Most seamless and easy move I've ever had.

The team at Roadway were extremely communicative and easily reachable throughout the process of planning the move, moving and post move. Movers arrived on time on moving day and they taped up the boxes, wrapped all my furniture and art and made moving out of a 6 floor walk up look easy! Everything was so efficient and nothing was damaged in the move which is amazing.

Would definitely recommend Roadway to everyone!

I did a local move within Manhattan with Roadway and the whole process was extremely easy and straightforward. There are a lot of hoops to jump through with moves in Manhattan but Roadway clearly has a lot of experience with that and knew how to handle everything. My movers were highly professional, worked quickly and took care of everything. I hadn't fully packed up my apartment but they hand wrapped and packaged everything neatly, disassembled and then reassembled my bed, arranged my furniture as per what I wanted in the new apartment, and everything was done within a few hours. Highly recommend!

They disassembled and reassembled my furniture so quickly I didn't even realize they had done it. Roadway moving made my recent move a completely smooth experience with their excellent customer service and professionalism. The crew were extremely nice and friendly and they made sure that all of my belongings were carefully handled and transported. I had a few items left out that I was planning on taking and they told me that they would take care of it and pack the leftover items in boxes that they had brought.

Once we arrived at the destination, the crew efficiently unloaded all of the boxes into the appropriate rooms for me instead of leaving all of the boxes in my living room. I LOVE Roadway! I have used them twice. The first time I moved locally in Los Angeles. The second time I moved from Los Angeles to Atlanta, Georgia. They were awesome for my local move and just as perfect for my long distance move!

There are so many things to worry about with a long distance move, but Roadway is not one of them! They are the best moving company. All of my belongings arrived to Atlanta just as I remembered. I recently hired Roadway for a cross-country move. Overall, I was quite pleased with their services. Their professionalism and experience was the most impressive — all of my items were wrapped with care and delivered in perfect condition. They were also very efficient during the move-out and move-in process. My stuff also arrived earlier than estimated, which was a huge bonus.

Pro tip: if you're doing a long-distance move, your timing windows won't be as specific/precise as a short-distance move. You will need to deal with some level of ambiguity, but it is clear Roadway works as efficiently as possible. I look forward to working with Roadway again for a short-distance move.

Roadway have been my go-to movers for years now for all my local moves in California. When I was facing a cross country move to NYC I knew they were the ones I could trust to make the process as painless and efficient as possible. Not only did they treat my belongings with such care and attention, but they delivered it to me SO FAST. The lugged everything up the 2 flights of stairs and even removed all the trash from the pieces that were unwrapped upon delivery. They’re amazing and will always be my first choice for movers both local and long distance!
