Do not hire these scammers from Unlimited Moving and Storage, I contacted a guy name TrippRitch@movingandrelli.com to move my property from Florida to Washington. Tripp lied that he wasn’t a broker but a scammer also. I am still waiting for my property to arrive over two months now. Ezra is a liar and so is his employees including Tonia Solis. I have been lied to over and over about a delivery date and still I don’t have any of my property. A guy name David Lior and his friend came to my houses in Florida to pick up my property in May with a budget truck and I knew something was not right but I had to be out of my apartment. David charged me a couple of extra hundreds just to add small items to the truck but when I booked the move I was under my cubic square feet. They never gave me my slip of weight in the truck because they try to profit from their customers. David from Unlimited Moving and Storage gave my property to someone name Mohammad from Atlantis Van Line that they subcontracted and now they can’t even tell me when my property will arrive. I called multiple times but was only given the run around and they can’t tell me where my property was being stored at. The messed up thing is that my children property is being held hostage. I lost all their baby memories and pictures to these scum bags. I don’t mind that they have robbed me from my belongings but to robbed innocent children is a crime. Unlimited Moving and Storage has made my move a living hell. My family and I have been living in a empty apartment for almost two months now without no furniture or clothing. I paid these guys out of good faith to move my property and that take advantage of innocent people.

Don't get suckered into hiring this "business." They are a brokerage scam. Go to the Better Business Bureau site and plug them in. Their accreditation has been revoked. Read the reviews. And do not believe the reviews on their site; they are highly likely made up. I could detail the fraud and lies we experienced, but will just say that we had to call the police who came to the delivery site, told us and the "movers" who showed up that this was a brokerage scam, and made them unload without charging us the $900+ added claiming we owed after having already charged us double the original estimate. Multiple missing and damaged items. One of many photos attached. It's a scam folks. Move it yourself, or go with an established moving company, but do not make the mistake we made and get scammed using this "company." They're a fraud. And I am not exaggerating at all for effect. They're a scam.

The driver David, was late. I kept calling him, and he said his truck broke down. I called him every couple hours. He did not come until about 4pm. Then he butchered my couch, one leg was 5” and one leg was 9”. The reason he cut it was because he could not get it out the door. But if it went in it should go out. Then he continued to wrap wasn’t necessary, but did not wrap my Mothers ceramic elephant. It was precious to me. He did not take my rocking chair, several lawn ornaments even though he had room in the truck. He broke the leg on my tv console, I had to put it in the garbage. I had to donate the couch to Habitat for Humanity. I was missing a rug, my Dyson vacuum cleaner, my American flag and pole, all my spices. He ruined my jewelry cabinet with tape.

THIS IS A FRAUDULANT MOVING BROKER THAT WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND LEAVE YOU WITH EXCESSIVE DAMAGES . I cannot warn you enough. I moved from Wisconsin to Florida. They are a broker, even though they will tell you they are not (Henry the sales person will tell you anything to get the sale). My belongings arrived on a 3rd party truck and 90% damaged. The items that were not damaged in the move were damaged upon assembly. My executive desk that was like new, arrived with all corners bashed in and the back broken in half. Thy will give you the $.60 per pound unless you buy extra insurance. The desk was over $3k and they offered $255. My dining table top was ruined on assembly, The $1200 mattress was sliced with a knife by the movers when unpacking and they offered me $22 for it. My brand new television cost me $25 to pack to avoid damage. When it arrived broken they offered me $20 for it. SO I paid them $5 to deliver a broken $1200 television that I had to pay to get rid of. Office chairs snapped in half, new bunk beds destroyed. They charged me for extra space to move my motorcycle to ensure nothing was stacked above it. The bike came with boxes and garden tools stacked on it. They overcharged me for the space by about 25% and refuse to refund anything. They demand full payment before they will open the truck at the delivery point. The move was initially to cost $6900 and ended up costing over $13k. If you choose to use these crooks, you will be in for disappointment. They are quick to get the business and then won't respond WHEN you have a complaint (Shai Cohen, won't respond and Ezra is a total liar). Hindsight, I would have given all of my stuff away and bought new for the same money. I am moving forward with a lawsuit against this company to get reimbursed for the overcharge of space (attached photo shows 1?3 empty truck upon arrival, I was charged for a full truck), fraudulent representation, and gross neglect.

Buyer Beware

I signed a contract 4/5/21 with Compass VanLines who subcontracted with First Premier, given a verbal guarantee of delivering my furniture, etc in 30 days. I paid $1357, and then to pay $1017.71 at pickup and delivery. Pickup date was 4/12/21 in IL. I was already in FL, and a relative waited all day for pickup. They were 8hrs late.

