Overall, I had a very positive experience with this company. They handled my move from the UK to Germany very professionally and it was good value for money. The only reason I deducted one star was that one other removal company I spoke to explained to me the documentation they needed for customs during the first phone call, which I hadn't previously been aware of. However, overall I ended up choosing TMS because they seemed the friendliest and most consistently helpful. The move went very smoothly and the movers who picked up and delivered my items were extremely quick and very friendly. Scott at TMS was available to answer questions and provide advice throughout. I'd highly recommend this company for an international move.

I am so glad that we decided to choose TMS to help us with our move. We had lots of quotes from other organisations, but many, unlike TMS simply did not make the effort to follow-up to secure our business. We chose them not only because of the way they initially communicated with us, but also because they took the time to stay in contact with us over a period of a few months as we had not finalised our moving date. Each time we spoke to the team we felt more and more reassured that TMS would be the right choice and that we would be looked after well. All I can say is that we were not disappointed.

Overall, I have nothing but praise for James and the team. From first point of contact to completion of the job the service we received was outstanding. The team was such a joy to work with as they were warm, friendly, highly communicative, flexible, very competent and professional. Somehow when dealing with them you are made to feel a part of the TMS family.

James was a fantastic guide through the whole process. At the outset he provided us with a competitive and transparent quote, clear terms of business and guidance regarding customs requirements and documentation.

No matter how many times I asked questions I was never made to feel an inconvenience. My many queries were answered quickly either via a phone call or email.

TMS were patient, understanding and flexible when we requested a change to the date of our collection due to a family illness. Everything was reorganised so quickly.

Before the collection team arrived, I emailed James to inform him that I was facing some challenges regarding final preparations and asked whether it would be possible to move the collection to later in the day. As it was a Saturday, I didn’t think that I would get a reply. Of course, I was wrong. James kindly not only replied to my email, but also called me. Although it was not possible to change the time, I was left feeling confident that all would go smoothly as James took the time to reassure me regarding the professionalism of the removal team and the additional support if needed that they could provide.

The collection team arrived at the agreed time and were very efficient

James was excellent at keeping us updated regarding the delivery date of our possessions.

The team who delivered our items were friendly and helpful as well as being very hard working.

Everything was delivered intact apart from a couple of pieces of furniture which had some damage. On discussion with James, rather than fob me off he dealt with and resolved the matter professionally and efficiently.

Unlike many businesses that claim to offer excellent customer service and then do nothing to support their claim TMS actually deliver what they say they will. James and the team clearly understand the meaning of customer service and they strove at every opportunity to demonstrate this through their actions and attention to detail.

I cannot recommend TMS highly enough. If you are looking for a professional, reliable, thoughtful and customer orientated company to manage your move then this is the company you should choose.

I recently needed some furniture moved from London to Dublin and the most competitive quote I received by quite a bit was from TMS, Scott my point of contact was unbelievably helpful even though it was a small job in comparison to most, but I was never made to feel like a small client.

I had to change the collection date on two occasions and I as never made to feel I was an inconvenience, everything was so easy and so professional.

The collection and delivery was done by McKenzie's and again they were incredibly professional and unbelievably helpful, I dealt with both Jake and Ciara and both were a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend any move big or small being looked after by TMS and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had a removal company already booked which I started to seriously doubt. Upon review of TMS reviews, I landed up booking with TMS- best decision ever.

Scott was on top of it and very quick on his responses to organize the move within a week for me. It was well organized and managed from the booking to the delivery itself. He was very helpful and ensured that I was comfortable and less stressed.

Ernest as well, the drivers manager, was incredible in letting me know collection times as well as updating me on delivery, which was the very next day.

Outstanding service and worth every penny paid.

I found this moving company on the Website. I had no experience nor Idea on how and what to do moving my stuff to another country. I searched quite a lot and read reviews on the internet and Inquired on a few moving companies, but only this company “Total moving solutions “ , to mention Scot was consistent on contacting me and trying their best on helping me. I had no Idea how costly it was moving to another country, I also thought of renting a big Van and transporting on our own, But then talking to James he gave me few advices and helped me to make my moving easier and stress less. And honestly I made the right decision by choosing“Total moving Solutions “ , best solution for my moving abroad. I would like to be helpful for those people like me who’s having difficulty in finding the right movers national or international by sharing my own experience in this company.

