TMS were fabulous from start to finish making a move from Liverpool to Germany so much easier than anticipated. Highly professional as well as friendly ensuring the process is as relaxed as possible.

I highly recommend Total Moving Solutions if you are thinking of moving houses. My removals coordinator, James, was extremely helpful when I requested a removal service from the UK to Spain. James walked me step by step through the whole process and made sure I had everything I needed from them at all times. The crew picking up and delivering the items were highly polite and efficient, and I cannot recommend enough TMS for your move abroad. Moving is always very stressful, and I felt I wasn't doing this on my own. Moving From Germany         to United Kingdom

From the first moment of considering a move to England, to that breath taking moment when the removal men with their vans actually arrive at the door, is truly a journey in itself. An essential part of this ‘journey’ is to find a removal firm…. Where to start? So the search begins. TMS is, at this point, one among many, but I can honestly say that during my first conversation with Stuart, I felt for the first time, a welcome flicker of hope and confidence. Despite this, I continued to do ‘my research’, but at the same time remembered the quality of that first conversation, and after a few weeks, returned to TMS to further my enquiries. On hearing Stuarts reassuring voice once more, I felt my first impression to be fully confirmed. For me TMS manifested itself through my contact with Stuart, always there at the end of the line, always ready to interrupt whatever he was doing, inviting me to share whatever query I might have. I wish to thank Stuart for the encouragement, patience, flexibility, friendship, kindness and understanding which he amazingly seemed to have as a ready response for me at all times. Perfect qualities which I feel must surly reflect the underlying principles and human qualities of the team TMS as a whole and to which Stuart is able to give full and confident expression. At times, during the necessary correspondences with Stuart, I was puzzled by, what I had considered points already negotiated upon, becoming unclear, overlooked or even contradictory to what had been my understanding of them. When I pointed these out to Stuart he each time immediately and calmly put my mind at rest. I was so grateful. Also I was met with a price that enabled me to move forward with my much wished for plans. The move itself went absolutely perfectly to plan, as Stuart had assured me it would, so that what had seemed at the beginning, such an insurmountable undertaking, all happened smoothly and efficiently ….the impossible all at once became possible. A great team of ‘movers’ arrived on the appointed day and did their work most thoroughly, and conscientiously, carefully and respectfully and at all times cheerfully and heartily willing to take on all that came their way. From start to finish it has been a very easy process. Moving from UK to France was already super stressful as it was and finding the perfect company was really important. Stuart handled the initial enquiry and my thousands questions perfectly with a friendly yet professional manner. Mark took over with my mountain of boxes and long drive and again very friendly and professional! I can't fault the service recieved and would recommend them to everyone ( cos I don't intend to move again anytime soon ahah!)

The Covid-19 pandemic didn't make our moving abroad easy at all (even delaying it for half a year!). Still, my moving agent Stuart Hall @ Total Moving Solutions Ltd was very patient until we were ready.

Stuart was accommodating and communicative all the time, reviewing the new regulations, adjusting the agenda and willing to help us during the whole process.

Although it's true there was a delay delivering my goods (which might be caused by the Brexit and the Covid pandemic alongside all the regulations that they both implied), Total Moving Solutions delivered all my items as expected.

I highly recommend Total Moving Solutions. We moved from London to Madrid recently and Stuart and the team made the process so easy and stress free. Not only did they give me a great quote but they were also so friendly and professional. Stuart responded to all my questions (no matter how trivial!) so promptly. On the day the movers were friendly and efficient and we were kept updated the whole way regarding arrival in Madrid. Everything arrived on the expected date and not a single item was broken or damaged. We also received a refund as we used less space in the truck. I was so happy with the whole service and they made our move less stressful. Thank you Stuart and the team!

Moving abroad is not for the faint-hearted. Thankfully, we had terrific help from Christian at TMS who was so helpful and arranged everything so it went (almost) perfectly smoothly. His communication was great and from the beginning seemed genuinely interested in our move and in meeting our needs. From that point I didn't think about working with anyone else. They employed a superb set of people who were so hard-working, communicative and genuinely nice people that it was a joy having them in the house to do the move. If I could have given 4.9 instead of 4 or 5 I would have done, if only because communication from the removal company about how long the packing and loading was going to take was lacking and it then caused inconvenience and also because two battens for a wardrobe were lost during the move. In the grand scheme of things, they are only details and we would definitely use TMS again.

The move was excellent and I'd definitely reccommend TMS. Stuart always cordially in touch and helpful with all forms of requests and last minute anxieties. I could have given more than 4 (like 4.8) but it wasn't possible, the actual evaulation comes from the little lack of communication on the delivery moment: the transport was suppsoed to arrive on a Friday and arrived actually on saturday at noon instead, which casued little stress and issues at work.

Nevertheless in both homes, packers, movers and drivers where astonishingly nice and careful: nothing got brokend and all the plants I had (my main preoccupation) survived decently to a almost 10 days journey.

The insurance suggestion for paintings and framed photographs was an excellent one - Thanks Stuart - affordable and reassuring

As I wrote, the only suggestion would be to make a contact phone number available over weekends or oustide working hours, in particular when delivering.

No doubts that I'll get back to TMS in case of further moves

We moved to France at the end of August and from start to finish James and his team were amazing. Putting our minds at ease from the initial chats on the phone nothing was a problem. The day our furniture and belongings were picked up we were obviously hesitant about what the service was going to be but we should not have worried as the two guys were amazing taking time to ensure everything was checked and double checked as was the case when our load arrived in France 2 days after we arrived. We have used Total Moving Solution twice within the past 6 months, with one international move between UK and Sweden and one move within London. Both times everything ran smoothly thanks to Stuart Hall. Especially the move within London was a bit complicated due to the location but Stuart was very helpful and attentive and made us feel secure during this hectic period. James gave us brilliant service from our first contact to the follow up after the delivery of our furniture. The delivery men were very efficient and friendly. To move 89 items from Birmingham to Kefalonia to 13 days which was amazing given all the post Brexit nonsense with customs. TMS dealt with everything for us and took away a lot of the stress of emigrating to Greece. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again.
