DO NOT use them! It felt like being manipulated and then abused. Their sales team makes it seem like you’ll get to pick your date of delivery (and that it might be a few days after), but they don’t make it clear that you’re actually agreeing to a 3-4 week window. They also contract it out to another company that has horrible communication. They charged us EXTRA upon picking up and delivering... AFTER waiting 3 more weeks than we were led to believe.

Please do NOT use them. And after reading similar reviews, I wish a Class Action Lawsuit could be formed against them for their blatant manipulation and lack of truth.

I have moved many times over the years, sometimes as frequent as every two years, and it was always a stressful and strenuous process. Out of all the moves this one was the easiest and I would recommend Trinity moving and storage to anyone looking for a fast, affordable, and easy move. When the movers showed up they were clean cut and friendly and handled my things as though they were their own. All of my things were handled with care from my antique bedroom suit to my luggage. Trinity moving and storage was not only affordable and friendly they finished the job in a timely and reputable manner.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4300

They lied and stated they would do the entire move with theyown company and would not sub conttract me out , and wanted 3700 dollars the full amount of cash up front before they even came out to see what i was having moved , they took 845 dollars cash deposit then called on day of move and said they needed 250 dollars more and would not pick up move on day of move as contract stated and sent out a nother moving company the next day eagle eye mover llc becasue i refused to pay3700 cash up front to have my items picked up when i had a agreement signed to pay by credit card for the entire move ,they charged me for packing and my items were already packed , they scared up my speakers and mynew kitchen table when unloading , they were rushing and were 2 days late bring my items and opened some of my boxes and stole small items that would not be worth reporting on my insurance such as my 4 k fire stick , and a bag of batteries and my super brite flash lights , and a bag of durecell batteries , and other electronic items total about 300 dollars deductable was 500 so in had to take a loss , i asked about my items being opened and re packed in a different box and items missing and they started cussing me out and became very uncorperative and ithey left items in my garage instead of bringing items into my houise i have poictures of all the damage and unprofessional things tehy did

I was so impressed by the wonderful service I received from Trinity moving and storage! They were recommended strongly by a family member and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, friendly customer experience right from the beginning. The staff was so helpful- planning the move, recommendations on how to be organized, and some creative furniture assembly were among the skill set demonstrated on site. Reliable, and professional and super-efficient! Great job and great people - I would recommend their services for a positive moving experience.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4480

This company gave an estimate, and took one third as a deposit. Contract specified , they would contact me 7 to 10 days before move date, for final estimate. Never contacted me. I called them and was told they would contact me 4 days before move. I found this unacceptable, as they could have changed estimate and leave me no time to make other arrangements. Plus they subbed the move out to a company with terrible ratings. I expressed my concerns and wanted to talk to a manager or supervisor, yet no one ever contacted me. Beware , I would stay well clear of this company

I am truly baffled by the positive comments about this moving company. It has been 36 days since my belongings were picked up, and I still don't have my items, nor any word when they will be delivered. Going by business days, it has been 26 business days. Throughout this experience, I have been overcharged, lied to, bullied, and threatened, and nothing has been resolved. I truly prayed for a positive experience, because I did read the reviews, both positive and negative, and I was moving by myself. All of my items were boxed up by me and organized into my garage and one bedroom, and I was still charged for packing and over sized items. All of the costs I signed for on the initial contract were changed when H & M (the actual movers) showed up, as well as what was due upon pickup, and they proceeded to drop my items, threaten and bully me, and ended up overcharging me by over $5,000.00. I have been in constant contact with the management at Trinity, and while she talks a good game, I have yet to see any results in my belongings being delivered, or any of the overcharges being returned. Initially, I felt most of the issue was with H & M, but I now see that both companies just want your money and couldn't care less about your personal items, being honest or being helpful. I am physically, emotionally, and financially exhausted and drained, and as I am writing this, have no idea when my belongings will arrive, or how much more I will be bullied into paying upon delivery. I have been patient and understanding, and I continue to get no resolution whatsoever. I will never hire Trinity again, and am disappointed they would ever contract with a company like H & M.

Their crew was great as well and a very nice young man took the furniture to be boarded on their van line. But I missed telling them that inside the screen of one of my TVs broke. I got my grandson to hold it up for me and it didn't come on. When we looked inside, there were cracks on it. I also lost two lamps for two of my bedrooms. Those were bought by my husband and I loved them. But aside from those minor things, everything was good. Their guys were professional, polite and they did a great job, A+.

Trinity Moving and Storage is one company that could ship from Florida to Washington. I shipped some stuff to my son last year. The person who assisted me with the move answered every question and got everything lined up. He kept me informed of what was going on so it was easy. Even the drivers contacted me and told me where and when they were. They had a different local truck that went all the way across without any issues. I was surprised that everything went so smooth and made it to Washington within the time frame that they told me it would. Trinity Moving and Storage was one of the better experiences I've had dealing with companies that do online and over the phone and never really meet.