1. I dealt with James and Scot and they’re doing their job professionally, very friendly, helpful , and supportive by answering all my queries and providing solutions to the best they can.

I had a lovely experience getting all my belongings to the UK with TMS. It was the first time I was leaving the European land, and I was skeptical about how my personal belongings would move. The people at TMS were really supportive and friendly. The communication was excellent, and the removal and delivery process was done super quickly and coordinated. I will use this service again in the future, and I am happy that I found a partner I can trust to deliver everything they promise. Thank you to the team!

The team at TMS have been absolutely amazing. Quick with replies, professional, and very helpful. I was going to use their services for my move from Germany to England, due to a change in personal circumstances I didn't follow through with the service quoted. I can say though that everything leading up to it was great, my correspondence was mainly with Christian who's very professional and friendly. TMS also provided a quoted fair price, I would definitely consider using them in the future.

I emigrated to Western Australia from the UK in September 2023. I booked TMS as my removal company through a recommendation from a blog. I emailed TMS and within 24hrs I had recieved an email from Scott, my move agent, with all the information I required to plan my move. Communication was excellent and Scott was always happy to answer my questions. The quote for the shipping was one of the best I recieved (from the 4 I requested) and the service was excellent. TMS arranged for my furniture to be packed at my home in the UK, with all packing materials supplied and unloaded into my home in WA. Other than a frustralting delay through customs in Australia the whole process was great. My furniture arrived undamaged and all accounted for. TMS were great and I would definately reccomend.

TMS and more specifically Christian were absolutely great. I had a international removals which was conducted with the greatest efficiency.

Everything was as expected when it arrived to my new location , some of the things worth mentioning

- Constant communication before, during and even after the move happened.

- Prompt arrival to load the removals truck on the day , which was done with great efficiency and speed without rushing.

- Prompt arrival to new location in ireland and communications all throughout.

- Everything checked out on arrival and no damages at all.

All in all i would have no problem recommending TMS to anyone who wants a hassle free start to finish move.

In 2024 we used Total Moving Solutions for a move from Denmark to the UK. Initially we were talking with Jason Roberts who was extremely prompt with his replies and working out our quote, we had a complex move with many moving parts and he was very patient with getting all our documents together and organising the move. James Mallett later took over and helped with the completion of the move. Both Jason and James were incredibly professional and helpful, getting through any issues as they arose very quickly.

We opted for a dedicated service for approx. 100 boxes and a three bedroom home of furniture, the total cost came to about £8,000. Although expensive, we are very happy with the service, having had bad experiences in the past with other cheaper companies for international moves. The truck packers were all really friendly and worked hard, we had zero breakages or problems. I recommend this company if you want things to go smoothly.

Living in Germany, I enlisted the services of TMS to have some furniture and keepsakes from my grandparents brought over after I had to sell their house. I was quite nervous about everything going smoothly and arriving undamaged, especially since I couldn't be there for the packing and pickup.

However, all the schedules (pickup, interim storage, and delivery) were well adhered to, and most importantly, everything was excellently packed. The packing list along with the labeling of the boxes, were thoroughly done.

I not only want to highly commend TMS and Mike, but also the subcontractors and movers involved.

Though a small liqueur glass was broken, I can easily brush it off with a German saying: "Shards bring luck!"

It’s also worth mentioning that Mike managed to organise everything for me on very short notice, with just about two and a half weeks' lead time. The price and service were well worth it.

We used TMS to move relocate to New Zealand and have had a first rate experience. Scott, Melissa and the Team were with us each step of the way, and able to flex to our arrangements as they changed in New Zealand. We had a few small breakages en route - nothing costly, and the insurance excess would have wiped out any recovery. So TMS offered a small in-house gesture of goodwill, which was a very decent touch at the end of an all-round excellent experience. We won't be using TMS again as we're definitely not moving to the other side of the world again (!) but would strongly recommend them.

I was moving from London to Southern Ireland and thought that this maybe something I could do myself ..... Wrong !! Not only is a move in itself daunting but the paperwork that customs require now due to BREXIT was another factor that was draining. I turned to TMS for their assistance and Scott from TMS handled everything for me and took the whole stress factor of both the move & customs away. Both James & Scott answered any questions & concerns I had and were very professional throughout the whole process. My goods were collected & delivered as promised with no issues.
