All good.

We hired this company for our relocation. Had expensive Bang & Olufsen music devices to transport and everything worked wonderfully. Very friendly and professional staff. Price-performance ratio top!

Unreliable.

We had agreed on 2 movers for 2 hours.
The negative reviews have been fully confirmed.
Nobody comes to the agreed appointment at 12:00. They cannot be reached when asked by telephone. After one and a half hours of first contact with the office lady, she first has to ask and promises to get in touch - NO answer.
After 2 hours a bad German speaking driver reports - we have already carried everything ourselves. I can only agree with the negative reviews about the unreliability and confirm them - stay away from this company.

Move company.

Very bad experience.
Goes so far that I'm missing something from boxes. But after I mentioned it, it was made clear to me:
1. maybe it's still in some box (I know exactly where THAT was inside);
2. Insurance that I have paid for only pays for damage, no loss;
3. As proof, I would have to have photos of putting things in and clearing out;
4. I haven't received an invoice yet (3.5 months !!)
and much more : ((
Consumer protection couldn't help either, since No. 3 is missing ..: ((
For me it is theft. Because how can something be missing from a box from A to B ??
Statement: "maybe it fell out unnoticed .."
I wonder how much control do you have to do when using a moving company?
Conclusion: absolutely no trust !!
Why did I have to pay insurance? ..if no insurance is given ??

Long-distance move from Graz, Styria to Vienna, Vienna

Never again.

Package price agreed by email / phone: e500, three moving workers.

Price asked on site: e550 while charging "the boss" called and wanted more money.

2 removal workers who didn't even know where to bring the things (destination address).

Slow, imprecise, poor personal hygiene of the employees, hardly any knowledge of German (?!): Most of the dragging was done by one of us, otherwise it would have been 3 days.

Washer damaged and reassembled "myself" before I could take a picture.

Please read it carefully before signing!

Annoying.

Only for strong nerves.

Fixed price and payment upon handover at the destination by email with Umzugdirekt agreed.
Boss begins price negotiations (initially almost double the price). Try all sorts of reasons (secretary is new, truck has to return empty, VAT is not included in the price quoted). I stop the loading because it is obviously dubious. When I asked whether he could show the order at all, he showed it to me on his cell phone - with exactly the agreed price. My advice that a fixed price has been agreed and that in the consumer business, prices must always include VAT, helps to close the discussion. The good news: everything arrived on time and without damage.

Unreliable.

This company is very unreliable. You make an appointment. Only on the specified date no truck or driver appears. Then you should also pay cancellation fees. An impudence. I cannot recommend this company.

Hands off.

Does not adhere to made offers.
Blackmailed a new price outside the door with the words 'otherwise gone'
Lure offer of 25 euros is not correct. There are countless surcharges.
Unprofessional / dubious

HANDS OFF.
