Because I was occupied with holiday events and planning, I simply didn't have time to arrange the details of a move. I had the opportunity to grab a new apartment for myself and a family member who wanted to find a more expansive space in a better location. I checked with Real Movers and two others for price quotes. The price and customer service courtesy convinced me that this was the best firm to help me get the move done quickly and efficiently. Every person on the team seemed genuinely interested in making the move happen in the least disruptive way.

When I first received the news of my job transfer to Charlotte,NC from Homestead,FL among my first worries was the fear of choosing a bad moving company.My fiancé has not had the most positive experience with other moving companies in the past (Hidden fees,damaged or missing items,etc) but Real Movers removed this fear completely.From my first phone call the staff was corteous and very open about pricing and fees,and the movers were very careful with all of my fragile belongings and furniture.The work was done quickly and was well worth the price for the quality service.

Couldn't have been happier with how smooth my move went. My most recent move was from Orlando to Raleigh. Moving usually includes stressors and becomes extremely complicated, but with the help of all the employees the move was much easier. Employees were accommodating and I strongly recommend Real Movers and Storage to any other movers in the area. I completely moved into my new home with no struggles because of Real Movers. I have moved a lot over the years with my husband being military and I would have to say this is the best moving company I have ever used. I had to move me house and 3 kids while my husband was away with training. Usually this is no easy task, it's normally a nightmare, but the movers came in and everything was so easy I could have cried. I was very specific with how I wanted things packed and moved and the guys followed it to a T. My white carpets stayed clean in my old house and my beautiful hard wood floors never saw a scratch in my new house. They were super accommodating and respected my rules around my kids. If I ever have to move again I will be calling these guys first.

I was moving with 3 children by myself, and it would have been a nightmare without this company.

They were careful with my fragile items, which was a huge plus for me as I collect glass items. After the move, all my items were in as pristine condition as they were before.

They were respectful with their language around the kids and very fast with their work.

I would definitely move with them again due to their low rate for such a high quality service. Totally recommend this company to anyone -even single moms with 3 very energetic children!

I moved from Florida to Mississippi, and the Real Movers Moving and Storage really helped me stress less about moving. When we were about to move, we became nervous about moving. The Real Movers Moving and Storage company provided excellent service and quality work.
We were very impressed with the efficiency of the company. It was a very fast move, and we would definitely hire them again. It was a bargain for the price of $2200 for the entire move. We highly recommend their services to anyone.

My family and I recently had to relocate with very short notice from Miami to South Carolina. As you can imagine, the thought of moving a houseful of belongings was stressful and something I was not looking forward to, however, I was lucky enough to come across Real Movers Moving and Storage. they were professional, accommodating, quick and inexpensive. The staff were extremely helpful and truly took the time to ensure all of our furniture was safely packed and returned to us without a scratch. They even paid extra attention to our special family heirlooms! Real Movers Moving and Storage exceeded my expectations and will be my first choice for my next move.

Having to move from Florida to Pennsylvania was already tough on my family. Relocating was not in our plans. But with using Real Moving Movers and Storage there was one less worry on our minds. Not only were they very professional, they took care of our belonging as if they were the owners. Struggling with the thought of utilizing a moving company was put to rest once they showed how much they care about doing their jobs. They were very quick and inexpensive as well. If the need ever arises again to move, they will be the only ones we will call.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I obtained 5 quotes for a one bedroom size house move from Orlando, FL, to Houston, TX. Quote was $1650, not cheapest quote either. Was told about company's A rating with BBB, superior service, excellent reviews, great communication with customers, etc. NOT TRUE, ALL LIES. This is nothing but a BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION. They suck you in and then greatly overcharge you, cannot get any answers as to delivery dates/times, no customer service whatsoever. Dispatch called three days prior to pick-up and said the truck would be there between 3-6 pm. The driver showed up at 9 am with no notice of earlier time. Was quoted 300 cu.ft. of space for furniture & boxes and the driver immediately took out papers to revise the quote to 677 cu.ft. This doubled the original quote to over $3000. No way my stuff took up that much space but they knew that we had to get out of house that day and they had us. We had a very specific delivery date needed and they would only guarantee a three day window for delivery. That was a joke. I started calling 5 days before first day of delivery and could never get through to anyone. Emailed, left voicemails, left messages with 24 hr. customer service call center and was NEVER contacted. Flew to Houston on first day of delivery and when checking my email, discovered an email from accounting that I owed $838 more for the 50% deposit and it must be deposited in the company's bank account before my stuff would be released from storage in Miami, FL. This was the very first contact from company requesting more money. I called immediately and amazingly she answered the phone. I am sitting in Houston, TX, thinking my stuff is on a truck on the way and a hold has been put on my stuff in storage until they get more money. I had already paid the 50% of the original quote but since the price doubled had to pay more. VERY FIRST NOTICE OF EXTRA PAYMENT AND HOLD PUT ON MY STUFF. Needless to say, I'm out another $800, no furniture, and no one can tell me if or when I would ever get my things delivered. I'm in Houston and have NOTHING but one suitcase of clothes. Paid the extra money immediately and started trying to get answers from office staff on date of delivery. Called many times a day for 5 days and got a different story each day. Same office staff person always said she would call me back with info and never did. On the fifth day after the promised delivery date, I managed to get the driver's name and number who had my stuff from storage. This was only after threatening legal action. Driver stated that he would be delivering 3 days later but would call 24 hrs. in advance prior to delivery. Finally got my furniture and boxes. This company outsources everything. That is why they quote low to suck you in and then double or triple quote on pick-up. They cannot find anyone to move it for such a low price. BUYER BEWARE! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO ENDURE MASSIVE STRESS AND PAY EXORBITANT FEES.
