Long-distance move from Saco, ME to Earlington, KY

We could not have asked for a better outcome..

My wife and I had a great experience when we used Carkmack Moving & Storage. They were friendly and tended to all of our needs in every way possible. Their customer care team and their movers were excellent. The movers worked very hard from start to finish and they were also friendly. Nothing was damaged as far as our homes (pickup or delivery) or any of our items. We were also happy that our cost was cheaper than we originally expected. We plan on moving again in the near future and we will be giving these guys a call when the time comes. We could not have asked for a better outcome.

I'd highly recommend them.

Trinity Moving and Storage did a seamless job with our move. I was really impressed with Wes. He confirmed the night before the time they'd be arriving and were very punctual. They were extremely efficient and the move went very quickly. It was a great deal and a high level of service. One less thing to stress about during a move! I'd highly recommend them.

Long-distance move from New York, NY to Denver, CO

Deceptive and Unreliable.

Be extremely careful with how you deal with this company. Trinity responded to our request for a quote by saying that they had a truck that needed to get back to their hub after moving a military family, and that it was exactly the route we were interested in on the day we wanted to move. As such they offered us a "50% discount" to move with them.

Turns out, they don't actually have trucks or a hub, they're a broker. And once we decided to go with them, they shop our move around to the lowest bidder. When we asked about the military family, or the hub they had to get back to, the actual mover laughed and said nothing of that was true. We ended up receiving our delivery about 40 days after it was picked up, despite Trinity saying they needed to get their truck back to the hub where we were moving to on the day we were moving.

Additionally, between us signing our first binder agreement, with an itemized inventory list, and the final delivery, our quote went up 2.5x. So what we thought was going to be a ~$3100 move ended up being a ~$8000 move. Once they have you as a captive customer, you have very limited ability to negotiate as 'things change' when they start packing your things up.

Long-distance move from New York, NY to Akron, OH

Misleading Information Resulted in Thousands in Lost Furniture.

We used Trinity for our recent move to Ohio. We were promised repeatedly that the movers would disassemble several large pieces and reassembly upon delivery. We sent a detailed list of furniture, including brands. Upon arrival of the movers, we were told that they would not disassemble IKEA furniture, and Trinity then backtracked on their promise. Because of the building, we couldn't move several large shelving units. We were also charged for a shuttle on the delivery side that we were never informed about. All said, we estimated an additional $3000 in moving costs than we were originally quoted. They were very unresponsive to our requests, and I would not recommend using Trinity unless your ready for thousands of dollars in additional charges above their quotes.

Trinity Moving and Storage Movers were amazing!

Trinity Moving and Storage Movers were amazing! They showed up on time, worked REALLY hard, never really took a break, wrapped everything very well, and were polite and courteous on top of that. I will definitely use them again. They were clearly very knowledgeable in the whole world of moving. Wrapping things well and maneuvering my furniture to get it out of the house without scuffing anything. They even moved my loveseat off my balcony by PASSING IT OVER THE BALCONY. dang, that's skill. Worth every single penny! I will never try to move myself again. I'll always use Trinity Moving and Storage!

Lousy company

Do NOT use Trinity Movers or ANY other moving BROKERAGE for any of your moving needs. Do your business DIRECTLY with a legitamate established moving company. If you do, you will automatically save 30% on your move. The 30% is what the BROKERAGE gets for giving you a inaccurate estimate for your move and then giving it to the actual moving company. Go direct and get the best price. And the BROKERAGE provides 0 service after they are paid 30% upfront.

Horrible Experience

I am stuck. Not getting my household items. Waiting from past 2 months and customer support is not answering my calls. Everyday we are struggling without the essentials. My little daughter sleeps on the floor without Crib, it so cold and no blankets. Not even have an idea when it will be delivered. I am in a hopeless situation not know what to do. Please help

Movers

SCAM. Never have I had such a bad experience with a mover or any company for that matter. I was given a quote to include exact items and number of boxes. We had less boxes no more items. On the day of move, they hit us with extra fees. I called customer service. They were so disrespectful...and charged an additional $600.00 at day of move. They get you at most vulnerable (day of move where you have already made a substantial deposit). Quite the operation. I don't mind paying for good service but to be lied to...unacceptable. RUN from this company.

I couldn't recommend them more.

After several dicey moves in the past, Trinity moving and storage exceeded my expectations with every aspect of my move. My on-site estimator was on time, informative and professional. Leading up to the move Amos answered all of my questions and adjusted my quote a few times at my request, including the day before the move, to reflect changes in the packing list. And the moving crew was courteous, efficient, and careful with my belongings. I couldn't recommend them more.

Completely utilize them again!!!

Profoundly happy with the quality and demonstrable skill all through the moving procedure. Starting from the management to the group, everybody was an exemplary character. The evaluated time to finish the employment was as close as it could get. The furniture that required disassembled was dismantled and reassembled at the goal in an extraordinary shape. Completely utilize them again and recommend rendering their services.
