They were worse than an absolute disaster. I would say they are scammers and also very incompetent for the following reasons 1. They emailed me an offer for EUR 4,800 inc VAT. When I approved it they claimed it was an offer excluding VAT and they sent me an invoice for EUR 5760 which I paid because they already had the keys and the border with the Czech Republic would soon close. 2. When their van arrived, their owner called me and said they had to pay the Czech border control a bribe of 1,800 EUR for a "heavily loaded van" (their large van only had a sofa and a few light things) and They didn't have a receipt for it, but they wouldn't unload the van if I didn't pay their driver 1800 EUR. 3. You forgot to take a lot of expensive items with you, like a television on a stand on wheels and two dehumidifiers on wheels. As I am prohibited from leaving my district due to COVID restrictions and cannot travel from CZ to Austria and the apartment has to be handed over to a hostile buyer (they were sentenced to buy it back from me as they did not have a building permit) , I am now forced to hire another moving company immediately. The total costs are well over EUR 10,000 to spend two hours driving across an EU border with modest items.

I moved from Vienna to Mödling and based on the list of removal items I had filled out, a contract was sent to me with a package deal of 300EUR for 5 hours with arrival and departure for 3-man trucks
130EUR for 2x no-parking signs. The 3 men were incredibly friendly, strong and fast and still very precise. Everything without scratches !! Since someone takes the washing machine on his back alone. After 2 1/2 hours everything was ready I am very satisfied and would book the guys again at any time. A small drawback is that it only took 3 hours in the end and I paid 5, but it was still very cheap. Conclusion: - very cheap

An office move from Vienna to Germany was planned, so I asked for an offer from Quicktransport. First of all, I was offered a package price by email without a prior inspection. Since that seemed strange to me, I asked for a viewing appointment (all other companies wanted to see the office before submitting an offer). The first viewing appointment was postponed by Professional Transport (yes, the name changed all at once) (the gentleman would have come at 3 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. as agreed)
Two gentlemen were present during the inspection, barely listened to me, didn't look at anything and pulled out an offer sheet for me to sign as soon as I came in. The price was agreed as a flat rate and I was urged to sign the offer. After I expressly said several times that I do NOT want to place the order yet, the Lord simply signed it himself. Left me an offer sheet and business card and I told him I would get in touch.
The next day I receive an email confirming that the move with professional transport has been booked at the agreed price. The managing director's email address on the business card did not exist, I only got to speak to his brother over the phone. So I sent 3 emails to the office address and called 2 times until I received confirmation that the move would not be carried out by Profitrans. I am relieved to have nothing more to do with this company.

Last week I made a move with profitransport in Vienna and I am very satisfied. At the beginning I was still quite skeptical when I called profitransport to get me an offer. I was told to fill out a removal list on the website, which I did. Shortly afterwards, I received an offer via email. On the day of the move, 3 strong men came and started their work straight away. My move went wonderfully, the employees were competent, reliable and friendly. My furniture was transported very carefully, no rush - no damage. The move was done carefully, yet quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied and recommend this moving company to others. Thanks again!

A large truck was planned - based on the assessment during the inspection - a small one came.
The boss cannot be reached. So start of the move because the workers said the boss would send a big car and a third man too. Unfortunately that didn't happen. So let's go with the little car. When the things are being unloaded at the destination, profitransport finally reports.
However, only to say that a second trip is necessary, which was already clear, and that therefore the costs are double .. After an ugly discussion, I give in. So far no confirmation of the receipt of the money - as agreed. Overall dubious - take the movers - everything went perfectly with them - including the accounting.

The men were on time, but put me under pressure for an hour and said that Ms. Anna Wagner didn't know what to do and it would cost more, I should pay immediately. Ms. Wagner has not been available since the day of the move. The emails remain unanswered. There were 3 men there, instead of the agreed 2. Of the 2 trucks that were suddenly charged, one was broken and one of the men drove to the workshop. According to the listing, parking costs were charged even though I have no short-term parking zone.
I can only advise against the company. Incidentally, the company appears under different names on the Internet. Blitztransport, master resettlement, professional construction transport and profotransport. These are the names I know There are also two company headquarters.

