Supreme Moving and Storage

Chose this company due to many positive reviews. I now believe the reviews were written by their employees. This has been a nightmare to say the least and is still ongoing. First they did not arrive on time, 2 days late. I paid an additional $800 to get an expedited delivery by 8/19 and now being told 8/21 or 8/22. No one ever answers the phone in customer service and or dispatch. The main number in Forest Park, IL NEVER GOES THROUGH!! On top of all of this I was quoted approximately $2,600 and now told $8,700. The driver keeps telling me he will have someone from the company call me and no one ever does. I believe this is a fraudulent company and will be contacting the authorities.

08/20/17 continued: 3:01pm - Movers arrived on a box truck, the driver, Ozzy, came inside with his paperwork. I now see what the issue with the total is. A new, and fraudulent “Bill of Lading and Order for Service” was written up AFTER our pick up. The remaining total, which was $1562.88..had a line through it and another total of $1992.88 had been written in underneath it. I have my copy of the original one that has the remaining total at $1562.88, as it was the night of the pick up on 08/03/17. There was also another fraudulent document that I now have a copy of, which is an “Interstate Bill of Lading Contract – Valuation Addendum”, that someone else filled out putting my name, my initials under the “option 2”, which is stating that it is a “waiver of full replacement value protection” on my property, they wrote “$0.60 per “pond” for article”, and wrote an estimate of $4611.00 as the “Dollar Estimate of the cost of your move under the 60 cents option”…AND they dated it for 08/03/17. I did not have any knowledge that this had happened, nor did I initial, sign, or give any consent for anything regarding this, it also was done AFTER pick up. Supreme Moving and Storage is by far THE most dishonest company that I have ever dealt with. I paid Ozzy the correct remaining total of $1562.88, and they began unloading the truck. Ozzy and the other gentleman (I’m afraid I can’t remember his name) were very pleasant, respectful, and helpful. We took photos and video as they brought in boxes that had been completely destroyed..2 of which had also been wet..my son’s clothes in one of them were still wet and were moldy, several destroyed totes..one of which contained what was left of several trophies that belonged to my son’s deceased mother, from her childhood..all of the trophies were completely destroyed except one. I cannot even begin to describe the nauseating level of anger that my husband and I felt as we had to watch our teenage son cry as he held the destroyed remains of his mother’s trophies. The headboard to our queen sleigh bed was broken, and someone had tried to tape it back together, one of our dressers was damaged, our desk top computed was damaged, our L-shaped desk with hutch was just destroyed..the hutch looks OK, but the desk is completely trashed. A handle was broken off of my husband’s hope chest that was built my his grandfather, a plate from a dish set that my father gave us was broken, A collectable Smurf glass was broken from a set that I have that are from the early 1980s, a Yankee Candles tart warmer was broken, and this is only the beginning. We were not able to get through all the boxes last night, as it was getting late and my husband had to be up early for work this morning. I will file a claim for ALL our damage once we are finished assessing and documenting whatever else we are faced with, and find out whether or not our freezer, washer, and dryer are even functional now. I will update as we go.

Anyone that says moving across country can be a horrible experience dealing with professional mover is accurate! I booked a move from what appeared to be a mover but was nothing but a middle company looking to score big on a hard working family! The price was well below our estimated budget and looking at some of the fake reviews we choose them. Well the movers show up 2 days later than contracted out to be! Not only did our estimate increase IT TRIPLED in price! Immediately we stop the move and of course they kept our money! Got a call the same day from Supreme Moving And Storage and the Rep was very informative about what just happened. Called the bait and switch! Now the price they offered was a little high but considering last minute we accepted the offer. They showed up pack up our belongings and delivered within the time frame requested! I got to give a two thumbs up to this company for not only the quick education but also helping me when I need something reliable! I told them company I will right a awesome review and hope the right person see this! I recommend them to everyone! Good Job guys!

The only positive part of my experience with this company. Was interaction with Daniel. After you get past reservation and basically give them your money, it is a disaster moving forward. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life from booking the actual move, the moving day show up, to delivery of items. Do not waste your hard earned money here. It's a scam. I also believe they treat male customers differently than their female counterparts. Absolute disaster.

