Superior Moving and Storage

My family moved from Florida to Michigan in June. The drivers demanded cash upon arrival and made rude comments about being tipped before they even started. Upon arrival to our new home in Michigan they proceeded to damage multiple items and then try to hide the damage with blankets. My wife and I took photo's of all the damage and the driver said we broke the items, even though we had not touched them. The delivery took 10 hours, as they only had 1 person unloading. We went thought the process of documenting all the damage and submitted the paperwork. Superior then made every excuse in the book to delay response, then sent us a refusal of claim 4+ months later. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I would urge people to stay away if they value their possessions and want to be treated like a valued customer. I sincerely hope they review their current business practices, as this was an awful experience and wish it on nobody else.

No issues whatsoever and they completely exceeded all expectations. The movers were on time, were professional and amazingly did not have to take apart any of my antique Indonesian furniture which says a lot (don't ask me about the last move without Superior Moving). Superior Moving wrapped and protected everything and somehow managed to move a 2 bedroom apartment with heavy custom furniture in 6 hours. I will always use these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could give more stars. Superior went above and beyond their call of duty for my move from Deerfield Beach to PArkland. My realtor referred us to them but I made sure to do my fair share of online research before my final decision. Out of all the local moving companies their reputation was the best. I called to schedule my estimate, and booked within 3 days of the lady coming out to my house.

I requested for the men to call me 30 minutes before they got to my house on the day of the move and they called exactly 30 before and also before they came through the guard gate so we knew right when they got here. The truck and their moving equipment were impressive. They wrapped all of our furniture in plastic and everything was draped in thick blue pads. There were 3 movers total for our 5 bedroom house. I have never seen a more hardworking bunch than these guys. They would have worked straight through if we hadn't basically forced them to stop and have lunch with us!

I really admire the business ethics of both the owner of this company and his employees. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner on more than 1 occasion before they moved me and I even called him a few days after to commend him on his staff. I would gladly recommend Superior Moving And Storage to anyone looking to hire professional movers. I had a great experience.

Moving is challenging and at times frustrating, we moved last year from Coral Springs, Florida to Orlando, Florida in short notice. After scanning the web, and recieving various quotes, I was referred to this company. When they came out and did the estimate, and up until I paid..no bait and switch, no lies, just honesty and professionalism. They out classed all the other companies that gave us a bid. When the move was done and the belongings delivered, everything was perfect. The movers were outstanding. One year later, when I had to move my family back to Coral Springs, I used this fine company again, never a problem, never a issue. I recommend all my clients and friends that when the need arises to move..make one call..one stop..Superior moving and Storage..their name really does say it all..      .

When we decided to move, Superior came highly recommended from my daughter. We called and they came right out and gave us an estimate. The day of the move came, and the movers showed up on time and ready to work..they boxed all of our things..bubble wrapped and padded our furniture and loaded everything onto the truck. I've hired movers in the past who dragged their feet and cut corners to get the job done quicker, but the men at Superior really impressed me. Our belongings made it to New Port Richey when they promised us, and everything was in the same condition it was when they packed it. Thank you so much Superior Moving and Storage!!
