Superior Moving and Storage

 
I used Superior Moving & Storage to move to a new place recently. I called several moving companies and had all of them come by for quotes. Superior Moving was on the ball and quoted me several hundred dollars BELOW the lowest of all the quotes I had. I was skeptical at first thinking they were low balling me to get my business, then they’d hand me a higher bill at the end. That was not the case. Marion and his crew showed up on time, moved me out of my old place and into my new home in under the time they estimated. My total cost came in just under the amount they said it would. I am very satisfied with Superior movers and would use them again. I recommend you call and get a quote and use them!  Thank you Superior moving you did a great job and I will tell anyone I know that is moving to use you.

I've used Superior Moving for all of our customers for over 5 years now. Being in the insurance restoration business we're always dealing with customers that have just gone through a traumatic experience of dealing with a flood that requires the complete home to be remodeled. And of course one of the things we have to do is move the furniture out of the home and put into storage for 60 days so that we can commence construction and upon completion. Superior brings back our customer's furniture safely and set back in it's original location as if nothing ever happened. Upon the start of the pack out Superior takes inventory of every item, wraps in bubble wrap and/or blankets all items. Pictures or any expensive items are crated moved out of the residence very carefully and then returned in the same manner. I wouldn't use any other moving company and it's nice to know once we push the panic button that we can rely on Superior.

Oh, man, these guys saved me! Moving couldn't have come at a more inconvenient time, both of us were super busy with work and lots of traveling, no time to plan or pack, no wiggle room on move-out date..  it was time to call in professionals.  After a lot of searching on the Internet and speaking with various movers, we chose Superior Moving & Storage.  They provided lots of boxes to supplement our meager supply. On moving day it poured rain, but those guys- Anthony, Leroy and Mike did everything with a smile.  I couldn't believe how much STUFF they packed into that truck!  Practically EVERYTHING from our 2 bedroom house, plus our 1 car garage full of boxes and random small furniture. They even brought free wardrobe boxes, which really helped out a lot.  Our new place has a lot of stairs and the stair ways are very tight. They got everything unloaded into the house in no time.
At the end of it, drenched to the bones, the guys were still smiling and totally upbeat. I've never used movers before, but I don't think I'll ever go back to the old way of renting a truck and roping my poor friends into helping. The guys were great, the company was very professional. The office staff was always available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend Superior Moving & Storage they did a great job!!

I don't usually use companies that have not personally been referred to me. I had saved a few advertising cards one of which was from Superior Moving and Storage. I looked up the reviews which were very good. When I called, Luis Oliva answered the phone and spoke with me. I felt very comfortable with the company after speaking with him. Since I was in CT, my sister handled many of the responsibilities as well as my realtor. They were both impressed with him and his company. He went out of his way on a few occasions to make the move less stressful since I couldn't be there. He is very, responsible, reliable and professioanal and I would refer Superior Moving and Storage to anyone looking for this type of business. Karen.

Luis (or any of the girls on the phone) plays it all nice and sucks you in with there BS "kindness" but you have no idea what your in for after you paid!
They will hold your stuff hostage and change pricing on you in the midst of everything. They prey on peoples vulnerability! DO NOT USE THEM! PLEASE WALK AWAY AND PAY A FEW EXTRA BUCKS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I move every two years and this has BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! CHEAP ENDED UP COSTING ME DOUBLE!!

 We researched several moving companies in our area and after reading online reviews and realizing Superior Moving & Storage has been in business for over 20 years in the local area, we decided to use Superior. The office staff went out of their way to answer our questions and accommodate our moving date. The guys that showed up, George and Cornellius were very professional. They were on time and had great attitudes. The whole move went really well. We moved from a 2-story townhouse to a loft downtown. The movers used a lot of care when moving us and the price was very fair. In addition the price we were quoted was exactly the amount we were charged. We highly recommend Superior Moving.

We moved from a house to a 2/2 condo only 4.5 miles away, but still concerned about having our furniture, several pieces with glass fronts, arrive safely.  When I talked to Silvia she immediately eased my mind.  She assured me that our furniture would be carefully pad wrapped, upholstered furniture included and mattresses covered. We had good communication from the company both via email and postal mail, with a phone call a couple days before the move to give us the time of arrival. The team of 4 headed by Robert arrived on time and handled even our antique side-by-side and grandfather clock with great care.  They disassembled a 5 piece wall unit and put it back together, set up the bed and other pieces that had to be assembled.  The estimate given was exactly what the price was, according to the advertising.  No hidden fees!  The only tip I would give to others is to take out the drawers from dressers, desks and buffet to be moved separately if not packing everything in them.  I had silverware all upside down from my buffet drawer and papers everywhere in the roll top desk. I would definitely recommend Superior Moving..they live up to their name!!

It was a toss up between Superior Moving & one of the other larger moving companies in South Florida. We ultimately chose Superior Moving after visiting both companies storage facilities. Superior Moving Storage was spotless and all of the staff were eager to show us around and basically show off the facility.  Superior met with us to go over the schedule for the day of our moves (they moved two of our locations) and what we should expect. They then walked around each of our offices and made suggestions of how we should pack things. They provided us with a labeling system for our boxes so the movers would know exactly what rooms to place the boxes. Our offices were small and we couldn't pack any more boxes because we had no place to put them and still continue to function, so they came and moved what we did have packed, freeing up the space to finish our packing. We didn't have to worry about packing our PCs. They did that for us! They also took apart our desks and cabinets in our kitchenette area which was a major help for us. The two moves went extremely well. They showed up on time both days of our move. The first thing they did was walk around our offices to determine everything that was to be moved. The movers' "supervisor" then told us the order in which the rooms would be moved. At both locations we still had some last minute packing, but they told us not to worry and that we didn't have to rush even if it was in the first room they were moving - that they would come back to each room at the end and pick up whatever we still had in there. Each and every mover was extremely nice, friendly, and conscientious and no matter who you asked to do something, they all said "No problem." We were amazed at how efficient they were and how quick the moves were. We expected the move for each office to take the entire day and both moves were done early in the afternoon, so we were able to unpack and start working the next day. I can't say enough great things about Superior Moving & the staff they employ.