I called both companies weekly for ETA after 4/12. Then Compass had to confirm with me which company they subcontracted with, because they apparently changed their name from First Premier to Unlimited Moving and Storage; then my name was not in Unlimited Moving database since the driver never had an inventory invoice and never entered my information. Additionally, instead of an inventory invoice, the driver scrawled a handwritten note as evidence of the pickup.

Then both companies stated they knew my items were in the warehouse but couldn’t find it. My girlfriend back in IL showed up at their warehouse with my pics and list and FOUND my items. That was 6/5. Unlimited Moving promised delivery within 10 days. On 6/14 both companies said my items were on a truck. And they repeated it again on 6/22. I asked to speak to management at Compass. The customer service rep— I know 7 of them now—said “We are the management team”. And “We can’t force them to deliver your items”. It’s now 6/25, no calls and it’s been 74 days since the pickup on 4/12 with no resolution.

I retired as a nurse after 37 yrs. To move from IL and care for my 87yo mother in FL. I lived through the Covid pandemic caring for my patients. I came in every day. I was a Chief Union Steward for my hospital. I now have PTSD due to the unbelievable stress and mismanagement of the hospital who were unable to provide us with enough PPE. Two of my nurses died. This is the reality I re-live everyday.Now I cannot even have piece of mind and have my belongings returned to me. I cannot understand why a moving company will not abide by their contract and be so cavalier about their contractual obligations.

For my move from Cleveland, OH to Houston, TX, I hired the company called Pinnacle Van Lines LLC (which turned out to be a broker) and Unlimited Moving & Storage LLC handled the move itself. Initially by the broker the delivery estimate date was 15 days from the pick up date (6/11/21). First, they showed up one day late (6/12/21) saying their truck broke down. They took my stuff on 6/12/21. I received an email on 6/25 showing the estimate delivery window being 6/22-7/7. On 7/6, when I still haven't heard anything from anyone about delivery on 7/7, I called the number that was provided. No one answered and I had to go through the Pinnacle Van Lines LLC to talk to the dispatch person from the Unlimited Moving & Storage LLC. They gave me many excuses and said the delivery will be within that week and latest Sunday (7/11). When I haven't gotten any calls from them on 7/10 (Sat) regarding possible delivery on 7/11, I called the number again, which no one answered. I was able to reach someone eventually, but still haven't received call back or any news on when my belongings will be delivered. First of all, it's really difficult to get a hold of them, and when I do, I talk to this guy name Ezra.

I cannot reach the moving company Unlimited Moving & Storage LLC. I have filed BBB complaint and FMCSA complaint. I just really want to get my stuff. Honestly, I don't even care about my sofas or beds, because those are replaceable. But I really want my personal belongings like my father's pictures and my childhood albums. My dad past away few years ago in an accident and that's all I have of him. These people are absolutely horrible. I am asking anyone for help. I don't know how to get my stuff back.

If you want to have an extremely stressful and unsuccessful move use unlimited Moving and Storage in Lincolnwood, IL. After 55 days we still have not received delivery of our items although payment was taken in full over a month ago.

I signed a contract with Move Safe Van Lines on May 5, 2021.

At that time I paid the deposit of $787.06. Move Safe subcontracted with Unlimited Moving and Storage in Lincolnwood, IL. My items were picked up in Collinsville, Il on May 15, 2021, and were to be delivered to Hollywood, FL 33021 (1,196 miles). The items were to be delivered within 15 business days from May 17th. Half ($610.45) of the remaining balance was to be taken upon pickup and the remaining balance ($610.45)taken upon delivery. Unlimited Moving and Storage in Lincolnwood withdrew the full balance of $1,220.96 on June 2nd without informing me they were doing so.

I have called repeatedly to learn when we will receive our items. Each time I actually get Ezra in Dispatch to take my calls he assures me my items are on the truck and will be delivered. When Move Safe has contacted them they too were told the items are on a truck. Originally Ezra told me by June 11th and at the latest June 16th. On July 2nd he once again assured me my items were definitely on the truck and that I would receive them this week. Once again no return calls. no delivery, and no resolution.

Do NOT use this company. I was quoted $3000. ended up paying over $5000 to move 20 items. Lied to constantly. Loaded truck then told me it would cost more. Would not give me a delivery date. Finally hit me for additional money or else they would not delivery my furniture. It was all scratched up as well. Filed a complaint With the FMCSA. Was contacted and told they currently have 5 complaints against them in just the last 3 months for the same issues. No delivery dates and shaking down for more money. Also, they may tell you they have an 18 wheeler but according to dept of transportation, DOT.. they do NOT have a driver on file to operate an 18 wheeler nor are they allowed to operate one under their DOT info. Stay AWAY from Unlimited moving and Storage of linconlwood.

