Shleppers Moving & Storage

This was my first experience with Shleppers and it was great. From the quoting process, the customer service before the move and then the actual moving day - everything exceeded my expectations. They were prompt on the day of the move and worked very efficiently. There were a few extra items that I needed them to pack that day and they did it without any hesitation. The moving team did a great job packing our stuff, including an oversized sofa, large TV and queen size bed. Nothing was damaged during the move. I recently moved between two apartments within Queens and Shleppers made it a breeze.
Price was definitely competitive, but was not necessarily the absolute lowest.However, the experience was a breeze for the second time I have used them (my previous was also with Shleppers).
Moving is stressful as it is and nightmare stories don't help. Their movers were on time, knowledgeable, calm, competent and had a good balance of working fast and getting the job done right.

Shleppers was recommend to me by a very good friend who had used their services previously. The price was very competitive and I had no hesitation making the agreement after I was provided the estimate. The representative who visited for the survey prior to providing an agreement/estimate was very clear in what they offer and options.

I was moving not too far from an apartment to a house and they made the moving process so smooth. Even though we had a minor issue with a piece of furniture they stayed committed to finding a solution. If have to do this again you will be my first and only call! Thank you Shlepper's team.

Overall, it was a really easy and low-stress move from Manhattan to Philadelphia. The movers (Marco was the foreman) were very professional and worked extremely fast. They called me to give updates as to when they would arrive, traffic situation, estimated time of completion, etc., which was greatly appreciated. The price estimate I was given stayed fixed, even though I had a couple of extra boxes from my original estimate. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to move.

Everything went smoothly from my initial call. My sales rep was knowledgeable, attentive and truly worked with me on all aspects of my move.

The moving crew was PHENOMENAL. They treated everything with kid gloves, pointed out any dings, dents or scratches to me before touching them and worked lightning fast.

As a whole, Shleppers was very communicative and always let me know what to expect. No monkey business with pricing either. The estimate I received reflected a fair price and included everything, no hidden charges or add-ons + my rep worked with me to keep me on budget.

For both our moves we used shleppers and both times the experience was amazing. The associate helped us plan the move. On the day of the moves the movers came on time. They came prepared with extra supplies and managed to complete both moves quickly and efficiently. They carefully apart and wrapped our furniture. Once we arrived at the final destination the put the furniture back together. They were friendly and helped make the process as stress free as possible. I will definitely be using them going forward.

First time using a moving company and couldn’t be happier I chose Shleppers. The consultant Shannan could not have been more helpful after I made 4 different revisions to my items being moved. They were the most affordable company I found too. They had two movers come for my one bedroom and both were polite and did a fantastic job. They were very nice and were helpful with everything. No damage to any of my items. I would highly recommend using this company. I don’t have enough good things to say about the movers.
