Roadway Moving

Roadway Moving made my move completely stress-free. From the first phone call to the final box being unloaded, the team was professional, punctual, and so careful with my belongings. Everything arrived exactly as packed, and they worked quickly while still being thoughtful about where each item should go. Their communication was clear the whole time, which gave me total peace of mind. Honestly, the easiest move I’ve ever had I’d recommend Roadway Moving to anyone looking for a seamless experience

We recently completed a long-distance move with Roadway Moving, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Moving across states with three young kids could have been overwhelming, but Roadway made the process completely stress-free.

From day one, their team showed true professionalism. They carefully wrapped and protected our furniture, packed everything with precision, and disassembled larger items with ease. Every box and piece of furniture was tagged and documented, which gave us peace of mind knowing nothing would be misplaced.

When our belongings arrived, everything was in perfect condition and right on time. The movers went above and beyond by reassembling our furniture, placing items exactly where we needed them, and ensuring we were fully settled before leaving. That level of service made a huge difference in easing the transition into our new home.

We especially want to thank Luis Estevez, whose outstanding customer service and attention to detail set the tone for the entire experience. He checked in regularly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way.

Overall, Roadway Moving turned a typically stressful event into a smooth and seamless journey. We highly recommend them, and especially Luis.

This is my second time moving with Roadway in New York City. We moved from a 2 bedroom into a two bedroom with everything done in under 4 HOURS. And by done, I mean meticulously handled with a side of interior design knowledge. Their four person team was kind, fun, but most of all, they were experts in the art of moving. They packed up my kitchen and didn’t forget one little rubber band. I’ve never looked forward to a move EVER, but I was actually excited for moving day again because of Roadway. I will

Never use another moving company ever again, because no one could ever beat the Roadway Experience!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2300

Honestly, I can’t believe how easy Roadway made our move. I was so stressed leading up to it—I kept thinking about how much stuff we’d accumulated over the last four years (plus all the delicate wedding gifts and my work setup) and I just assumed moving day would be a nightmare.

But the movers showed up and seriously handled everything. They packed so fast but were also super careful with all our fragile things, and somehow made heavy furniture look like it weighed nothing. They were also just really nice, upbeat people, which made such a difference. Instead of feeling overwhelming, it actually felt exciting watching our things get carried into the apartment building I’ve wanted to live in for years.

I never thought I’d describe moving as a good experience, but Roadway completely changed that. If you’re stressed about an upcoming move, I promise they’ll make it so much easier.

Can't recommend Roadway Moving enough for moving in NYC - they made what could’ve been a total nightmare move feel smooth and manageable. I moved on Saturday, July 5th, right after the holiday weekend. The elevator in my new apartment was broken, my dog was stressed out, and I was honestly ready for chaos.

The Roadway team showed up right on time and got straight to work. They packed up my entire 1-bedroom apartment in just 3 hours (nothing broke!) They also took extra care around my anxious dog, which I really appreciated. And not a single complaint about the broken elevator requiring more time to move everything - they just handled it professionally.

I’ve done a few moves and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Huge thank you to the Roadway team for turning a stressful day into something that felt totally under control. Highly highly recommend.

Roadway Moving turned what is usually a stressful process into a smooth, seamless experience.

On the day of the move, the crew arrived on time and handled all of my belongings with care. They were efficient, courteous, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and manageable. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they even helped set things up in the new place.

Huge shoutout to the team lead, Juan, and the entire crew — everyone was so great and genuinely fun to work with. Their positive energy and professionalism made a big difference. I would absolutely recommend Roadway Moving to anyone looking for a dependable, stress-free move.

We’ve moved with Roadway Moving three times, each time with babies or toddlers in tow, and we would never use another moving service again. They are exceptionally thorough, detailed, and organized. From the moment you contact them, the process is seamless and professional. Their operations team immediately walks you through every step, lets you know who will be calling or checking in, and follows up with clear instructions, forms, and dedicated points of contact.