According to the legal notice, the company Umzug Graz belongs to the company Profitransport.

The following order: to carry an antique chest of drawers in good condition from the covered entrance area in the open air on the ground floor to the first floor via a staircase with a 90 • turn.
The chest of drawers would have to be turned upright 2 times to get into the house and for the curve of the stairs.

The two gentlemen, presumably Turkish voting, tried to intimidate my wife and sister-in-law and to collect more money under false pretenses (oversize, more weight, difficult circumstances). I was on a trip abroad, called the company and asked them to inform the gentlemen about the actual price, this never happened.
The wall in the staircase area and a picture were damaged.
Both gentlemen refused to leave for over 1 hour after moving because you have to collect the 300 EUR.
Only after this hour in which there were constant threats, insults and sexual reflections, did the gentlemen accept that nobody would give you EUR 300,
This company is a catastrophe in every way.

I found the company on the Internet (at umzuggraz.at) and called because the price seemed cheap. It was about the transport of heavy fitness equipment from the ground floor to the basement.
About the price: The campaign is advertised with: € 25 for 2 movers and a 25m3 truck per hour. Sounds good, doesn't it? It only took me an hour anyway.
Unfortunately, the VAT is added, as well as a 3 hour minimum booking, and a heavy load surcharge (from 80kg), so it's 100 euros. Okay too, I thought.
The first impression on the phone (a lady) was friendly and the first suggestion for an appointment would have been at 7:30 p.m. on the same day. We agreed on Sunday 6 p.m. (also an unusual time, but okay, please).
Sunday, 6 pm - nobody is coming. Not even after half an hour, after an hour .. At least 10 calls are unsuccessful (always busy). At around 9:15 pm (!) A gentleman with a foreign accent finally calls me back and is completely surprised that an appointment has been made, since she - quote - "doesn't even work on Sunday". He apologizes politely and I actually let myself be softened and he promises me dearly that you will "come to me tomorrow at 8 o'clock". When I asked, is that also reliable? 100%. OK. It's Monday, 8 o'clock and it's coming .. guess what! NOBODY. There is also no call or the like, just nothing.
I call and this time I get through, reach a lady again, tell her about my anger. She thinks she will check it out and finally I come back to the gentleman with the foreign accent, who tells me that unfortunately, unfortunately, "the man no longer wants to work" - that's why he didn't come yesterday .. Excuse me? I can fool myself. I forego his offer that he will "reliably" come in person shortly.
NEVER AGAIN - can only advise everyone: Stay away from this unreliable and dubious company!

On 09/28 I ordered a clearing out for 100m2 in Graz, including floor costs, including parking space, including assembly for 42 euros including VAT.
3 men came - (registered?) With a truck that was much too small - the boss, who could at least speak German, wanted to divide up all possible additional costs, such as floor costs, two trips to the dump, table of contents of the truck ..
After violent protests on my part and the suggestion that they should go, he started to negotiate with me what I am willing to pay !! According to an agreement, this work would be carried out very poorly - half of the room would simply be left standing on the grounds that the truck was overloaded and heavy parts! Conclusion: completely dubious - hands off !!

Service cost: €500

Instead of the booked 2 men, 3 arrived 1.5 hours late. For this I should also pay an hourly rate of EUR 60 instead of the agreed EUR 30. I was informed of this after half of the furniture had already been cleared from the apartment. In addition, I had to agree to a flat rate of 10 working hours (otherwise I was threatened with cancellation of the order). The furniture truck was much smaller than promised and there was hardly any space for the furniture. The entire move (including a one-hour drive to the new home) took just over 5 hours.

In addition to the hourly flat rate, there were many hidden extra costs. Conclusion: Big disappointment and costs of 800 EUR.