Do your homework on line about this company--unlike me who now is out of initial deposit check of $100. I have contacted this company several times for refund of this check since I elected to go with another company and I can never get past the one and only phone number posted anywhere. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY!! ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHOSE MONEY THEY STOLE IS GETTING READY TO TAKE LITIGATION ACTION TO SHUT THEM DOWN! Any 5 star reviews here are highly suspect. Save your money--be safe and hire a reputable company. Check BBB (better business bureau web site as well).

Supreme moving and storage was such a help I needed a moving company to help me pick up a bunch of furniture that I just originally purchased I was very worried about not being there for pick up and having someone else but supreme made the process very easy I doing an inventory by giving me a binding “when they deliver the furniture everything was wrapped up a big blankets.. And a great addition thanks so much supreme moving and storage I recommend this company to anyone looking for a great move her and if you go on their website there’s discounts you can take a vantage of Vex a lot supreme..

After searching for what I thought was a reputable company I finally made contact with Brad Vargas at this company. He appeared to be helpful explaining about scams movers use and promised my that my move would be handled by his company's employees in the company trucks. Imagine my surprise when three men showed up in an unmarked box truck. I asked if they were Supreme employees and was told that Supreme sub contracts with their company for moves. After loading the truck they "discovered" that I had more weight than estimated and it would be an additional $1300. Since the stuff was loaded I paid. Total misrepresentation by Brad as to how this move would go and very disappointed with the lack of transparency and the subcontracting to a substandard company.

This is not a moving company. It is a bunch of lazy thieves with no education, just street smarts. There is no NO REAL business address. No physical location.
Cant take them to court because they can't be served without a REAL ADDRESS.
These fools, with no conscience, are just thieves with phones and phone devices that enable them to access your checking account and steal your hard earned money.
One day, they will go to jail. If you have been victimized, do what you can to put them there!!

Supreme Van Lines, somehow related to United Relocation Movers, is a shady company that uses scare tactics and dishonest practices to get more money from you and hold your goods for ransom. My goods finally arrived late at night. The movers left after midnight. Some things were broken and they never called to give me insurance info. But worst of all, they would not schedule a delivery until I made me a cash payment of $2095 because my credit card had not come through. They promised to refund me when it did, but they did not. Basically they stole an extra $2095 from me. Beware using this company. You'd be fools to use them no matter how nice they sound over the phone.

Supreme moving and storage is definitely going to be a go to for me in the future as well as friends and family if they need a moving service I would highly recommend them .. let me start off by saying this was such a stressful process.. I recently divorced and needed to get out of my situation and pack up my end of the furniture as soon as possible. I called supreme last minute after looking at the reviews online through Google they seem to be a credible company so I gave them a call I had them pick me up two days after I called them which is really short notice and great they were able to help me that way.. they packed everything up loaded the truck and got me deliver it was such a relief getting out of there the stress of my situation with my divorce plus the stress of moving last minute was more than an enough for me to get high anxiety. These guys were able to help me these guys were able to help me call down and get the job done.

Very professional. All my furniture was wrapped to avoid damage. which is a big deal to me. Nothing was missing during my storage which is something I need. its so hard to find a company that can take care of your stuff while having the secure feeling that you know nothing will happen to your belongings. They've earned my trust. Also packing and unloading at the destination was such great timing. I was scared it would have been a long drawn out process like my previous moving experience with another company. I recommend this company to everyone and I plan on using them again.

I contracted Supreme Moving and Storage for a move from Ohio to California. They picked up my goods on August 20th, with a first available delivery on August 25th. It is not October 25th, and after several promises that my goods were "in transit", several days taken off from work with statements from the company that the delivery would happen on a specific day, I am still without my goods. I only recently found out that my goods were NEVER loaded onto their truck to begin with, and someone lied and said I signed for and accepted delivery of my goods. Turns out, the FMCSA has revoked this company's license to operate, and they are not permitted to operate currently. You can find this yourself by searching their DOT# 2971099 at https://ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/hhg/search.asp. Now the company is attempting to extort me for money, withholding the location of my goods until I pay them additional money. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lie, steal, and legally cannot even operate. Research your company on FMCSA and BBB first before making a decision. Do not believe ANY positive review about Supreme Moving and Storage based out of Forest Park, IL.
