Superior Moving and Storage

Superior have moved me twice now (Nov 2015 & Jan 2016) and I can't speak highly enough. I was impressed after my first move and even more impressed when I received the same level of service during the second. The guys are punctual, courteous, polite and professional. I have two very nervous cats and I was pretty stressed out, they were so kind and considerate, they told me they would take care of everything and that is exactly what they did. Both times. They even had extra packing materials which was a huge help. We arrived at my new place where they proceeded to unpack and unwrap all of my furniture and boxes with absolute care, everything arrived in one piece and was placed or reassembled in the right rooms. Nothing lost or broken. They put me at ease and made me laugh on an otherwise difficult day. I highly recommend this company.

Let's get started with the in-home estimates. They have a clean cut solution specialist to do a thorough walk through of my place. They then leave you with a binding contract and itemized list of items you asked to be moved. When moving day arrived I have a clean truck and 3 professional employees show up right on time. They then proceeded to pad wrap my furniture as stated in the sales meeting. Throughout the day they were very courteous when water, gatorade and food were offered. After several hours of loaded it was off to the new place upon arrival it was like they didn't miss a beat. Placing my goods when I asked them too and cleaning up after themselves I couldn't have asked for a better company to handle my move. There is no doubt I will be calling Superior Moving & Storage for my next move.

Great moving company and very friendly staff. Hired Superior Moving after interviewing 3 other moving companies. Out of all of the companies Superior had the best reviews, and were the most professional. All of my questions were answered during the estimate and I didn't feel rushed. The office people were very nice and always either answered my calls or got back to me within a short amount of time. The movers were great and talked highly about the company they worked for. One of the movers had been with the company for over 10 years which says a lot about the company. All in all we were very happy with the price and the move.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1250

Showed up an hour and a half late and got a story from the moving crew and an entirely different story from their office. They brought a smaller Truck which had to make 3 trips instead of one. The moving crew was around until 9:30PM and said they were tired and would be back tomorrow and finish the job. They emptied the truck into the new house Garage and filled it completely. They never showed up they next morning and when we called they said they wanted to charge us an extra 500$ to finish it or they would not show up. When we were baffled and asked why, they said the garage they filled with our clothes and furniture was in the original garage they moved it from so they did not feel obligated to return. So they want us to believe that they think all our Dressers and Clothes we dress with everyday were in the garage and we as a family all go to the garage every morning to get dressed. The customer service agent was making comments like "Customers lie all the time" which is obviously an insinuation that we are lying. They also did not come prepared and did not wrap any of the mattresses and placed them open in a dirty moving truck. They expect to get paid to move a large house to another and get tired and call it a day leaving your belongings in your garage and never returning.
Needless to say we will not be using them in the future.

I just wanted to take a second to say thank you and recognize an excellent job by the members of Superior Moving and Storage. As we all know moving is very stressful and some moving companies take advantage of individuals at times. This was not the case at all with Superior and I would highly recommend them! Special thanks to the following gentlemen: Billy = Estimator and the Movers: Kerby, Rob, Shawn, Dwayne , George , Carl & Jeff - all of you guys were true professionals and made moving less stressful and actually fun!
