that to 500 or more dollars. So you are hooked and you have no other option other than paying what he asked.
They will do this 2 or 3 day's before the move date so that you won't plan to change or cancel.
This is fraud and cheating customers and they know it very well but still do to make money. It's not over, even after all this if you decide to go with them then at the time of move these you will be cheated again. These company drivers been trained to stock the items so that it uses more space in the truck and increase the amount again.
In this way, you will be robbed by this movers again.
They will go no option other than just to see and pay.

Be careful and suggest not to trust this company sales people nor this moving company. Go, find some one else and have good service.

Long-distance move from Florida to Texas

Horrible.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! 1. I was told my stuff would come within /- 3 days of the date I wanted it delivered considering we did the flex date with the moving truck. Worst decision ever- my stuff came over 2 weeks later than expected. 2. In addition to being late, when I called to ask them about my stuff for the first week and a half they were super sketch about my stuff and would not tell me where it was. It didn't even leave miami UNTIL A WEEK AFTER THE MY STUFF WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED.3. Instead of apologizing for being late, the company and driver were super uncooperative with when to deliver my stuff. I was just starting medical residency and had moved into my place a week before it started. I had orientation the thursday and friday after I moved in- guess what- THEY WANTED TO DELIVER ONE OF THOSE TWO DAYS- the two days I had specifically told them I would not be home all day. They stressed me out as I tried to figure out what to do. On top of that, they were unreliable with their timings and when they would deliver. They told me that the delivery works on THEIR SCHEDULE NOT MINE. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.4. In addition to the contract charges, when the driver came to deliver the stuff he demanded an additional $500 for labor and renting a truck. WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THESE CHARGES AND HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THESE WERE LEGAL CHARGES WEATHER THE COMPANY TOLD ME OR NOT ABOUT THEM. How do you do business if all the charges are not clear from the beginning.5. Their customer service is horrible, unprofessional, unethical, and some of my stuff was damaged- mostly furniture, probably not handled or stored correctly.Overall this company should not even get 1 star- they should have a negative rating. We went with them because initially they were the lowest pricing and were nice. At the end of the day it cost the same as any other high end moving company- your money would be better spent elsewhere. You want to know what they told me- ON PICK UP WE ARE NICE BECAUSE WE WANT THE CUSTOMER TO BE HAPPY. THIS IS NOT TRUE FOR DELIVERY. I would recommend paying a little more and moving with another company, because this one is not worth your time or worth the headache. They will make your life miserable.
