Bad moving experiance.

Moved from Maine to Florida . was told our things would not be moved from one truck to another , wrong , our things were stored in Clifton NJ. then put on another truck after several weeks of storage . the original quote was doubled when truck came . cubic footage was so wrong . they did not add 1 foot by 1 foot by 1 foot to get a cubic foot .( I was charged for 175 cubic feet and only given a space on a small truck 1 foot by 7 foot by 8 foot at the most . in the math I learned in school that is only 56 cubic feet . ) things were opened and resealed , at least 8 large totes were lost , a two draw file cabinet never came with all my military records , awards , work records from the government which I worked for , for 37 years , boxes of dvd's missing , boxes of paid bills lost , all medical records from the military and my life were in the file cabinet that was lost . very poor help from the shippers home office after our move was told our things were being looked for , for over a two months then told to finally just put in a claim , unbelievable terrible experience.

IT CAN ALL BE SO SIMPLE..

For that being my first move, I was very nervous. I would just hear bad stories about using movers, but I had no choice and little time. The moment I booked, I started to receive immediate attention. The pick up went smooth, and so did delivery. It did take a little longer than I expected, but I would rather that instead of paying for a full truck I didn't need. I didn't have a large load so I wanted to be on a truck with other peoples stuff to make it as affordable as possible. in understanding that nothing is perfect, I made sure I had asked the right questions and involved myself as much as possible, to avoid being a bad review. David would always tell me that Perfect Preparation Predicts Perfect Performance! I use that sometimes now hahaha, anyway, A little can go a long way, and you guys deserve credit. Thanks Again!! :)

Good experience overall!

We had three movers to help us combine two apartments into one bigger place. They showed up on time, they were courteous, they worked hard all day, and this company also charged lower rates than other places we called. They also had to move some extremely heavy stuff (like a giant sofa bed) and they were good sports about it.

I was impressed when they showed up early, and thinking all my stuff would not fit in one truck, went back to their shop and brought back two. They were efficient and all of my belongings made it safely to my new place. I'd recommend them to anyone!!

Recommended!

I've moved a lot being in the military and this was by far the best easiest move I've ever done and it is all thanks to this company. They were in and out with no damages! Really professional guys! They were prompt showing up and they just did an all-around fantastic job! Everything went smoothly and we were so happy to move with this company!

They are definitely pros!

All of the movers were polite, worked hard, and were careful. Nothing broken. We didn't bother to get the extra insurance, and I was glad to know that was a good decision for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has too much stuff to move themselves.

So I sent some glassware and cookware to my aunt, who lives throughout the city. I used the company of mover. I was worried that they were all fragile and I want it to be moved without any harm or damage. They ensure that all pieces of vaults and utensils have been wrapped separately for safety.

I highly recommend this company!

We moved our furniture and boxes from our condo into a storage unit. The guys were great - polite, flexible, and worked hard. I wasn't sure everything can fit into the storage unit but they stacked everything nicely. The entire move took 5.5 hours and they made it very easy for us.
