Best of the best!

These movers did an AMAZING job! I had a commercial treadmill in the garage and I phoned more than 8 companies… 2 companies came, saw the treadmill and said no right away. These guys came to see the treadmill and loved it up the stairs like it weighed nothing!!! They did an amazing job! And to add on they did it the same day!!!!! Super impressed!!!! Thank you!

Easy moving

Great Movers, there was one issue

The team was very professional, very nice and quite efficient! They are fast and really do take care to not damage anything during the move. A really good moving company that I would recommend and they'd be my first choice again for any future moves. tHOWEVER...

Had an issue with my move and even though in the end I still consider them a trustworthy moving company, I'll relate my experience for the sake of a full review and let you decide.

My high end gymn quality elliptical was only partially moved as the support handles were missing when we got to our new place. I thought I could use it but after realizing how unsafe it was without the support I contacted Raptor Movers for a resolution.

Their insurance wouldn't pay as it was not a case of items damaged during transportation. I was therefore left with the option of working directly with the owner.

The first thing I noticed is how profess and courteous he was. I did have to make MULTIPLE phone calls as he somehow rarely ever called back when he said he would (he should really work on this).

We looked at different options such as him sending another machine that turned out to be of lower quality. When I explained this, the owner was receptive and kept working with me to find a solution. In the end, I found an identical elliptical on Facebook marketplace. I sent a picture of the Ad to the owner and he paid the full cost for me to replace the machine.

In the end, we are humans and things can go wrong regardless if you are a small or big company. What alway matters is how a company takes responsibility and resolves any customer issues.

Raptor Movers integrity is what has led me to conclude that they're on of the best out there.

Was it gun having to go for a few weeks without a working machine? NO

In the end, am I satisfied with their service and how they resolved the issue? YOU BET I AM

Would I use this company in the future? THEY'D BE MY FIRST GO TO

Highly recommend

I couldnt imagine trying to Move houses without Raptor movers. They totally took all the stress out of moving from one house to the next. We did a double move meaning we had to put our belongings into storage and the team from Raptor movers made this process hassel free. I would use these guys over and over and I highly recommend using their services. Very polite and competitive pricing!

Genuinely Great Workers

I cannot express how polite, organized and hard working the movers were for us. We had some items for the truck, some to be left behind, some in pickup piles - and still the movers followed instructions and made it run so smoothly. The prices are very reasonable, which helped us a lot during a time of mourning (and final costs for our loved one). Communication was always quick and had all of my questions answered. This was our first time hiring a mover, so we were unsure of how it would go. Thank you two the two guys who made it feel effortless. They clearly work very hard and if shows. Absolutely recommend!

Best moving company ever!

We had a brutal experience with our mortgage and as a result, we really needed our trucking company to pull through for us and did they ever! David, Karan and their crew were some of the kindest and most professional individuals ever. I can say for sure if we had hired another moving company we likely would have been left out in the dust or charged an exuberant amount for the predicament we were in - Raptors Movers was nothing but kind and supportive. Fast and Efficient.

Moved from Brampton to Rockwood. The movers took good care of my furniture and both homes and did not stop until the job was complete at 10pm in the evening (we started at 8am). I would recommend Raptor Movers to anyone looking for a moving company with decent prices.

Brampton house move

It was very difficult to find reputable moving company. We searched online as our real estate agent also referred Raptor movers.

We called 1 month before to get flat rate estimate .someone came and gave us good professional advice to save some money and stress as we had some day closing.

On move day the movers updated us that they were running 30 mins late

Came at 2.30 instead of 2 .loaded everything within 2 hours as the company sent 4 people to cover the delay in time.they dis assemble and assemble our furniture as well .No damage or scratches were noticed.all movers were very humble and professional. Thank you for your help Raptor movers.we will definitely recommend them to our family.
