First, The worst thing they broke your stuff and lost some of it and ghosting you.

Yes our stuff is missing up until today. Tried to call them, they simply ignoring you.

They even broke our expensive dining table and lost part of it (now its unusable), and lots of other stuff. There even a shoe mark all over our chairs and boxes.

Second, They don't honor the agreement. First they ask to pay 50% but when the movers coming 3 days late they ask for more. I tried to call them but they said nothing they can do if i want my stuff to get picked up.

I don't want to write too long, just ran away from them so not worth the headaches.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3800

DON’T USE THEM!!!!’RUN DON’T STOP.They gave me a price for 599 cubic feet of my 30 by 10 foot storage unit in florida.$4 445.00.High I know but wanted my big furniture out so I could move the rest myself next month.When they got there they told me there wasn’t enough room on the truck.!!I There is zero communication within this company.I never ask or expected to have everything moved.They return the next day with an empty truck & insist I’m going to pay them $8,700.00 to move it all.I told them I wouldn’t nor couldn’t pay that .Just too move what I ask for & the amount Of the truck I had paid for.They are holding my things in some warehouse hostage until I give them more money.They took a deposit of $2 000 three weeks ago.Which left me a balance of $2,445.Now that want an additional $3,700. Half now & the rest when my things are deliveted,Please don’t make the same mistakes I did.Look them up on the better business site.I believe they have 420 some people they have done the same things to .Help me put these people out of business by not using them.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $4445

When my fiancé first contacted these people everything seem fine, the representative seem nice. Went through the whole inventory including the 150 pairs of shoes my fiancé has & he even gave him a supposedly sneaker head discount. Few days before moving day I contacted them & ask if their was anything they do not pack as we paid for packing also & they said no that they packed everything. Moving day comes & first thing I was told was that we had to pay extra fee for the stairs & distance between the truck & front steps. Which my fiancé was told was only told it would be $75 for having stairs not that they would Chan the $75 for each stairs so that was extra & then was told they would not pack & take liquids! As they were packing a lot of my stuff was not on their inventory including my fiancés shoes that they talked about & was even given a discount for!!! That was 3 large boxes added & a lot more. We were told our delivery date was scheduled for a certain date. As the date comes they told us we will not be getting our stuff cause they didn’t have a driver that, that day was only an estimate & I have 4 kids & a dog & cat & only packed for 2 days!!! I was without my stuff for almost 3 weeks! If I didn’t have family I would of been homeless for that amount of time !!! We finally got our stuff & few things are damaged & it seems like they don’t give a shit! Please stay away from this company!!! NEVER AGAIN! Next time I’m packing my own shit!!! Ohhh & we ended up paying also 2k more than the “estimate”

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6645

Got a quote for packing and moving for 300cf + two additional bulk charges. I did all the packing into 26 boxes (not expecting compensation for this). I was not actually at the place of pickup and had a proxy....

At pickup they claimed it to be 450cf and needed extra 'cash' at that point (pressured). Upon delivery they forgot the bulk items and the total cubic feet(cf) delivered was well under 200cf (remember all boxes and easy to measure - took up less than a quarter of an 8X8X8 ft room).

They 'decline' to credit back the over-estimated amount or the bulk fee for the items they did not pickup. Now I have to work out another solution for the items they did not deliver and I cannot understand how they can justify charging for services and deliveries not provided.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $4600

They worked efficiently and meticulously. They took care of everything! They took care of our things as if they were their own, disassembling furniture and covering it in blankets to ensure that it arrived at its destination in one piece. They were extremely adaptable, personable, and, most importantly, hardworking and dependable employees. With the exception of United States Moving company, I would not suggest anybody else for moving services! We are quite pleased with our decision to work with them!!!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6937

