Top Removals

I found Top Removals by simply google-ing. From requesting a quote up until removal day, everyone I contacted were super responsive and helpful.

On the actual day of removal I didn't know what to expect but was amazed at the guys. They had to lug triple wardrobes (amongst other items of furniture and a van full of boxes) up 4 flights of stairs and did so without a single complaint. They even offered to help put back together the furniture we had taken apart for the move. They put us to shame and remade 2 items of furniture in the time we were half the way through 1!

All in all I can't praise them enough and would definitely recommend Top Removals.

- Were friendly and easy going; I wasn't able to confirm until the day before due to legal issues but still managed to move me.
- Lads were friendly on the day and made no complaints even though we were delayed getting into the property as funds were transferred slowly

The job was done very efficiently, the team was professional and friendly, made our day very enjoyable! We had no damages, extra charges, delays or anything of the sort which we have experienced on previous moves.

We had an issue on the day with furniture not fitting through the hallways at the new place, but the team figured out a way to get it in much to our surprise. They also helped arrange everything in the new place and did not refuse a single of our requests to swap things around once already unloaded.

Will be using them again and recommending them to all friends and family.

I had been searching for several weeks already and felt always, at some point a dissatisfaction and couldn't agree. TOPREMOVAL gained me with the very brief and clear and instant CHAT, integrated on their website. At the time, I was in Germany and made the reservation from Germany. Our pick up time was fixed to 6pm, but we needed 30 min. more and called TOPREMOVALS at 5pm to ask if this was possible. And there no problem at all and they arrived at 6:30pm sharp. They knew exactly what to do and how to do. Did not speak much. Did not stop. And finished everything quickly and very carefully ahead of time and respected our few specific demands. THANK YOU TOREMOVALS for making this move a very pleasant and memorable one.

My things were in storage for almost 15 months – a lot longer than I’d envisaged (it’s a long story!)  As is so often with housemoves, things were a lot more hassly with packing etc. than I thought they would be.. however, the guys from Top Removals eased the burden no end, as on removal day, they simply took charge – what a relief!  And a long time later… there were major hassles, as just before I was meant to get my stuff back, a forklift truck broke down (on a Friday afternoon), so the delivery of my stuff was delayed.  However, the guys pushed the boat out (e.g. working a 16 hour day to make sure everything was delivered ASAP) and they were still efficient, kind and polite!  The staff ‘back at base’ were also a pleasure to deal with.  .

We have moved several times the last 15 years and so we have experience in moving houses. We are glad that we chose Top Removals this time as the service was excellent. I talked with Vicky several times before the moving day and she was very helpful explaining everything to us and arranging the service. Most importantly though, we were very pleased with the movers. They were very professional and very friendly making the whole experience very positive. They were extremely careful with our fragile boxes and very helpful when they unloaded the boxes to our new house.

We will definitely choose them again.
