I have moved at least two times prior to my move on April 20,2016 and they were horrible experiences of over charging and damage furniture. I contacted Shleppers Moving Company and received a quote for my move. The movers were on time and explained to me everything that they were going to do. The move was done with professionalism and in a timely manner. In addition, Shleppers Moving Company's customer services called me to asked how the move was going. I found that this company provides excellent customer services and there were no surprises as I had experience in previously moves. There was no additional cost requested and the quote was correct. I would recommend this company to anyone that is moving, they were great!

The crew arrived on time, went to work immediately. They were well prepared and had all the equipment, boxes or wardrobes etc. that were needed.

They packed efficiently and without any hesitation or lost time.
We were ready to go within two hours and this was for an apartment where a senior citizen had lived for 50 years!

When they arrived at the new location, they were asked to wait half an hour for the freight elevator, which they did with good humor and no complaints. They took no breaks, but kept working until they were finished.

Once they began, they were as efficient as before, and placed each item whereever they were asked. Not one thing was broken, damaged or in any way compromised.

I would recommend them to anyone, they were honest, efficient, wonderful to work with and on time and budget.

Hey everybody. I was helping my mother move from Miami to St. Petersburg recently. I researched many moving companies. They all have good reviews and bad reviews. It was such a hard process but Shleppers had more good reviews than bad and I had a good feeling so we reached out and had them come over for an in home estimate. We decided to go with them as our moving company because we liked them and the price was very competitive and fair, especially for such a long move. They showed up, ON TIME, and came prepared; they brought loads of boxed, wardrobe boxes, tape, pads, and dollies. One of the workers had called in sick at the last minute so the Branch Manager (Sharon) came to help. He helped Carlos and Ariella (who had come in from NY to do the move). They were GREAT. The were careful, they were friendly and helpful. And they were so patient. They did the load out in about 3 hours. They arrived in St. Petersburg on time and prepared once again. They moved everything in in about 3 hours. They never once complained or griped about the walk from the elevator or the amount of boxes or furniture of anything. We couldn't be happier with the work they did; the quantity or quality of the work. This company is the best one around. I wish they were closer to me, because I have to move soon and I don't want to use anyone else. If you need a moving company, and you are near a Shleppers, USE THEM. They are simply the best. Truly, for the time that they were moving my mother, they treated her like she was their mother. I am blessed to have found them. Shleppers was GREAT. We had a complicated situation and they were with us 100% of the way. We sold our home (in New York) in September and were not moving into our new home (in Georgia) until November. Shleppers came to our home, helped us pack up (it took 2 days!) and then stored all our our things in their brand new warehouse, which is enormous! When we were finally in our new home, we called up and our goods were shipped from NY in a couple of days. The men arrived in Savannah two days later and helped us unpack.

All the workers were kind, clean, courteous, and hard working. We were comfortable with them in our home and were grateful for all the help they gave during this very stressful time.

I would highly recommend Shleppers.

Using this company for moving my employees from NY to all over the state is always a big deal for me. Whatever involved with moving services, I am letting Shleppers to deal with. We are a huge company that transferring 2-4 people every month for job purposes. Shleppers moving dealing with all the process. From contacting my customer through packing, loading, driving, unloading and even staging the furniture in place. I am very satisfied with the service and will keep on using them and surely recommend them to whomever is moving in my family or friends.
