Absolutely under no circumstances should you use this company. They broke my recliner, couch, several dishes and left damage to my new home. They were extremely unprofessional, ignored my inquiries about when they would actually deliver my items (you do NOT get to pick the date, they just come at whim) and gave me the run around. I paid a significant amount of money for my recliner and couch (the recliner still had tags on it) and I received a claims settlement for $69. That was it. No apology or attempt to repair anything. After nearly 1 month of me WAITING for my items, on top of months waiting for this claim to process, I get $69. This business is an absolute scam. Do NOT use them. They were 24 hours late to pick up and 3 weeks late to drop off. They are completely negligent, their movers were incompetent, ill-prepared and completely messy. They left black smudges of oily mud that had a WORM in it across my hallway! There are PLENTY of other companies willing to waste your time and make money off of you, do not give Simple Moving or any of the many other variations of this company a chance to give you the run around. They completely ruined the first months of my homeowning experience and with this joke of a claim for the items they completely broke, it was just salt in the wound. I cannot stress enough. Please don't use them.

We moved from MN to AZ. Not only did they double the cost of my quote when they arrived, what did arrive at our home in AZ was badly damaged. Broken glass, full length mirror was folded, office furniture completely destroyed. We are still trying to figure out where the rest of our stuff went. Try getting a hold of this place for customer support. Nobody answers and the VM is full. If you want your stuff to arrive safely and in one piece, I would not call this company. I will be contacting the BBB. Not a reputable business.

This company raised the price of the move on us 3 times. Didn’t deliver a jumbo tub of our items and then broke a light fixture in our new home with the first piece of furniture they moved. They broke a 400 dollar frame, broke a French easel, and multiple glass items and scratch and dented the floors and walls of the old house and the new house. They show no honesty for anything. They took weeks to answer or call back and then had a horrible attitude with jasmine who gave no information or idea of Time. They then arrived at 9:00 on a Sunday night and would unload till they had their money. They didn’t. Finish till midnight and asked for a tip after they broke things, complained about how heavy things were and didn’t have our property. This is a horrible company.

My entire experience from start to finish with this company was beyond horrific. It started off by the movers being multiple hours delayed to pick up my items (Arriving at 10 PM to begin the move) and then they didn’t have enough room on the truck to get all my items on it. That required them to come back again the next day. They also introduced an additional charge on pickup that raised my total price of the move by 30%. The delivery was delayed by two weeks, they lost 6 of my items (never to be returned) and misplaced my couch for 4 weeks. Every interaction with someone from the company was rude, disrespectful and bordered on the line of being a joke - it was that unbelievable. After having over 7K in damages and lost items, they offered me $129.00. If I can save you the biggest headache of this year - at ALL cost - do NOT do business with this company.

Highly recommend. The service is really good. John is helpful and nice with good arrangement. The price is pretty fair for the exclusive moving deal we booked them for. The helper for carrying the boxes is punctual and efficient. They finished everything in a short time and were well organized. The table and chair were protected by the wrappings. When unloading the box, the crew was on time and put the things where I wanted. I would like to choose them again for my next moving.

I called Roman Relocation movers as I have heard much hype about their exclusive deal. This deal was a perfect fit for us as my mother is too old to move or pack the cumbersome stuff so I had to choose this deal. Incredibly well-trained movers were on the job. Extremely prompt in responding to any inquiry. Every step of the process was meticulously planned and executed with lightning speed. If we're going to be on the move once more, I'd better get ready. It's safe to say that we called their phone number. It's easy to figure out how much something costs. Very good movers.

Today was a great day for my move! I've arrived at the happiest spot on Earth. It was a pleasure working with them; they were punctual, efficient packers, and delivered my belongings on schedule to my new residence. Because I was too busy at work to relocate, I opted for their exclusive deal in addition to their normal services. This company is worthy of my respect. Melvin, the person who answers my office phone, was pleasant. Movers should have your complete trust.

Everything went as planned for my first time hiring a moving company. When I called Roman Relocation, I received a full confirmation of my appointment, as well as a phone call the day before the move to make sure everything was on track. My husband and I hired them and got their exclusive deal to relocate our house across town since I couldn't do it alone with our young children and an out-of-country spouse and I need their exclusive services. They arrived on schedule and worked tirelessly the entire day with just a few short breaks. Nothing was destroyed or lost during the move because the movers were all kind and informative. If you're looking for a moving company, I definitely recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with the movers, impressed by their exclusive deal Professional movers who know what they're doing are employed by these individuals. I have no doubts about using them again if I ever need to relocate again. When they told me they'd be there between 9 and 9:15 a.m., they arrived at 9:06 a.m. It was great that the main mover, Ben, came up to our flat and went through everything in detail with me, making sure I was clear on everything. Immediately after starting, they began to work! Even though I have a lot of glass, they were very careful with my stuff so I chose their exclusive deal as only professionals could handle that. They could easily milk the minimum of 3 hours that every moving company has by moving slowly to collect additional money from you, but they aren't going to. Only one 15-minute break was taken, and I was not charged for that time. Exceptional customer service and reliability!

There were no issues with the crew's professionalism or politeness. Because my mother is too old to pack and move her own stuff, my family chose exclusive package. However, because the exclusive package included a wide variety of services, it was the greatest value for me. These people never challenged me; the pricing was precisely what was quoted. I'm always worried that firms would try to take advantage of customers by coming up with new ways to charge more. Overall, the team made an excellent choice.

Our 200-mile home/business relocation from MI to WI was handled flawlessly by this organization, which is known for its excellent customer service. They were on time for both pick-up and delivery, just as they said they would be. I decided to go with a exclusive package that included all of the moving services I needed, based on the recommendation. All of the men were polite, on time, and well-versed in their work. It took five hours to pack a Three-bedroom house and company inventory, and three hours to move and unpack it the next day. Furthermore, they were the cheapest and most responsive of all the companies who bid on our project. It's impossible for me to thank them enough.