Bad, worse, Profitrans! This company is hiding behind several names (Profitrans at / Meinemöbelpacker at ..).

I hired this company for a small move within GRAZ. A start at 2 p.m. was agreed. At 2:30 p.m. I called for the first time, I was told about a slight delay with the last customer. After that I tried to reach someone every 30 minutes, sometimes without success. At 5:30 p.m. the driver called me to inform me that his van was probably defective. At least I think he spoke very little and very poor German.

The company headquarters allegedly knew nothing of the failure. Around 8 p.m. the nice lady from the office called again to ask if the move went smoothly and when the movers were with me !? It was only with great effort that I could stay calm as I had spoken to her umpteen times on the phone all day.

You should definitely avoid this company with its many names and subcontractors. Take other reviews seriously too!

250 € was only the flat-rate working time (Hello? To carry 1 piano and 1 washing machine up 1 floor in the same house? That takes 30 minutes.) Of course, when I asked for the offer, I stated how much the piano weighs and that it should be carried up 1 floor is. If I then ask what it costs in total, then of course I mean in total.

For 460 € I made complete moves including the piano within Vienna that took 4 hours.

I shot the lady on the phone that the rip-off is and dubious and I will certainly not do that, not on principle. I felt sorry for the transporters, they are certainly not doing any better at the company.
Had to pay 150 € "cancellation fee" (for an order that I have not given or accepted in writing for a sum that I have not received in writing ..)

Catastrophe! Will be reported to consumer protection by me.

Two friendly gentlemen came from Vienna, although I hired a company from Graz, misled by the Google ad. Both do not ask from the specialist despite a previous offer via email and threatening uncle with whom the phone call - huge sums. Out of necessity, they agreed to have to carry out the transport at the agreed time. Conclusion Furniture partially damaged, book boxes were dropped and ideally irreplaceable items were ruined. - want additional insurance extra (normally the company is liable for damage !!)
- want to collect extra for normal plastic wrap
- want to collect an extra heavy load surcharge for collapsible boxes
- want to collect money immediately before starting work.

If you already take this company, then print out the homepage beforehand and don't wait for the packers alone !!

In my inquiry, I listed exactly which and how many pieces of furniture had to be transported and received a binding offer by email (60 euros per hour plus 0.6 euros per kilometer). On the day of the move, the gentlemen came more than an hour late. Instead of a usable truck they came with a small truck from a furniture chain, which meant that only a small part of my belongings could be transported - the movers puffed and explained to me that the hourly price offered could not hold, and that would come anyway Insurance costs and penalties for the truck are also included. I was pressured under massive pressure to start at a fixed price of well over 2000 euros. Unfortunately, I had no other choice, as the move could only take place on that day and I would not have found another company so quickly. They are also masters at intimidating customers. The move then took 6 hours, with the gentlemen taking more than half an hour each time for a 10-minute journey (coffee break on every trip?). According to the offer, I would have paid around 400 euros in total, instead it was more than 2000. I didn't know that insurance and fines for trucks are so expensive. Now it's up to my lawyer. It's just staggering that such companies are allowed to have a trade license and continue to cheat customers and ruin the reputation of the entire industry. In the future I will haul my furniture myself.

I have agreed a price of 40 € per hour by telephone (for 2 people truck) for moving some cupboards (packing / unpacking with contents). On the day of the move, 3 people show up without packing materials. Then the boss of the company comes and starts to haggle and to ask a completely inflated price (flat rate). As an alternative, it offers an hourly rate of € 72 plus € 270 fixed costs for absurd surcharges (such as assembly / disassembly that did not take place and surcharges per floor).

Since I had to keep the moving-out date, a fixed price was accepted (as I was given to understand that the price per hour will be higher one way or another). Then unpacking was not done at the destination, shelves / drawers were not reinserted and no invoice was issued despite an explicit request. I paid ~ 130 € for the effective time that was worked.
Conclusion: a completely dubious company.