Before moving day, they send helpful reminders and texts to confirm everything is on track. On the day of the move, you receive a live tracking link so you can see exactly where the movers are, an absolute lifesaver when planning around nap schedules and little ones. When the movers arrive, they walk through your home with you to review every room and make note of special instructions. They work incredibly fast - by the time we stepped out to head to our new destination, they were already loading the truck.

During our most recent interstate move, I accidentally left behind my purse and a few packages, and they thoughtfully packed everything up and kept me informed. They even FaceTimed me after they finished to do a final walkthrough and make sure nothing was left behind. At our new home, they were just as communicative and kind. I had a vision for where everything would go, but like many who downsize, I had to make quick pivots and they were incredibly patient, happy to move items between rooms until it felt just right.

No scratches on the walls, no stress, and they even took many of our empty boxes as we unpacked. They asked if we needed anything else before wrapping up. Roadway truly makes moving with kids feel manageable, even easy. We are so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. If you want a team that treats your move with care and precision, Roadway is it.

This is my second move with roadway and they are truly the best of the best. They were here bright and early to get our apartment packed up. You really can sit back and relax because they take care of everything. We opted for a full pack which makes moving as seamless as possible. Their team is top notch - dependable, organized, careful, & they do it all with a smile on their face making moving (which can be one of the top stressors for people) an enjoyable experience.

This was my third move with Roadway, and I can confidently say they're the only moving company I'll ever use. Every single time, they've made what should be a chaotic, exhausting day feel surprisingly calm and seamless.

From the moment they arrive, it's clear you're in good hands. The team is punctual, professional, and incredibly careful with your belongings, even the fragile, irreplaceable stuff. I've trusted them with everything from vintage mirrors to oversized furniture, and they've delivered every item in flawless condition.

What really sets Roadway apart is how stress-free they make the entire process. I've literally been able to work during my moves because they handle everything so efficiently.

If you're moving and want to actually feel taken care of, Roadway is it. Three moves in, and I'm still impressed.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5000

We just used Roadway Movers to move into our new apartment, and they made the whole process so much smoother than we expected. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. They showed up right on time, handled all our furniture and boxes with care, and even navigated some tricky stairs like it was nothing.

What really stood out was how thoughtful they were—they checked in with us throughout the day, made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it, and even helped us feel a little more settled in our new space. Moving can be super stressful, but Roadway honestly made it feel easy.

My partner and I were both really impressed and so grateful for their help. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a moving company that’s reliable, respectful, and genuinely great at what they do.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $3000

Just wanted to share our experience with Roadway Moving because they seriously made our move so much easier. We used them a few years ago when we were moving with a one-year-old and again recently now that we have two toddlers. Both times they packed everything so fast and with care. Four years of our life was boxed up in under two hours. I did some decluttering and organizing beforehand, but they really handled everything else.

What I appreciated most was how professional and calm their team was. Moving with little kids can be chaotic, but they were patient, efficient, and respectful of our space. We actually spent the day playing with our kids while the movers worked.

If you are juggling work, kids, or just want to avoid the stress, I definitely recommend them. One of those services that are completely worth it.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2900

We've used them for cross-country moves, local moves, and even for transporting items into our office—and every time, they’ve exceeded our expectations. What really sets Roadway apart is their communication. From start to finish, their team is incredibly friendly, responsive, and proactive, which makes all the difference during what can be a very stressful process.

The crew is not only professional but genuinely kind and efficient. It’s rare to find a company that delivers consistency and care across every interaction, no matter the size of the move. We’re so grateful to have found them and will absolutely continue to use and recommend them for any future moves.

I recently had the pleasure of moving with Roadway Moving, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Hugo and his team were absolutely fantastic—kind, professional, and beyond efficient.

The pickup was quick and seamless, with the team handling everything with care and precision. Drop-off was just as effortless, and every single box arrived safely and right on schedule. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and the ease they brought to what can often be a chaotic experience.

If you're looking for a moving company that values efficiency, professionalism, and customer care, Roadway Moving is the way to go! Highly recommend!!!
