They were prompt and professional

They were prompt, professional, and handled stress very well. Drew was the team captain, and not only did he take great care with his work, he was unflappable, and I could tell he's an encouraging leader to his fellow associates. As can be seen, they all did a wonderful job, even tackling this large bed to assemble!

Definitely professional

Starline and their movers were super organized and efficient and did a great job of coordinating the loading and unloading. The guys were beasts and knew how to hustle! We’ve never felt older watching these guys move around so fast up and down our stairs. They really respected our time more than we do! Definitely professionals; everything went very smoothly. Overall, 10/10 experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely horrible, lost several boxes / totes - large picture of family. No call back or email with explanation. Driver spoke another language... didn’t understand me nor me him. Collected money before bringing my things In so I had no means of negotiation for my things not delivered.... DO NOT USE this company they just want your money with no professionalism and dignity. I’m not only upset, I don’t want this to happen to another family... PLEASE READ....

Long-distance move from Tacoma, WA to Raleigh, NC

Lost irreplaceable valuables

Moved a 4 bedroom home. Extremely unorganized... nothing was labeled or inventoried during shipping. Loads were packed on the truck next to eachother so we didn't realize until after the truck left that several items were missing including an antique chair worth $1700. Paul Redi promised us our items back on the next shipment. Delays, excuses, time passed. He stopped responding to our messages. I could get a lawyer involved but it would cost more to take him to court than the items are worth.

Great company!

I booked Starline last minute for a move I needed completed immediately. I received a comprehensive quote prior to my move as soon as I booked. On the day of the move, Antwan and Merrill showed up perfectly on time with smiling faces. They greeted us professionally and walked me through my quote before starting the moving process. From beginning to end, they were nothing but friendly and professional. They kept things moving and wrapped my furniture up diligently and carefully. They didn’t even blink an eye at the stairs that everything had to go up when they arrived at the final destination, they just rolled up their sleeves and got to work. Thank you Starline and an extra thank you to Merrill and Antwan for providing top notch service!

This was my first time using Starline

This was my first time using Starline, and they were able to fit us in with only a week's notice. A great four-person crew came out to help us move some very heavy furniture. They were prompt and on time, worked super fast (took about 2.5 hours), and everyone was very nice. Thanks again!

We changed state, due to work my husband could not be present in the first hours after the move so they were very patient with me and very professional, they protected all the furniture, at the time of delivery it was more than excellence my Husband was more than delighted, a friend recommended them to me and it was an excellent decision to have hired them, Thank you guys, excellent service !

Highly recommend.

I was a little nervous with using a moving company but after speaking to a specialist to help me get my mind at ease I was extremely comfortable. Starline Moving was the most professional company I’ve ever seen, from packing and loading and getting my personal items from state to state without any damages or any hiccups. I would most definitely use this company again if I ever have to move again.

Worst moving company

I initially contacted the company to help with a move last year for the beginning of December. We set the date for them to come and disassemble furniture and move some boxes. They confirmed everything was good to go about a week before our actual move date which was on a Sunday. They were supposed to call us the day before to confirm the exact times the movers would be in. Saturday comes around and no call. I try reaching out to their customer service but get no where. On Sunday I get a call that their movers will actually be there on Monday morning. This sucks because we were planning on using Monday to clean the apartment and such, but we said it’s fine we will make it work. Monday comes along and no movers. I finally get in touch with the actual driver and he was coming in from Mississippi (I lived in Ohio) and wouldn’t be in until 8pm. At this point this is no longer acceptable since we had to turn in the keys that same day. To top it off he was a one man team! How was this one man supposed to move all of our furniture. Poor excuse of a company. Take care of your clients and take care of your team! You were going to make this man drive 7 plus hours and then pack and move my stuff
