Superior Moving and Storage

 These guys were awesome! Superior Moving & Storage took excellent care of my stuff, and did a great job! Originally on our first move with them, we had them move some very heavy equipment from office to office, up a stairway, and across town -- and they did it smooth as silk. So when it came time to move again across country we had them come in and give us a quote. They were by far the most professional out of all the estimates and the cost was close to the other estimates. We chose them and they were fantastic, everything promised was delivered. We highly recommend!! .

One of the main reasons I chose Superior Moving & Storage was they had an on site estimator come out and give me an estimate FOR FREE. Many companies wanted to do the estimate over the phone, which made me suspicious to using them. Superior Moving gave me everything in writing at the time of the estimate and I really felt comfortable using them. The day of the actual move everything went exactly as the estimator Anthony explained. The movers came on time and packed my breakables and loaded my items carefully in the truck. They gave me one month free storage at no extra cost which gave me time to find the right place once I found my place I called Superior Moving. After I found my dream home in California they were very helpful to set up my delivery for the day I needed. All my items arrived in less then a week. Everything was exactly in the same condition as when Superior Moving did the original pick up. I couldn't ask for a better service thank you Superior Moving, I will definitely be using you for our next move!!

We have moved a bunch of times, and have been relocated by our corporate headquarters over a dozen times in the last 15 years. Being based out of Florida now for over 4 years, we have used Superior Moving & Storage 3 times. They have been great, and do an awesome job. We originally started using them back a few years ago. They were referred by our regional manager and have a corporate account with our corporate headquarters. Our last move was perfect, on time, friendly office staff and really nice movers. We are getting ready to relocate back to Texas and will be using Superior. We are very happy with the service and pricing they provide.

The four movers Superior Moving sent to our home were PHENOMENAL. They spent a considerable amount of time communicating with me and understanding what the job entailed and how we needed it to be completed. Once they got started they got right down to business and wrapped all of our furniture with moving blankets. They were very respectful of our items and got the job done in a timely manner.  The estimate was exactly the price we paid. The truck was early on both ends, and the driver communicated with us the entire time about our moving dates and what to expect.  I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone I know.

Had we had more experience in moving, we would have turned the drivers away almost at the beginning of the move.  They were extremely careless and unprofessional.  Our furniture was not properly wrapped and protected when it left our home.  While they advertised that mattresses would be covered in protective full size mattress bags, this did not occur.  Our king size mattress was exposed during the pick up, the move, and was dirty and torn at delivery.  Almost all of our possessions were damaged including our bedroom set, our dining room set (the chairs were new), our living room and family room furniture.  Our dining room chairs were used by the movers at "door stops" in the building's lobby, damaging their metal frames.  Many of our accessories were damaged, some beyone repair.
 The movers offered to bring in some extra boxes for goods that we were planning on moving ourselves as we were only moving about 1 mile away.  They never indicated that there would be a fee for those.  They brought the boxes up and proceeded to pack those items while we were not watching.  Upon delivery, the movers demanded $55 cash for the boxes that they offered to us earlier in the day.  They would not leave without that payment. Further, we paid a deposit of $285.00 by credit card at the time of accepting the estimate.  While the move was scheduled on February 25, 2013, we discovered that they charged the balance of the payment to the same credit card six days prior to move.  Obviously this was to protect themselves against any dispute over damages that would occur during the move. We filed a complaint with the company and they sent a mover/furniture repair person to witness and list the damage.  At first they offered to make repairs, but then the company withdrew the offering blaming us for having damaged all of our possessions before we moved.  None of our furniture was more than five years old, was delivered directly from furniture stores. and was all in perfect condition. 
We have not received any satisfaction from the moving company to this day.  We highly recommend that you stay away from this furniture company.      .

Great service, Great company. We have used Superior Moving & Storage three times now.  We just got the delivery, and the guys went out of their way to do a great job. Jose the crew leader was very personable and managed the team well.  I have also told a few friends about Superior Moving & Storage some used them and some didn't. The one that didn't ended up with a horror story like you read in the papers. Other than a few mishaps on occasion, mostly minor concerns, everyone I have told to use them seems to be very happy with the service and thanked me. Definitely a good company, that cares about the customers.

I called Superior Moving & Storage and spoke with Anthony, we went over what items we had and that we had 2 separate stops involved in our move.  He gave me a guaranteed estimate and emailed it with a nice presentation (Extremely professional) He asked me to give an update when we were closer to the move date and to confirm the services.  When we booked the move the office advised us the crew would be at our place between 8-9am. They called at 7:15 telling us they would be there in a half hour, which they were. We had 3 movers come who were very professional and introduced themselves. We were very impressed with the attitudes and the way the movers handled themselves.  The 3 guys were very polite, and courteous not only to us, but our belongings. I might as well mention these guys were STRONG. We had granite slabs each weighing over 250lbs which the guys picked up by themselves, and carried them like they didn’t even weigh 10 lbs!  They were very careful with our furniture and our house. We had 3 stories worth of stuff and we moved items also to our storage unit where they were able to fit everything in the unit carefully. Nothing was broken (we had a lot of fragile items) and they also made sure what we needed most stayed to the front of the unit.  They did not overcharge us, break or scratch anything we had. I am so thankful for such a wonderful crew. From start to finish they are gentlemen who are strong enough pick up the most awkward heavy item you have, but gentle enough to keep it safe.  I highly recommend Superior Moving & Storage to anyone who wants a quality job done by very courteous men who care about the quality of their work. We will be moving with them again (very shortly). I chose Superior Moving because they had the highest ratings..and it's not hard to see why. Thanks guys!!

We stored our belongings with Superior Moving & Storage for 7 months when we were in the process of moving out of state. The service is exceptional, the whole place is really clean, very secure, and a very professional set up.  We visited a few other moving companies’ storage facilities, as Superior Moving & Storage had suggested. Don't waste your time, I would never store even junk at some of these other moving companies storage facility. I can't believe some are even in business. I guess it really is buyer beware. Do yourself a favor if you need storage, use Superior Moving & Storage… they are great.  The movers were very nice, clean cut and truly cared about our furniture.  I highly suggest and recommend Superior Moving and Storage, they did a great job. A few minor damages, but they came right out and took care of it and made us 100% happy. Definitely use them if you are moving.

What a fantastic company Superior Moving & Storage is. They guys were absolutely awesome. They did a great job of packing my grandmother’s house and storing her personal items when she moved to assisted-living; then when we came to sort through storage after she had passed away they were very kind and helpful. Some of the items needed to be shipped to another state. They took care of it and made everything very easy for us. They were always very accommodating and friendly. We were referred by the assisted living facility and they told us they only recommend one moving company and have had great success over the years. The office staff at the facility had a lot of good things to say about Superior Moving & Storage and spoke very highly of them.  I have dealt with a few different moving companies, and I must say these guys are the best!  I would recommend them for all of your moving and storage needs!
