Long-distance move from Ranger, GA to Earleville, MD

These guys are the best!

These guys are the best! They moved some very large and heavy items to both my business and my home. They are very professional and friendly and obviously know what they are doing. They took extra care to make sure everything was moved safely and carefully. I will definitely call them again in the future when I need any moving services. Highly recommended!

Long-distance move from Red Devil, AK to Earlington, KY

The movers were very polite.

The movers were very polite and took care in moving my belongings. The company was fast and effective at helping me move and took a lot of the anxiety that is normally accompanied with moving out of the equation. Their packaging service saved me so much time as I didn't even have to worry about packaging my many items and I could effectively focus more on other things. My belongings were also neatly organized and nothing was damaged in transit. Trinity Moving & Storage is a breath of fresh air when it comes to moving!

Long-distance move from Sterling Heights, MI to Edinburg, TX

Worst experience of my life (Deceptive Company-Beware).

Trinity engages in deceptive business practices. Beware. My experience with Trinity Movers has been horrible. I was then called by a sales person from Trinity movers and told that they were having someone else who was moving to a location near to where I was moving and that they had a facility near to where I was moving so if I acted quickly they could give me a really good price on my move. They made it sound like I had if I did not book quickly that they would not be able to give me a good price. I was told that I was getting a very good deal and they were taking off over 60% of the moving costs because they had someone else moving to the same area. I was also told by the sales person Cheyenne that I would be able to pick my delivery date. She assured me that I could pick my exact date when my furniture would be delivered no problem. I went through each room in my house and told her which items would be moved. She then had me sign the contracts while I was on the phone with her, because they needed to get the move on the books so that I could go with the other order that was also going near my location and that would allow me to get the substantial discount. Everything that happened after this point was a complete disaster. Trinity is just a broker. The company that they arranged to do my move was called American Home Relocation. The movers from American then proceeded to go through my home and tell me that the items that I had in my home were not going to fit in the truck. They also informed me that my piano was listed as a keyboard and not a piano (although my quote said piano) and that it would cost me extra. They also told me that my dressers would cost extra because they were bigger and that the mirror (which was listed on my quote) would cost extra. They told me that I would have to pay these extra charges in cash (which seemed really strange). Then after paying for these items (over $1000 extra dollars) they finished loading the truck and told me they were unable to fit out beds and several other items on the truck. There were not extra items not listed on my quote. Despite that they wanted another $1000 to put our beds on the truck (also in cash). They later tried to lower the price a couple of times but I did not have any more money so it didn’t matter. I had to leave everything behind. Fast forward to the day my stuff was supposed to arrive. No word from Trinity. I called and called and no one answered. I was told that when my items were on their way I would be given a call when they were to be delivered. My belongings were sitting in a warehouse in Chicago waiting for a truck that would be headed to where I was moving. Everything I was told by Cheyenne was a complete and total lie. I cannot tell you how much stress this has brought into my life. I believe that Trinity engages in deceptive business practices. I have read other people who were told the same sales pitch to get them to go with Trinity. They never tell you that they are a broker and that another company will be moving your things. They do not discuss the fact that your items will not be covered if they are damaged or missing. They do not tell you that the delivery date is not a firm date and that it could take 30 days (or more apparently) for your things to come. It is not right for a company to blatantly lie to you in this manner. It has been over 30 days and I still have no word when my things will be here and no one will give me any answers. I hope that someone will respond and help me to get our things so that we can put this horrible experience behind us. I would hope that no one else would go through an experience like this. Please chose another company and be careful!!

Long-distance move from Talbot, IN to Rabun Gap, GA

I am thankful.

I am thankful to my friend Bob who recommended Trinty Moving and Storage when I was looking to find a good moving company for a long distance move. These guys proved to be very seasoned campaigners. They worked as a unit, planned the relocation really well and executed every maneuver with perfection. Their sales rep was very responsive and attentive and also made sure we get the best moving team. Everything arrived on time and without any damage. I can easily say that they have utilized every single penny that I paid to them.

This week will be our 3rd time using trinity moving.

This week will be our 3rd time using trinity moving and storage's to unload a truck in Roan Mountain and the 3rd time Skylar and Dalton will be doing the work. These young men have been tireless and careful unloading more boxes than you can imagine without complaint. Their rates are reasonable and they arrive when they say they will. We will certainly use them again as we continue our move.

