There are a lot of house and apartment moving companies out there. But I chose United Pro Van Lines LLC Company on my friend's recommendation. And I was so happy with the crew from this Company. Thank you!

We had to abandon our belongingsUnited ProVanLines demanded 1/3 more.

We paid $600 of contract ( Houston to Pittsburgh). They make a tricky use of "estimated" and on 29 June, 23 their agents came and ask for $600 more. We reduced the items and their agents persisted in asking for more money. As we were discussing what to do, they just left. We called and called but they asked that we pay $ 500 just for returning. When they sign contract they quickly send over the email and behave nice, but after that they are brutal and disrespectful maybe more to those who are different or new to the country. Finally we had to abandon our items as we had to vacate the apartment and we also lost $600(advance payment) for the service not rendered. Dishonest and unprofessional. My children still grieve the loss oftheir items,

Good Evening Arif; We reviewed this file with Mgmt. to determine if the claims made against the carrier were warranted. We found that upon the carrier survey of the home, there were add'l services to be performed such as stairs in the home and possible long carry fees for the great distance to bring the goods out of the home. Also, there were more items to be loaded than what was provided by the shipper in the estimated at booking. More items will created more space used in the truck which carries add'l charges. Since an agreement to perform loading services could not be met, shipper refused service to proceed forward with the relocation. This is classified as a Refusal of Service. As per the Moving Policy Agreemenr, Section # 20. AS THE CUSTOMER, I AGREE THAT ANY REFUSAL OR DENIAL OF SERVICE, EITHER VERBALLY IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE, WILL BE TREATED AS A LATE CANCELLATION MADE OUTSIDE OF THE CANCELLATION WINDOW. I UNDERSTAND THAT NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF I REFUSE OR DENY SERVICE DURING THE PICKUP WINDOW.
Therefore, no refund issued. Shipper disputed payment with merchant which was rejected due to supporting documents presented by UPVL Mgmt. If you have further questions, please contact Customer Support at the toll-free number during regular business hours.

The team was very cooperative!

This Company helped in our relocation process. From the initial enquiry to relocation, I had a very responsive communication with them. The team was very cooperative in responding to our queries and did multiple reviews of our quote. The service itself from packaging to delivery was excellent. None of the items were damaged. The team that visited for packing was highly professional and did a fantastic job.

Report FMCSA to get this fraudulent company license suspended

Beware Scammers! On 9/6/23 I got a call from United Pro Van, Chris, who agreed literally with all conditions I made to move my furniture.hm an “attractive”deal for the route. I was asked to immediately pay $1290 to lock the deal.When I printed the contract I was shocked. Whatever I was told by Chris was a BIG LIE. He lied on multiple things (extra fees I had to pay once I get my stuff (including packaging and handling) I right away called back & here you go,NO ANSWER.I emailed within an hour asking to cancel and refund me.According to their contract full cancellation applies when its done within 24 hours of the order. They called & tried to persuade me not to cancel by promising not to change extra. But I already researched about this fraud company. Finally she gave up & told me that I would receive the refund within 45 days, HUH? That’s what verbally said but paper contact clearly says 14 BUSINESS DAYS. They finally admitted knowing I have the paper contact. I called them regularly talked to Kay, the rudest rep I’ve ever talked to. The way I was treated by her, I felt myself robbed.I reporting to FMCSA & will file a police report, BBB and FINALLY take legal action to get their license suspended.

FYI, today was 14th business day. Another lie.They have system issue processor doesn’t work & they can’t refund. LIES…Every time I spoke to Kay she told me they still have time,14th bussiness day will be on 9/27/23. Now its the end of day. No refund! The system only works when charges but stops working when they refund.

Now another trick, they sent me a screenshot! if I publicly report about the false case while its under review I they will forfeit the case.FYI,I already have cancellation email approved by you. ALL I WANT IS REFUND. I already found the owner and will also publicly post so everyone knows they are robbing people. All proofs I can provide.

Our records indicate that the consumer signed up for services on 9/06/2023 and secured their reservation with a deposit of $1,290.00. The following day, 09/07/2023 09:20:57 am Our Customer Service Mgr. received a request from the consumer to please Cancel my reservation. The Department Mgr. decided to take this matter to senior management in regards to cancellation. Our findings reflect that the customer is canceling the reservation within the Cancellation policy window. Our policy states that refunds can take “up to” 14 business days for processing. On 09/20/2023 11:45:30 am The customer inquired why she hadn't received a refund. We advised per our policy; the process can take up to 14 business days which 14th business day from the date of cancellation will fall on 9/27. Senior Mgmt. Staff is handling the matter and customers will be notified once funds are released. The following few days Vardan continued to call our Customer Service Dept. and question our company policy insisting the refund be processed immediately. Again we advised that the refund is in process and will be completed within the timeline presented in the original conversation back from 9/07. The refund was submitted for processing as indicated on 9/27 and on 09/30/2023 02:37:32 pm our Sr. Mgmt. received notification from the bank that the customer was refunded in the amount of $1,290.00 and this action was completed as of Sep 30, 2023, 2:36 p.m. EDT Reason: Canceled. Cancel per special cxl window.

This file is considered closed and no further action is required at this time.

Excellent crew work!

Excellent crew work, very close follow up from management. I shifted from Martinsburg City to Hockessin City and it was super smooth. The team was very fast, professional and responsive. I definitely recommend them for anyone planning on shifting their home. A shifting is always troublesome but with these movers doing their work more than half the worry is overcome.

The whole experience was delightful!

Amazing effort by the team!

On the day the team was fantastic, we were packed up and ready to go by 12:00. Amazing effort by the team. At the final destination nothing was too much trouble for the team, they even moved some furniture into storage left by the previous owners. I would recommend house moves.