Please please please do not use this moving company. It is 100% a scam. When the time came for moving (5/28/22) they said that they would call 24-48 hours beforehand. Never received that call and had to call ourselves (morning of 5/27/22). They then said that they were coming THAT DAY between 1-5 pm because the movers were in the area and that our two previously agreed upon dates (5/28/22 and 5/29/22) were no longer options. So of course we weren't ready yet but scramble the whole day to finish packing. All throughout that time we called and asked when the movers were expected. They couldn't give us any time estimate or even the name of the third party moving company. Our supposed contact to go to with any questions throughout this process, Benjamin Weiss, wouldn't take any of our calls throughout the whole day. Benjamin already had my fiancés phone number so of course he didn't answer his calls. Then I call off my phone (a number he didn't have) and answers right away (still with no answers as to what was going on). The customer service line gave us the run around and immediately set the blame on us as soon as we started expressing doubt and interest to cancel, which we ultimately did. I refuse to put everything I own on a truck with a company that won't answer my calls, simple as that.

I am confident that the third party moving company would have charged double or triple the amount of the initial estimate, which unfortunately has happened to many other people who have posted reviews here. The whole process was a textbook moving company scam and bait and switch. They will smooth talk you into booking and try to tell you that other moving companies will do EXACTLY what they did to us.

Thank god I never put my stuff on their truck because I think it would have been delivered late, damaged, or not at all.

They take advantage of people when they are at their most vulnerable. Save yourself the headache and money and DO NOT USE THEM!

P.S. please check the reviews on their Yelp site. They are more honest about customer’s experiences. All positive reviews here must be fake.

During my initial call after losing money with another broker, I felt comfortable because he facetimed me to see my items and we even facetime in my storage unit to avoid the trap of underestimating. I was specific about the need for insurance and was advised on the day of moving I would be able to obtain the insurance. They sent a carrier who was not insurable in addition the carrier wanted to see the items before coming to get them. He said we will pause the move . The company could care less. Multiple calls and texts no response from the company. It was a breach of contract. No move and no refund

PLEASE save ur hard earned money and your precious time and STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. They booked my load with $1000 down gave me quote of $3500 and before 3 days of my pickup date they reviewed everything and gave me new quote price of $5500 then the day of pickup they asked for $6700 plus $500 tip and then the day of delivery they charged me long distance unloading fee $500 even though my Appartment has no stairs and max 30 foot away where they parked their truck and delivery were very rude with no good English and try to harass my wife mentally saying they will smash her phone while she was talking to me. A lot my stuff got damaged and broken and some of my stuff is missing.

This is the worst scam company ever! They have contracted the lowest bidding company to move our household goods from Maine to Ga and they are the worst. The moving company they hired is Whitty Movers and they are also scam artist. They work with USMS to scam and rip people off. Their dispatcher has the worst attitude and should be fired immediately! They do not care about your goods, only your money and ripping you off. They took our goods straight to storage and did not even attempt to deliver to the destination. NEVER USE WHITTY MOVERS! USMS made us believe that THEY (USMS) will be handling the entire shipment within their own company, but that was not the case, they contracted it out without informing us of such. We were quoted $4,700 to Pack, load, drive, unload and unpack in the house by Benjamin and USMS(whose attitude and customer service sucks) he should be fired! When the cheap ass moving company arrives, they are telling us it will be an addl $10,000.00 to move our stuff, totaling $15,000.00 (1,400-mile drive). It all fit in a 24FT box truck, so we are not talking a 53ft dry van(tractor trailer). They also drove 1,400 miles with some of the outside furniture on the liftgate driving down the interstate. When calling Benjamin, he does not return your phone call. He is a huge scam artist. I spoke with Gabby, and she is also a huge scam artist. She does not care and can only say "sorry for you trouble but, there is nothing I can do about it". She claims to be a manager, but by her attitude and lack of customer service, I would say that is a lie about being a manager. She should be fired along with Benjamin. The sorry cheap ass moving company has now put our entire household in storage and says we have 30days to pay the addl $8,000.00 of the balance or they will action off the unit. I can assure you we will be contacting our Lawyer and sue this company, report this to the Sheriff's office, calling the local new channel and reporting this and to the BBB. I will spend triple the amount to shut this POS company down and make them pay. Benjamin and Gabby are complete scam artist. DO NOT EVER USE THEM, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THEM. THEY HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST OF ME. GAME ON YOU POS'S!!