I was totally dissatisfied with ProfiTransport, I really fell for them .. On the phone I asked whether there would be additional costs to the approx. 80 € for 2 hours, truck and 2 people and they said "no". Then I asked whether they needed any more information about the furniture that was to be delivered or something else and they said "no, you can arrange that with the responsible workers on site". Then 3 men came, 2 of them were really unhygienic, and slammed me a note with a surcharge per piece of furniture and kilometers and floors .. and I also had to take out insurance if something was damaged. I didn't want to take the company because it was agreed, but they said I would have to pay a € 40 cancellation fee. While I was still thinking about it, one of them had already taken the fridge and carried it down to the street !! Without my decision! I had to move the things that day and we then agreed on a flat rate, 160 € for 4 pieces of furniture and 1 mattress .. a complete rip off! NEVER AGAIN with ProfiTransport !!

Much more was asked than discussed on the phone. Since the furniture was already in the truck at the time the costs were discussed, it was hardly possible to cancel. The work itself was good, punctual and competent, only the costs should be clearly stated in advance and not more than double the amount to be paid.
On the phone they said 33 euros per hour net, plus at least 2 hours. Additional costs were not mentioned.
So I assumed 66 euros. At first they asked for 250 €, after a few negotiations I paid 150 € (for 1.5 hours in the end).

Originally we had ordered a man and a truck for our move. According to the Internet, the price for this offer was € 20 an hour. We asked about further costs by telephone in advance and were expressly assured 3 times that no further costs would be incurred. On the day of the move, 2 people turned up in a truck from another company !! Overall, the truck was in extremely poor condition. While one of us slammed down a piece of paper to sign, the other began to invite. Suddenly there was talk of an additional insurance flat rate and a minimum booking time of 3 hours. (The company's website clearly states 2 hours minimum booking time). The new price was then around 90 euros. After a phone call with the extremely unfriendly boss of the company, we were able to agree on 65 €. The actual moving time was exactly one hour. In the case of professional transport, wrong price information is given completely deliberately, the appearance is extremely dubious and, moreover, one is treated very rudely. .

After I came across Fa Profitrans on the internet, I called them and worked with a lady on the moving price of € 60 including VAT. for: a truck, two men, 4pm arrival time, no arrival and departure costs and no floor allowance. I said to the lady that I was standing there with a maximum of 60 € and not a cent more. She assured me that if it wouldn't take longer, the 60 € are agreed. Everything started so that the boss called me presumably at 4pm and said he would be delayed by 10 minutes. Unfortunately this turned into 20 minutes. They didn't make a serious impression on me either (no work clothes, no safety shoes, no gloves, no special straps, no packaging material). After you invited me, the presumed boss showed me an invoice with the following list: work 60 €, furniture insurance 30 € (I should pay for it if you broke something), 10 € per floor (ground floor maisionette apartment on the second half floor, for him it was then three floors), € 20 travel costs and € 20 departure costs. All together 160 € (all together 60 € including everything). I told him that I only had € 60 as agreed and I don't want to pay any more. He tried to haggle with me, which I fell on deaf ears. I showed him his website where it also said: 2-man truck 25 € excl vat per hour and WITHOUT any additional costs. He came to me with shameful like; he is only a worker, things are difficult, .. then he suddenly said he is not from the profitrans company whereupon i dialed the phone number on the web site and lo and behold his cell phone was on. After a long discussion (I threatened the police) he made it for 60 €. However, he owed me the bill. Tomorrow I will call Fa Profitrans again and ask for an invoice. If this does not happen, I will contact the tax office because it looks like illegal work and we have some damage (furniture, freshly ground walls) and I would like to make claims for damages. So discuss everything properly (preferably in writing), stay tough, don't be intimidated, best if all this is done by a well-built man as the presumed boss also tries aggression and demands an invoice. Otherwise NOT RECOMMENDED also the above assessment with insufficient is too mild for this fa.

