Awful.

Underestimated pickup and delivery times. Lack of care for our items (bouncing the dolly down the stairs, dropping boxes, several damages to furniture, many broken dishes). Very poor, aka non-existent customer service. Unsafe feeling dealing with the delivery drivers after we had a payment dispute when the company asked us to pay nearly double their estimate. Unreasonable, unhelpful, unapologetic. I terribly regret using this company.

Lost Item.

Made the mistake of booking with this company. Unfortunately I did not do my research or check for previous complaints with BBB. They failed to deliver a mattress that they picked up during a move and were not able to locate it for over six weeks. They tried to get us to accept someone Else's used mattress to substitute and thought that was reasonable. After 6 weeks of chasing phone calls, emails and not getting our mattress we had to buy a new one. They have refused to acknowledge their responsibility and to date will not provide compensation. Interesting, they seem to have a wide array of mattresses to choose from, so their failure to deliver appears to be a problem not confined to my experience. I found dealing with them to be frustrating, and they could care less about their responsibilities toward customers especially once they have your money. If you value your belongings, do not deal with this company. Do your research when looking for a reliable mover and don't repeat my mistake!

Didn't show up. I flew with my wife to Montreal from Alberta to assist our daughter's packing and clean up of apartment. We had confirmed booking for move on Sept.29th between 8 - 11 am. At 8:11am that morning we received a call that truck had broken down day before and the soonest they could move our daughter's belongings was in 5 days. I asked if any solutions they could provide us and they recommended we hire a moving truck to pick-up and store until they could get there (ironic?). I then called the customer service specialist line, and left a message to call us back please. Without a vehicle, we finally securred a pick-up last minute in Montreal (not as easy as you may think..ha) and moved everything ourselves to a Uhaul facility that impressed us so much, we gave them the business to transfer the belongings to Alberta for us. Upon getting back to work this morning (Oct.1) in Alberta, I still hadn't heard back from Real Canada Wide Moving so I called to ask if I could speak to a manager about our crisis over the weekend. STOP Hiring this company, they are rip off.

I had the worst experience dealing with the Company. Initially I inquired about the quote and when they called me with the quote, I asked them about the bad reviews, I was informed and convinced that they are all fake and they are professionals so I ended up hiring them a month in advance to move from stuff from Edmonton to Ontario. I was told 10-15 business days initially and when they charged me $200 deposit, which was non-refundable as well, and sent me an email the delivery time frame was mentioned 15-20 days. I called them 2 weeks ago about the pick up schedule and time frame for June 25, I was told that they will call me on June 22 due to the weekend.

I called them 4 times on Friday after 1 pm because I did not get a call, I was told that they will call me before the end of their business hrs. I waited all day but there was no call from anyone from their office. Finally, I emailed Gabreila and informed her that I have to leave on June 25th and I didn't get any call for the time frame as I was informed that they will give me time frame for pick ONLY on June 22.

Very Good Service, I like it.

I read some review here, I respect all of them. My experience with this company is really good. Here is my story: I filled up online form and asked quote from Jasper to Edmonton Alberta. I got lots of phone call s and e-mails. I checked many companies and I booked one of them. Basically when I searched, I didn't find any bad review about that company, it looks to good to me. Anyway, they took my deposit. I have 12000 lbs shipment. After I booked, I called them and tried to ask couple questions? Guess what? Nobody answer my phone calls, and it says mail box full. I tried 3 days , no answer, sent them e-mail, no answer. I checked their website, they are in Toronto and basically one of the Toronto company. Even they don't have an office in Alberta. They book, take your deposit, disappear. 2 days before my pick up date, I found local Alberta company Real Canada Wide Moving. I booked with them, they came for pick up Sep.08th at 9.45 am. driver and 2 helpers. Except driver other 2 guys they don't speak good English, but they are hard worker. They packed and loaded truck very fast, and they finished my pick up 6.30 pm. I really got surprise, how they did good job during my pick up. Next…

Items missing, damaged, do not recommend.

These guys were not very professional, the movers were not at all careful with the products during either the loading, storage, or unloading phases. Many of my items were damaged and my floor safe inexplicably didn't make the trip from storage to my new house.

They only have a 10 day window from delivery to get your claims in which is a pretty short when you're moving a family with young kids between cities.

The actual movers were also very tough to communicate with due to large language barriers; I might as well have had them just load everything into my garage as they either ignored or did not understand where I told them to put stuff so I had a tremendous amount of hauling to do after the fact.

Also, the estimates on weight were low-balled and the move ended up costing probably 40% more than we had anticipated (maybe we just have exceptionally heavy possessions).

Overall, not happy, would not use again.

Terrible customer service. The 3 guys who moved me did not speak english. It was extremely frustrating. When I complained to Gabriela C, I was called a racist. It took them 33 days to being my things from Alberta to Ontario. They demanded a certified cheque from TD bank only. TD is not my bank and would not give me one. I talked to a man at the company and he asked for half of the money as an etransfer the day before and the remainder in cash upon delivery. On the day they were supposed to deliver, I was informed it would be the next day, only after I called them wondering where they were. When I asked Gabriella why I was not notified, she said she just found out now herself. They were late delivering due to a flat tire. The only upside to this whole experience was the 2 men who unloaded the truck. They spoke English and were very nice. I have some items that are broken. Now I have to deal again with this company to get reimbursement. I would NEVER recommend this company!

Horrible pickup, damaged goods upon delivery.

This has been the worst experience of my life. From the day they picked up my goods to delivery I have received nothing but horrible service, unprofessional service and now damaged goods. The day of my pick up (April 8) I was told they would arrive b/w 9-1. At 10 I was told the driver was on the way and by 1:30 no one arrived. I called where I was told by the owner that he would cancel my order for being a problem. He then said the driver would be there at 8 pm (which was not during business hours like I was told). Then the drivers showed up, did not have enough materials for my goods and actually asked if I just booked that day (even though I booked March 15). I was originally told it would take 3-5 business days for my stuff to go from Winnipeg to London (even though the site says 10-12 days but was told that was for an across Canada move). On April 15th my stuff had still not arrived. I was told it was in Thunder Bay that day. I called back on the 16th and was told it was STILL in Thunder Bay but may be delivered on the Friday. Friday I was told that it would not be arriving until Monday April 20. On Monday April 20th I was told that while my stuff was in Toronto, I would not…

Look for another company.

Please do not use this company for moving !! I hire the services of this company and I can not rate them worse than 0, otherwise I would. I moved from Montreal to Edmonton, they were going to pick up my boxes on a date we set and I scheduled my trip for the next day. They not only did not arrive on the established day, they did not call or respond. The next day, hours before my trip, they finally answered and told me that I had to set another appointment for the pickup. I had to talk to the new inhabitants of the apartment and ask a friend to be there that day. Because of the inconveniences caused, they said that they were going to give me a discount. They finally collected everything 3 hours after the time they had said. They say that it takes between 10 to 15 working days to deliver things, after 20 business days and several mail and calls they came with my things. Not without first charging me for the service and when I reminded them of the discount they told me they did not know what I was talking about. After fighting them they gave me 25 dollars of discount for all the inconveniences.

Obviously the boxes were battered and in poor condition.
