Before movement, I was quite worried as previous experiences were terrible and unprofessional with other movers. This time my friend referred Karan after his last movement experience, i found him to be very transparent from day one till movement.On movement day he could'nt join but his team came and very quick and professional, finish all movement that includes diassemble and assemble of big items like bed table on time without any concern.Even tried their best to have all stuff in one truck ensuring nothing gets break and i dont need to pay for another trip...Brought their huge truck which made my movement hassle free, I highly recommend Raptors Movers for big movement.

I had an excellent experience with Raptor Movers this past weekend. I received a quote promptly and the communication with staff was great leading up to the move. The movers, Karan and Akash were efficient and they went above and beyond in ensuring our stuff was well protected and delivered with zero issues. Moving during pandemic is not ideal but Raptor team nailed it. Give them a chance and they will make your move trouble-free . They deserve 10/10 for efficiency and professionalism.

Ok so this is a late review mostly because the time I could have spent writing a positive review was taken up getting the rest of our stuff on our own and going back and forth between Milton and Barrie!

I will start off by saying the 3 young men that moved us were very polite and worked hard but all three of them were new! Not one senior person on our move of a 3 bedroom house. My husband communicated with David and someone else came out to our place to review how much stuff we had. Neither were actually there to do our move. We were told $1200 for whatever could fit in a 26ft truck to be at our house 9am Sunday July 4th. We called Saturday to confirm everything was good because we had not heard from them even though we booked a month or more in advance. After many Unanswered calls we finally messaged through WhatsApp so we could see if the message was read. We were then told that both trucks broke down but they were going to do our move but at 2pm Sunday.

We had everything Wrapped and Packed on the lower levels of the house to save some work. Well….2:30pm rolled around and no call from them so we reached out and they said they would be there at 4:45pm. Truck got to our new place at 10pm and finished unloading at midnight. Our house was full of moths and mosquitoes from having the doors open. They moved everything by hand instead of using a Dolly.

My husband was there when they packed the truck at the old house and it was so poorly packed that there were huge gaps of space that could have been used. We ended up extending rental of our storage space and renting a truck to pickup the rest of our stuff because they couldn’t fit it on the truck. This also added two additional trips to and from the city.

I guess when they charge by the truck load they don’t mean full truck. Next time we will definitely be using a larger company instead of supporting small. Very disappointing. My recommendation for your company as someone who has worked in customer service environments for over 25years is Improve your communication with clients, if we knew it would be so inconvenient to move us we could have gotten someone else. Have at least one senior mover on the job to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and make the most use of your truck especially when charging by the truck load. I really hope you take this feedback to heart. You advertise that you take the stress out if moving but having you move us was the most stressful part!

We would like to thank Karan and his team for their excellent service in moving our shipment of very fragile items from the warehouse to our home. They provided these services for us third year in a row! They arrived on time and completed the job very skillfully in a very efficient manner. They were very well coordinated and even took their short rest breaks in a very planned manner that did not affect their speed or rhythm in completing the job. We highly recommend them to deliver excellent service every time.

The team was very professional, very nice and quite efficient! They are fast and really do take care to not damage anything during the move. A really good moving company that I would recommend and they'd be my first choice again for any future moves. tHOWEVER...

Had an issue with my move and even though in the end I still consider them a trustworthy moving company, I'll relate my experience for the sake of a full review and let you decide.

My high end gymn quality elliptical was only partially moved as the support handles were missing when we got to our new place. I thought I could use it but after realizing how unsafe it was without the support I contacted Raptor Movers for a resolution.

Their insurance wouldn't pay as it was not a case of items damaged during transportation. I was therefore left with the option of working directly with the owner.

The first thing I noticed is how profess and courteous he was. I did have to make MULTIPLE phone calls as he somehow rarely ever called back when he said he would (he should really work on this).

We looked at different options such as him sending another machine that turned out to be of lower quality. When I explained this, the owner was receptive and kept working with me to find a solution. In the end, I found an identical elliptical on Facebook marketplace. I sent a picture of the Ad to the owner and he paid the full cost for me to replace the machine.

In the end, we are humans and things can go wrong regardless if you are a small or big company. What alway matters is how a company takes responsibility and resolves any customer issues.

Raptor Movers integrity is what has led me to conclude that they're on of the best out there.

Was it gun having to go for a few weeks without a working machine? NO

In the end, am I satisfied with their service and how they resolved the issue? YOU BET I AM

Would I use this company in the future? THEY'D BE MY FIRST GO TO