Long-distance move from Bordentown, NJ to New Bern, NC

The worst company out there.

My wife and I are moving long distance. At first Trinity sounded great for price and service. The price kept increasing as we came closer to our move and they stopped returning calls. That's when we found out they are brokers and use 3rd rate companies. The movers show up in a truck the size of a u-haul expecting to move a 3 bedroom house, which of course has been gone over with Trinity many times increasing the cost. Finally the driver of the truck tells us the prices going double and wants cash. Also says he wants us to tip his guys $100 each for their trouble. Even though we may loose our deposit, not without a fight, we went with a reliable mover for less money.

Broken and wet furniture.

Beware!! Bad company!! Two really nice guys wrapped all my stuff up and took such good care of it. But it was delivered unwrapped! wth! It was wet and fithy. Mattresses were soaked with dark water stains. "New mattress's" ? The chair cushions wrecked, 50" Samsung TV screen cracked up! I had even bubble wrapped all TV's myself. I had Broken dishes and missing items. Yeti coolers gone! The two "different" guys that showed up in a "different" truck, a week late! They started out nice, but when I said something about the filthy mattresses and the way the truck was packed they got a bad attitude. "Bad experience" They quoted one price over phone, then another when they showed up and yet another before they would onload. With! Then ended up charging my credit card $7,400. Original quote was $2,700. Wth!

Moved to FL. From Michigan. Took them 3 weeks, wth! Was told 5 to 7 days! Bad company!

I would definitely suggest Trinity Moving and Storage to anyone.

The customer service was amazing! The moving crew was professional, respectful, and managed their time extremely well. They handled my furniture with such care! They even helped me get a bedframe taken apart that I was having a lot of trouble with. They had such a competitive price that at first I thought that there was no way that such a low price would get me any kind of high-quality move. They convinced me and I couldn't be any happier. I would definitely suggest Trinity Moving and Storage to anyone looking to relocate!

I would definitely recommend Trinity Moving and Storage.

I have never used a moving company to move my items before. Trinity Moving and Storage did an outstanding job moving my items from Edinburg, VA to Kitty Hawk, NC. The customer service that they provided me throughout my move was great, and everyone was so friendly. All of the staff that I spoke with were very knowledgeable and was sure to answer all of my questions promptly. The crew that moved my items were very respectable and handled my items with extreme care and attentiveness. They were on time for the pickup and the delivery which helped to schedule on my end. I would definitely recommend Trinity Moving and Storage to friends and family.

I did not have any issues with them.

I use Trinity Moving and Storage when my company told me that I had to relocate. I moved over to Frederick. It wasn't a long move, but it was stressful. This company did a great job keeping things stress relief for me. I have another move coming up for work in the next year and I will definitely be using them again. They moved my entire three bedroom house very easily. I did not have any issues with them.

I would also use them again in the future.

Trinity Moving and Storage moved me from Virginia to Maryland last month. I only contacted them after the other mover that I had slowly set up fell through. There were no call no show. Trinity Moving and Storage definitely came through for me. It was very easy to set up. they're also very understanding and the fact that I needed to get things done quickly, and how high my stress levels were. They had exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend them. I would also use them again in the future.

Trinity Moving and Storage handled our local move and did an excellent job. We had 3 movers and they completed the task quickly and carefully. They even lowered our original estimate! That was a nice surprise! We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know.

I was recommended to this Trinity Moving and Storage and was skeptical at first. Moving makes me nervous. I'm already unpacked and in my new home. It is wonderful. Now I'm recommending everyone to this company.

The whole process was overwhelming but they were very helpful from the get. They were mostly available when I needed them and were always able to answer my questions accordingly.

We could not have asked for a better outcome..

My wife and I had a great experience when we used Carkmack Moving & Storage. They were friendly and tended to all of our needs in every way possible. Their customer care team and their movers were excellent. The movers worked very hard from start to finish and they were also friendly. Nothing was damaged as far as our homes (pickup or delivery) or any of our items. We were also happy that our cost was cheaper than we originally expected. We plan on moving again in the near future and we will be giving these guys a call when the time comes. We could not have asked for a better outcome.

Long-distance move from Lake George, CO to Sahuarita, AZ

I would rate them zero if I could.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! WHEN THEY SCREW UP, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! I scheduled Trinity Moving and Storage a month before my closing date and move. They missed the primary date and then the 2nd date, which was the closing date on the sale of my house. I had to pay 3 movers to get the furniture out of my house and into a storage unit as I would have to pay $250/day to rent back. Had to pay for a month for the storage unit and then hire new movers to get my furniture to my new house. The stress and hassle were unbelievable.

