Moving

Extremely satisfied with our move. My husband and I moved from Virginia to Ohio to be closer to family. The crew was very professional and wrapped everything with care. They staged everything in the house to make unpacking more convenient for our family. The price was great- $6000 for three bedrooms and four people.

Long-distance move from Roseville, CA to Austin, TX

One of the worst Moving Brokers around

Please beware that Neil (broker) will tell you what you want to hear, like "it will take 7-10 business days to receive your stuff from day of pick up", It took 35 days for me to get my stuff. Ashley is completely useless (a Manager that wants to be Manager but does not have proper training) she has no customer service skills and is as rude as they come.

Please make sure you read your contract in full, beginning to the end.

My stuff sat in a warehouse in Los Angelas for 4 weeks, when I was told by Neil they would pack my stuff, load up two other families on the same truck the same week and head to our destination.

My stuff along with 2 other families things showed up in a small trailer hauled by a Ram truck, the other family's stuff was unloaded and put in my yard while just one guy (yes one mover) unloaded my stuff then he put the other family's stuff back on the trailer and left. no big moving truck like "Van Lines Semi" brought my stuff like Neil said along with Ashley, it's all a sham and the most unprofessional moving Broker I have ever delt with. I will tell anyone who asks who I used to stay clear of this company, so far, they have lost a few good customers. if you want to sleep on an air mattress and wonder where your belongings are for a month (nope they don't call you with updates so don't expect that) and use other people's washers and dryers to have clean cloths then call this company and plan on putting your life on hold for a month, get the worst moving service, Hey it only cost 5k!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Miami to NY

I was Absolutely blown away by the Professionalism an attention to detail that my moving coordinator James Ware took in preparing & then performing my families relocation from MIAMI to NY!! I would recommend this Company and Mr. James Ware to anyone facing a Long Distance relocation in their near future. James gave me an ACCURATE QUOTE that did NOT INCREASE at the pick up.

I was quoted $11,772.72 for my 4 b/r 3 bath home. I could not be happier with my overall experience. James went above and beyond with his guidance and overall quarterbacking the entire move, his attention to detail was incredible--> he had every aspect of this relocation process covered!

Horrible move

Horrible move

Hiring On Time Moving from Elma, Washington and the broker Safeway Relocation Services from Florida was one of my worst mistakes ever. It started with the move-- they were three days late and no one told us. Then when all the stuff was already loaded onto the truck, movers charged her an extra $1,500 for arbitrarily eye-balling the amount. The broker never even returned calls or helped with this issue.

The broker said the move would take 3-10 days. After three weeks, we got nervous. With no help from broker (wouldn't even tell me who the movers were) we had no move date. THIRTY days later they came and left without putting my daughter's furniture back together AND the majority of her boxes were DAMAGED by RATS. Holes chewed through the boxes and rat poop everywhere. Again, Safeway promised to help and they never did. THEY never returned my calls. My daughter was devastated. BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THEM-- it was a nightmare. And here I thought it would be seamless. Learned my lesson.

Long-distance move from Citrus Heights, CA to Las Vegas, NV

Worst Moving Service

Did not deliver when expected. Charged me way more than the original contract. Took over 10 hours to load a small amount of furnishings which has taken previous movers 2 hours. They demanded cash, Zelle or money order wanted no trace of money. Yet they charged my credit card $385 for assuming additional space on the truck would be needed. Didn’t know how to disconnect water line from fridge. My 19 year old son had to help them. Had to stay in a hotel two nights in a hotel because I refused to pay via Zelle. Tried to contact the police for help because they charged my way more than the original contract. I needed my stuff so I paid in cash I was backed in a corner! No one should ever do business with this company! Even the delivery people had spoken negatively. I was also called names and harassed.

my grandma and i were wanting to relocate from OH-CA. i found safeway, and took action. very soon after that, my grandma and i were taking our next big steps to move out of state! safeway was very quick to respond throughout the whole process. communication was amazing and they walked me through every step- which was very much needed, considering we have never done this before. we already had tons of trust in this company after the first phone call!!!!! when all of our stuff got delivered, it was in great condition. again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
