Good service.

It was very easy to schedule the services I needed. The teams were both professional and efficient. The only hiccup was that both crews were a bit later than the expected window but had communicated their delats.

We were very happy with our movers. They were professional and worked very hard. It was a bit expensive but worth the cost to save our backs! Scheduling was easy.

Both Crews were very courteous and willing to please! The loading crew was a couple of young men, somewhat inexperienced but very able and willing. The unloading crew was experienced and worked quickly and efficiently. Both took great care of my belongings. I am very thankful for their services and would recommend them for your next move..

Used SML to load our stuff in Denver and unload in Tucson. Both instances people were on time, professional and got the job done promptly. Would certainly use again.

Heavy sleeper couch.

I needed these two movers to remove a large, heavy, sleeper sofa thru a front door with restricted access. They were poetry-in-motion! Highly professional, all business, no damage and I recommend SML without hesitation.

I had a team of 2 movers. They did a fantastic job and were very careful. They completed the 26 ft trick in 2 hours, and allowed me to help alongside them since I am a bit of a control freak. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Crooks and Liars.

I used them loading and unloading for a cross country move. The unloaders DROPPED several antique pieces in front of me, even though they were wrapped in bubble wrap and they were told to be careful.

Now they are claiming it never happened. Every day I look at the damage they did to multiple antiques/pieces of great person significance.

I hired them based on the Penske website recommendation - avoid both companies.

Packing St Louis.

Thought I was getting 3 movers only got 2, they did adjust my bill accordingly. The guys that did show were courteous and hard working. Would recommend them based on my move out.

Prompt and curtious. They did an awesome job in such a timely manner. They went over and above with placing and assembling. I would highly recommend them. Took less that 2 hours to unload a 26' truck.

South Florida to Brooklyn.

I have to say the guys in both Florida and Brooklyn were amazing.

The Florida guys packed the truck very cleverly and smartly. Within the time reserved.

The Brooklyn guys killed it - hustled up two flights of stairs like nothing I've ever seen before.

Would use SML and these exact guys again! If you like your movers, tip them.

The three gentleman that moved us were very polite and worded hard.
They took extra care not to damage any of our belongings.
This was the second time I've used them and would highly recommend them.

The two gentlemen were on time, worked hard with no damage.The load was packed and secured well. when the trip from New Britain CT to Houston TX was complete. there was no shifting of the items and the truck was easily unloaded. The guys from A Plus Moving LLC were great. I would recommend your service and use it again if needed.

Depressing experience.

Look..I can go into detail about our terrible experience with the movers that they choose for us. Or I can tell you how DEPLORABLE the customer experience was. But at the end of the day. IF THEY HIRE BAD MOVERS FOR YOUR JOB THEY WILL MAKE IT YOUR FAULT and YOUR PROBLEM. No negotiations. No customer service. Nothing.

So, if you decide to go with SML. Let the odds be ever in your favor.

Worst Movers Ever.

The movers were late and inefficient. They took small trips and had no respect for labels such as "fragile" let alone distinguishing between bedroom and kitchen. It took them almost 3 hours to unload a 12' Penske truck with my roommate and I making trips as well. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS in PHILADELPHIA.

I hired movers in both Colorado and Arizona. Both teams showed up early. They came prepared, were fast and showed great concern over my belongings. I would hire these individuals any day of the week. Coordinating through Simple Moving Labor took the stress out of finding qualified movers.

These guys were GREAT!! They showed up on time. They were very polite. They took care of my things like they were their own. They worked very hard, and got everything on and off the truck quickly. They came prepared and even helped sweep up the floors of every room they worked in. I would defiantly these guys again!!

Very Professional.

The staff at SML kept constant contact with me up until the day of the move. On the day of the move they were accessible as well. They would not honor a coupon which I didn't think was fair and their explanation was not valid. I understand the travel fee but they charged me an add/stop fee and the clock never stopped running. The movers were also very professional and friendly. They were quick and thorough.

We signed up for two movers to help load a truck just a few days prior to the move date. The guys were very helpful and knocked it out quickly.

I was very pleased with the crew of four who helped me in Atlanta, GA. Justin, Jamal, Bruce and Juan were great. They arrived on time. They worked hard and did a superior job loading our 26' truck. They moved the job along as quickly as possible. The cost ended up being much more than I anticipated, but I could not have done it without them.

I expected furniture carriers, but the guys that SML provided were moving professionals. They knew exactly how to load the truck, tied off everything properly so there would be no shifting and loaded a 16 foot truck in a little over an hour. Very, very pleased with SML.