At first everything was straightforward. My request, which was a few months ago, was answered quickly and after an inventory list I was made a fair offer to move from Nuremberg (D) to Vienna (500km). 1,320 € for three men, gasoline move, I was happy with that! My furniture and cardboard boxes were handled well, there was only a small scratch on the floor afterwards - but that was not too bad. THEN THE RIP-OFF: Part of the money was paid in advance, the rest cash at the end of the move. The movers wanted an additional € 60 for an alleged parking ticket. Without seeing that ticket, I didn't want to hand out any money, but the men immediately had an excuse. And as a young woman alone with three strong movers, it's easier to give in. So I gave them the 60 € with the request to send me a copy / photo later by email. ..No mail..no parking ticket. So I wrote to the nice lady from the office and asked her for a copy. She also did not respond to my request and thus my suspicion was confirmed that the men earned a few more euros with a THIRD TRICK. Very disappointing! In any case, I won't fall for this troop again. .

My moving experience with this company was really bad. The day before, the agreed moving date was postponed 4 hours. Then the people came an hour late. It was also much more expensive overall than agreed. An attempt was made on site to sell the following costs: an insurance 85 euros; 45 euros travel costs (although there are clearly no travel costs within Vienna on the website); 35 euros floor costs (although the side says 5 euros and both apartments are accessible by elevator); 40 euros parking fee (even though it was the weekend). So if you want to save money and, above all, nerves, keep your hands off this company. I can tell they are full crooks. Who gave the ratings on their website is also a mystery to me.

Three men were booked, one of whom quickly emerged as a "boss". While the other two movers did their job properly, the "boss" just gave orders. He was all the more active in negotiating the price for the move. While we pointed out to him that we would calculate at the hourly wage agreed with the company, he said that he and his team would only be willing to tackle at a flat rate, otherwise the move would be dragged out and the price would rise would drift. Then he offered a "friendship price": 1000 euros for a move from Vienna-Neuwaldegg (62m2 plus garden) to the nearby Brunn am Gebirge (100 m2). That seemed a bit over the top to us. The price was then negotiated down to 700 euros with a great stomach ache. In a situation like this, you ultimately have no other choice - you have to move out early. After about an hour, a greasy guy showed up during the move, who entered the apartment unannounced and estimated the price of the move at 1500 euros. When we replied that a flat rate had already been agreed, he said that VAT was not included. He then boldly calculated this - 840 euros. I advised him to leave our apartment immediately, otherwise it could get uncomfortable for him. He complied with this request very quickly, so that the agreed 700 euros - including VAT - remained. The move then went very well and everything was done within five hours. When the confirmation form was handed to us, we noticed that the working hours were not entered. When we asked the "boss" to do this, he said that he had worked seven hours. It's just five and not seven hours from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. He then argued that he had to drive an hour and now drive back an hour. In view of the company's headquarters, that seemed implausible to us and was completely irrelevant anyway, since only the working hours of the active tackling had to be entered. When we told him that, he said he had come from Graz. And even if he should have come from the Himalayas - the customer shouldn't really care. All in all, a scandalous performance. Only the two gentlemen who have packed properly have earned their money. This moving company does not live up to its name - they are more amateurs and not professionals, which is why it is not recommended.

By the way: I wrote this review text to the ladies and gentlemen from Profitransport on their Facebook page when ratings were still possible there. It is symptomatic that the rating option and with it all viewable ratings of the company have been deleted for the public.

Dirty vehicle, hardly any protective material etc. on board. Unkempt characters who came not from A (closer) but from B (further away) - that is, more kilometers. Overplayed friendliness at the beginning resulted in pick-ups and moans about how difficult everything was. We were still quite fast, almost too fast, so that one was afraid that something would be damaged. Renegotiating the accounts turned into insults. Actually, one expects from a moving company that the people are honest and clean, but these are simply professional rip-offs who aim to make a profit from the people from the start. Actually, you shouldn't even let guys like that into the house and send them back unpaid. Let them steal their money elsewhere.
