They were super flexible, on time and stored everything neatly in my storage unit. Everything was wrapped well and stored well. They charged me the exact total that they had originally quoted me.

Every piece was handled with extra care and wrapped professionally. These guys insisted on wrapping every single item that needed care including all furniture. Don't use anyone else! Very reasonably priced as well.

Very Poor Communication & Unprofessional Service

On the day of pick up, my assigned team arrived three hours later than their stated time window, and they didn't give me a copy of the bill of lading as they said they would. So, when I called to find out where my shipment was, I had no way of directly contacting them. What's worse is Safeway's main phone numbers were either totally disconnected or unmanned for weeks! I left multiple email and voice messages requesting an update about my order with no response from them for nearly two weeks after my expected delivery date before threatening to pursue legal action. THEN they called me back with an update and claimed to have received none of my messages. Whether that's true or not, it was far too challenging to get key information about my order from the company. Additionally, the movers at delivery were also hours late and sorely under staffed for moving a piano (only two showed up). Overall, it was a stressful and inconvenient experience that I've only partially detailed here. I would rather move it all myself next time than hire Safeway Relocation Services again.

The movers did a great job. With no breaks, scratches, or dings, they wrapped my furniture with fabric they provide, repaired broken slats on beds, plastic-wrapped each item to keep clean, made suggestions for the layout to best suit the room and furniture, rearranged the furniture until we were happy and never stopped moving we will do this company again with them next time in a heartbeat!
