Transit Sytems took great care with my grandmother's furniture. I was extremely nervous about moving these precious family heirlooms from Seattle to Oklahoma City, but Transit Systems took away all of my anxiety. When the driver arrived, he was extremely kind and caring. He could tell I was worried and packed my furniture with extreme care. When I commented on what a good job he did, he went into detail about how they would further pack it at the warehouse. When it arrived in OKC, there wasn't a scratch to be found. Thank you Transit Systems for caring about my heirlooms as much as I do!! I will most definitely use your service again if the need arises.

When my parents passed away, I wanted 2 desks that had been in the family since I can remember. I looked on line and the best offer of service and price came from Transit Systems. It was easy to set up - although with the location of the desks and the deadline for my father's apartment access closing - there where some last minute challenges.. it was all taken care of in the end.
My pieces arrived very nicely wrapped and protected, and the driver was efficient and friendly as he unwrapped the desks.
I was very pleased with the experience.

TSI made it very easy after requesting several estimates we chose TSI due to the competitive bid, the excellent and speedy service we received from TSI employees specially Phil. He completely explained the process, the contracts, and properly set the expectations. And, the movers showed up on time on the date quoted. They packed a very heavy mechanic's tool box full of tools as they said they would and quickly the box was on it's way. We were advised as to arrival date and approx. time. Sure enough, they showed up delivered the box, unwrapped it and placed it my garage exactly where I wanted it. NO fuss, no problems. Great service at a very good price. Thanks Phil and all at TSI.

I am mostly very pleased with TSI moving services. I chose this company for economical price, flexibility in pick up and drop off conditions, and communication with TSI (Brian) over both the phone and email.
In the future, and I would use them again, I would make sure I knew the weight of the pieces as they had to charge me extra for more total weight. The furniture arrived mostly in good condition and I only had one piece, a box spring, that didn't make it in useable condition.
However, the insurance process was efficient and true to contract.
It was dealt with immediately.
All in all, a very good service and I would use this company again.

I contacted TSI to move a large leather sectional from southwest Florida to Atlanta, GA and was very pleased with their service.

The agent was extremely quick and helpful in setting up the pick-up dates and pricing/payment. The drivers arrived shortly before scheduled and had no issues wrapping and lifting the sectional out of the house and into the truck. It was then dropped off in GA within a week or two (which is considerably fast in moving schedules) and dropped off. They worked with my leasing office to obtain a key, find my apartment and place the item as I suggested. The driver even called/texted to update me on the process and deliver it properly, and they were very professional while doing so. I found nothing out of place and the delivery sheet had been left on the sectional per my instructions!

Overall, working with TSI was efficient, easy, and affordable. If I had to move anything a long distance again, I would choose TSI!

I am indebted to the professionalism and competence of TSI. Their personnel were gracious, helpful, responsive, and communicative at every step. They easily and seamlessly handled small issues such as a change of street destination after the shipment had left its origin. A larger problem threatened to inconvenience me when TSI's subcontractor indicated that the shipment would not be picked up during the scheduled 3-day window. I simply called TSI to explain the problem, and TSI took it from there: the shipment was in fact picked up during the 3-day window. The delivery was completed perfectly. I am particularly grateful to Philip Trendler, who was my contact at TSI. There is no doubt that I will use TSI for any future shipments.

I would advise customers to avoid TSI at all costs. While they were very communicative when trying to sell me, their communication disappeared immediately after invoicing. Steve Sergeant was the representative and was misleading to the point of fraud relating to the shipping schedule. They took weeks to simply pick up the item and then just left it in a warehouse for weeks until I badgered them to finally ship it. After that, I had to call and email 6 times before any one would be give me the now very very late delivery update. When they did deliver the piano, it arrived *destroyed*. They didn't carry forward the instructions that it was a second floor delivery and the movers arrived with the (broken) item without adequate personnel to move it into the house.

It wasn't remotely packed professionally, had zero protection, and the items came smashed to the point of non-use. They did NOTHING to rectify this. No apologies, no discounts, no reimbursements.

The real takeaway is that TSI really isn't a shipping company at all. They basically advertise and take orders and then throw those leads over the fence to assorted shipping companies and then take zero responsibility to the actual delivery. Given this, I believe their advertising themselves as a "shipping company" is borderline fraudulent. I cannot recommend highly enough that you avoid them.

Dont ever go for Transit Systems to move your things!! This is one of the most terrible service I have dealt with any of the deals I have faced. I have moved my things from New Jersey to Texas and it took 19 days for them to deliver.. They agreed for 5 working days to deliver, but they delivered after 10 days, when I received 60% of my things are missing, where I have packed 15 items and out of which 8 big boxes they have missed. Initially they don't have any clues where the packages are, after my multiple follow up (for which I have called close to 10 times), they identified that they have missed the package at New Jersey itself. Later they gave an ETA to deliver on 3 days. On the 3rd day when I called they provided revised ETA of another day, and then they provided new ETA on the 2nd fixed delivery time. Finally I receive the package after 18 days, with all of the boxes damaged, many of the glass items broken. When I called them, the response level is very worse!! Dont ever go for this. Worst part is they don't deliver on Saturday even if they have missed the deadline for which we need to pay additional $466 if they need to deliver on Saturday!!

I don't have Zero Star to select, else I would have given that!!

I recently had to ship a heavy memory foam mattress from NM to California. I was lucky enough to come upon TSI's website. It was easy to get a cost estimate from Kathy, one of their helpful employees. I chose the white glove service and was not disappointed. I was pleased to have the mattress pickup and delivered much sooner than expected, my daughter was thankful to stop using an airmatress too. I really want to thank the foolks at TSI for making this an easy experience.