Trinity had a month to schedule movers and a truck for me and couldn't do it. I talked to them many times leading up to and on the primary and 2nd dates. They kept assuring me that they were on schedule. What a load of crap. Trinity LIED to me the entire time. Then they wanted me to sign a release with no refund of my deposit. I refused. Trinity might actually do something right every once in a while but DON'T RISK USING TRINITY!

Long-distance move from New York, NY to Denver, CO

Deceptive and Unreliable.

Be extremely careful with how you deal with this company. Trinity responded to our request for a quote by saying that they had a truck that needed to get back to their hub after moving a military family, and that it was exactly the route we were interested in on the day we wanted to move. As such they offered us a "50% discount" to move with them.

Turns out, they don't actually have trucks or a hub, they're a broker. And once we decided to go with them, they shop our move around to the lowest bidder. When we asked about the military family, or the hub they had to get back to, the actual mover laughed and said nothing of that was true. We ended up receiving our delivery about 40 days after it was picked up, despite Trinity saying they needed to get their truck back to the hub where we were moving to on the day we were moving.

Additionally, between us signing our first binder agreement, with an itemized inventory list, and the final delivery, our quote went up 2.5x. So what we thought was going to be a ~$3100 move ended up being a ~$8000 move. Once they have you as a captive customer, you have very limited ability to negotiate as 'things change' when they start packing your things up.

Long-distance move from New York, NY to Akron, OH

Misleading Information Resulted in Thousands in Lost Furniture.

We used Trinity for our recent move to Ohio. We were promised repeatedly that the movers would disassemble several large pieces and reassembly upon delivery. We sent a detailed list of furniture, including brands. Upon arrival of the movers, we were told that they would not disassemble IKEA furniture, and Trinity then backtracked on their promise. Because of the building, we couldn't move several large shelving units. We were also charged for a shuttle on the delivery side that we were never informed about. All said, we estimated an additional $3000 in moving costs than we were originally quoted. They were very unresponsive to our requests, and I would not recommend using Trinity unless your ready for thousands of dollars in additional charges above their quotes.

Trinity Moving and Storage Movers were amazing!

Trinity Moving and Storage Movers were amazing! They showed up on time, worked REALLY hard, never really took a break, wrapped everything very well, and were polite and courteous on top of that. I will definitely use them again. They were clearly very knowledgeable in the whole world of moving. Wrapping things well and maneuvering my furniture to get it out of the house without scuffing anything. They even moved my loveseat off my balcony by PASSING IT OVER THE BALCONY. dang, that's skill. Worth every single penny! I will never try to move myself again. I'll always use Trinity Moving and Storage!

Lousy company

Do NOT use Trinity Movers or ANY other moving BROKERAGE for any of your moving needs. Do your business DIRECTLY with a legitamate established moving company. If you do, you will automatically save 30% on your move. The 30% is what the BROKERAGE gets for giving you a inaccurate estimate for your move and then giving it to the actual moving company. Go direct and get the best price. And the BROKERAGE provides 0 service after they are paid 30% upfront.

SCAM. Never have I had such a bad experience with a mover or any company for that matter. I was given a quote to include exact items and number of boxes. We had less boxes no more items. On the day of move, they hit us with extra fees. I called customer service. They were so disrespectful...and charged an additional $600.00 at day of move. They get you at most vulnerable (day of move where you have already made a substantial deposit). Quite the operation. I don't mind paying for good service but to be lied to...unacceptable. RUN from this company.

I couldn't recommend them more.

After several dicey moves in the past, Trinity moving and storage exceeded my expectations with every aspect of my move. My on-site estimator was on time, informative and professional. Leading up to the move Amos answered all of my questions and adjusted my quote a few times at my request, including the day before the move, to reflect changes in the packing list. And the moving crew was courteous, efficient, and careful with my belongings. I couldn't recommend them more.

Completely utilize them again!!!

Profoundly happy with the quality and demonstrable skill all through the moving procedure. Starting from the management to the group, everybody was an exemplary character. The evaluated time to finish the employment was as close as it could get. The furniture that required disassembled was dismantled and reassembled at the goal in an extraordinary shape. Completely utilize them again and recommend rendering their services.