We were scammed! Trinity is a broker and quoted a price only to double it a few days prior to the movers coming. The mover is a third party and hired people off of Craig’s List. He walks through the house abs says it’s way more stuff than we were quoted. The price then goes from $6500 to $17k! We felt stuck! We had to be out of our house and had no real choice! Then he demanded cash upon arrival for the remaining half and we had to use a mix of Venmo and PayPal. All VERY shady! Turns out this is happening a lot and the authorities are starting to make arrests for similar companies in Florida. I am prepared to hire lawyers as I find out this is happening to many many innocent families. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Can I give a zero star review?

These people are not moving anything except your money into their pocket. They are brokers, just call a moving company and set it up yourselves. Again, they don’t do anything except insert themselves into your business. They will say they are there to help, but once you pay your deposit, they don’t care. You can’t even get any help resolving legitimate complaints, they will do NOTHING.

I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE CORONAVIRUS!!!!!

Please do yourself a favor and call a moving company, they will do the same paperwork that these grifters will. They only do paperwork, they subcontract the move, so avoid this BS and deal with the moving company directly, you have to deal with them anyway. So cut out this middle man which will make it harder to resolve any issues. They will only refer you the other company to resolve disputes. Do you see what I mean? Trust me, you don’t want this headache. Moving is stressful enough, you don’t need this unnecessary headache on top of it.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $21897

Got a quote, gave a very detailed list of item. # of Boxes with sizes, dimensions of all furniture and type, amount of guns safes with dimensions and weigh. 12 pages! Then got final pric. Nothing said amount price changing or may need extra cash on moving da. They show up on moving day and price was now A LOT higher! Had to pay them since we have almost everything in truck and had to be out of house since it was closing day. Company denied everything. Also damage to furniture! NEVER AGAIN!

Trinity seemed to be top notch for our daughters move across the country, and were easy to work with in creating a quote and contract. But then their subcontractors came in and it all went south. The pick up went smoothly enough, although on the spot they charged 500 more. Then it was almost impossible to secure a drop off date, took 3 weeks to get anyone to respond. Then the one person dropping off wanted to overcharge for stairs, tried to move someone else's items in, and generally was grumpy and misogynistic. He barely counted the items and didn't review the inventory. We couldn't wait for him to leave. Then we discovered 4 large, important items missing and to date no one has taken responsibility for looking for them or helping us recoup the loss except for the pennies a claim might yield.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $3200

If I could leave zero stars I would. Every piece of furniture that was delivered was damaged. We also hired them to move our car and after 3 days of a no show and no call they told us that we needed to find someone else resulting in us paying another $800 to find someone. Shane estimated our move and the movers they hired to pick up came in and charged us another $1100. Caleb hung up on us when we tried to contact for information about our move. They were the rudest people and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When we called them to tell them all of our household items and brand new furniture was damaged they basically said it wasn’t their problem. The mover used our bathroom without asking and didn’t flush the toilet. It was unreal. They had our belongings for one month before delivery and then showed up 5 hours late. They also damaged our concrete driveway when they pulled in the driveway and when I asked them what they would do about it i was told to take picture and file a claim. They also left all the wrapping from the furniture in a pile in the driveway and said they couldn’t take it. And if all of this isn’t bad enough when I questioned them on the time they showed up they said if I didn’t like it they can turn around and we could pay for a redelivery. There is so much more that went wrong and cannot believe these people can sleep at night let alone still be in business.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $7800

Do not believe anything they say when they give you an estimate. We were told the movers would take apart our furniture and reassemble it at our home, that we would be able to pick the date of our move once our plan was more final (we booked a few months out), that there would be a quality assurance call a week before, that we would get 24 hours notice before the movers showed up, and after providing an extensive detailed list of our furniture we were given what we thought was a reasonable estimate about 3,400 for a 1 bedroom apartment move half way across the country.

We then found out that we couldn’t pick an exact move date - they would give us two possible days but we would ‘get 24 hours notice’. We never received the quality control call. They called us after 5:30 the day before and told us the movers would be here the next afternoon. The actual movers then called us at 9 pm telling us they were coming at 9 am when we told them that wouldn’t work because we live in an apartment and needed to reserve the elevator they then decided to come at 6 pm instead. They told us that disassembling the furniture would cost extra and upcharged us for ‘overtime’, packing blankets, a fee for having to use an elevator, a 13% fuel surcharge, and then told us our possessions were actually double our estimate space. They damaged one piece of our furniture before it even got on the truck. All told we were charged more than double our estimate- more than $6,000. We do not believe that was accurate but it was 10:39 pm and we felt we had no choice since all our stuff was already on the truck.

As if that wasn’t bad enough when the truck arrived 5 of our 9 pieces of furniture were damaged and one of our cabinets was missing. The truck was packed ridiculously with furniture piled on top of six boxes. We are still unpacking and anticipate finding more broken items. We haven’t tried to file a claim yet for our various items, so TBD how that will go but I don’t feel confident.

We sent an email detailing some of our concerns about our move to trinity and received no response.

Please spare yourself this absolutely horrible experience and book with literally anyone else. I cannot fathom a worse experience.

I moved from Tennessee down to Florida recently and had the pleasure of using this company. Moving is stressful and it was so nice to have a company that made it as stress-free as possible. They were very professional and exact with the price. I am extremely happy with the service I received along with the friendliness of the staff as well as the movers. It was truly an easy move all thanks to them! I would absolutely recommend using this company to anyone who's looking for hard-working and professional movers. Thanks again, guys!