Repulsive, disgusting, poisonous human beings. Their certification from BBB was suspended as of yesterday. I booked a move and paid TOO MUCH money, soon as I paid I could hardly get someone on the phone, gave me the run around promised to make it happen and never did, promises a refund and never gave it. And that's on the off occasion I could even get someone on the phone! I have read tons of reviews all day of these situations with others, or holding their things hostage until the customer pays even more money, damaged and missing things. These "people" are nasty, awful, crooks. Anyone who can do to people what this company has done, are sociopaths. I will be taking legal action. Owner Shy, others like Ezra, Mike, Lucas, they are all snakes. Even the receptionists they try to pass the buck to would rob you as soon as look at you. Filthy filthy business.

Horrible experience. I paid extra to have one guy show up on my end who then required me to help lift and move the things I paid United Moving and Storage to move for me. When I let them know about it they said they would look into it and let me know.

In between all of that I called the main customer service number to get an update on where my stuff was, left several messages, got no response until I reached out to the local Colorado rep directly.

Absolutely unacceptable moving experience. What is the point of hiring movers to move your things and paying them extra if in the end you have to help them move your stuff into your home anyway?

Terrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is fake. All they do is just scam. Guys, be careful. I paid $665 and they sent me an email with the company Lego. But nobody showed up to pick up my stuff. When I called them they gave me a number which was a scam and told me you should ask them to refund. Be careful guys never trust them.

I just wanted to update you guys on what happened after a month. Somebody, Jacky from this terrible company, called me and told me they would give me a refund within five days. After a month, no money has come back and what Jacky told me was another lie. They stole my money. I just wanted to make sure that all know this; guys never ever ever trust this company; they will steal your money if they don't steal your home stuff. They are not a moving company; they are some robbers.

I'm going to update you guys about my sad story and again warn you. Still, after more than 2 months they didn't pay back my money. This company is fake don't even believe the positive reviews. They will steal your money. Whatever they say is a lie. DONOT TRUST THEM PLEASE.

Great movers and even more fantastic price! They have a set price and don't try to sneak anything else in on you like other places do because we all worry about that but believe me when I say you're safe at the price they quote. They bring T.V.s, and all competitors want to add charges for that and T.V.s are included with Unlimited Moving, cannot be beaten! They moved us in a snap and took care of everything like it was their own; I know because I was watching. Respectful men, and I recommend them to everyone.

Price went from $6,500.00 to over $16,000.00. Yes we have all the so called estaminets, 6,500.00 10,000.00 12000.00 and 16000.00. We were told they would stop at the 1500 cubic feet, but they did not do that, and charged extra for the "300"cubic feet that we were over. It feels like a scam. Before they pack it in the truck take measurements and make sure the numbers match. And 11 days later none of our stuff is here, no phone calls returned, lawsuit incoming.

This Unlimited Moving and Storage is a Major Scam, unprofessional, rude,& inconsiderate. A very good friend moved from Colorado to Florida spent a huge amount of money an more than half of their belongings were damaged in multiple move's. Irreplaceable item's, momentos, furniture lost. This is a Broker based business with contracted people to move customers belongings in a unprofessional way. They paid over $12,557 on this move! One portion of the money went to Unlimited Moving & Storage $9,151.50 the other payment went to $3,405.50 Moving Storage and Logistics. They moved from a 1700 sq ft 2 bed 4 bath townhome. They received 3/4 of their item's. Several small deliveries from totally random people unannounced. The rest of their thing's are lost in New York somewhere supposedly. Do NOT USE a Guy named Victor!!! Victor is very unprofessional, rude, snotty, ignorant, uncooperative. Don't know where he fit's in with either company.

DO NOT USE EITHER COMPANY FOR ANY MOVES!!!!

Unlimited Moving and Storage, arrived 2 days late and had to return on the 3 day to complete the move. My quote went from $8000 to $14,000 although my declared inventory was pretty spot on. Be very careful when selecting liability coverage and paying cash because this will determine the effort these guys put into packing your stuff. They know that 60 cents per pound is nothing and will destroy or "misplace" and item rather than take care of it. Hopefully this review will cost their business more than 60 cents per pound. What should have been a pretty easy and straightforward move turned into a disaster. The bookcase that they did "not have time" to disassemble was completely destroyed. I found the team literally throwing the broken pieces into the back of the truck, laughing, in an effort to hide the evidence. In addition to this, they broke my headboard, dishes, and completely misplaced an end table and a tool bag which had all of the furniture screws and hardware. Not sure how this happens when the truck they loaded would be the same truck to deliver my items a week later. After paying $14000 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath move, I deserve better service from these companies. If this review can stop a single person from making the same mistake I did then something good actually came out of this horrible experience! Find a moving company that will give you an honest and fair quote, accepts credit cards and will commit to excellent service from the beginning to the end!
