U Pack

From first contact, the service from Pack was terrific. We packed our boxes ourselves and contracted with a reputable loader. Old Dominion had the trailer delivered and picked it up right on schedule. OD had the trailer in AZ before we got there. All UPack staff and all OD staff and drivers were always courteous and professional and not one item was scratched or broken. The price of the move was quite reasonable and we highly recommend UPack/OD.

Being diligent in packing your boxes and working with the right loader is very important.

Recently used UPack and ordered a 30’ freight trailer. Definitely the way to go if have a long distance or big move coming up. Trailer was great! Huge! UPack dropped it off on time and driver was so efficient. All staff from beginning to end were a pleasure to work with. I also had to make numerous date changes along the way and they always accommodated. Moving a client to Martha’s Vineyard is no easy feat! There are ferry’s to navigate, rules, regulations etc. With UPack it was a breeze. Their 3rd part affiliates in MA handled all the details in getting trailer on site in the vineyard! I arrange moves for many clients and handle every detail from beginning to end. I wish I would have utilized UPack a long time ago! They are now my absolute number 1 go to for any upcoming moves. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. Great company to work with! These freight trailers are way better than a POD or a moving truck. The price was great also. Freight trailers for me from now on!

Excellent professional service from start to finish.The Driver,Parrish, who dropped off the trailer was so kind and helpful. He called to let me know when he was headed my way and called again when he was 5 minutes away. He knew I was alone so took the ramp out and set it up for me and made sure the trailer was placed so there was room to load the items. I was very grateful for his help. He also made sure I understood all the details about the best way to load the trailer, how to use the bulkhead, locks, etc. Everything was delivered and removed in a timely fashion. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend UPack.

Me, my mother and my boyrfiend all ensured out stuff was, bubble wrapped, padded and secure before our move,
we moved or entire life across the states
when we went to pick up our stuff, so much was damaged it was unreal. I get things are bumpy driving across the states, but it literally looked like a train wreck.
our tables, chairs were damaged, boxes that were wrapped were shredded, there were cd's all over the place (that were secured in bags.
almost everything was scratched, our dresser was completely broken, frames that were wrapped were broken. It looks like someone carelessly drove. I mean we packed up a uhaul to the max and went far and nothing shifted (same way it was packed in the upack and I think uhauls are terrible)
we had to pay close to 500 dollars to replace our damaged goods and spent 2300 to move it..
when I asked for a claim to replace our damaged goods they denied us because they didn't "touch" any of it
needless to say, not very impressed given 2300 dollars was given and we couldn't even get 400 of it back.
never will I use this company again, period, we are now broke, in a new state and they couldn't have cared less.
i guess if you have to move far, I wouldn't recommend it.

Used this service for a out of state move..now I can not get my belongings..

was told it was a door to door service, not ship my stuff to a service center and hold it for payment.. When I expressed my concern, all I got was back lash and belittled on the phone.

Instead of working with you, they google your name(Neal) and threaten you if you write a review(Chelsea) [here is the review, lets see how bad it gets for me Chelsea]

I have no reassurance they they will deliver my stuff, they demand payment before the service is complete..

Now it is super easy to get the container but impossible to get it delivered.

They compare themselves to amazon to justify why they will not deliver my container..

So if you are thinking about using them, just go to amazon and buy new stuff.. because there is a great chance you will not gets your after you pack it up..
