This company was awesome we moved from New York to New Jersey first time moving they made it as easy as possible the staff was great workers were awesome I would definitely recommend them to anyone & will definitely use them in the future.

Great company.

I was overwhelmed with my moving from New Jersey to Los Angeles, the costumer service was great, they packed everything well and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. They arrived one day early them expected but I was able to have everything set up. I truly recommend this company.

Love them!!

Long-distance move from New Jersey to Florida

Great movers, efficient, great service.

I had a pleasant experience with Radius moving company. They were on time, even thoe I had more items then I had told them on the phone initially, the foreman Nate was able to do adjustments on the spot, and I got an overall great price. I would recommend Radius moving to all, the guys wrapped all my furniture, they moved very fast, no scuffs on my walls, and when I received my move, no damages. I'm very satisfied with there services.

No time wasted at all

Soon as they arrived they got to work. Unscrewed my front door to get my love seat out and had it back on the hinges in less than 5 minutes. Even at the better price point, they were very efficient and professional. Surely recommended!

Reliable Movers!

They showed up on time. They were incredibly polite, nice hardworking guys. They moved us out of our house in 3 hours. Everything was packed and handled with extreme care. Nothing was left behind or broken. Price was also fair. It would be our pleasure to work with them again!

Will use them again!

They were careful, quick, nice and polite guys. The guys wrapped my furniture etc. in plastic and/or using moving blankets to cushion everything including my large pictures frames which I didn't pack. I recommend them!

Reasonable movers

The pickup crew was very nice, neat and presentable. They packed up my things really nicely and were a pleasant bunch of guys. I got my items and nothing was broken. Would use this company again and refer to my family and friends. Don't waste time with any other companies, I did my research and these movers is the way to go.

Recommended!

They're not gonna be the cheapest option, but they're among the best. Was very happy with the crew's hustle and diligence, and great customer service on the phones. At the new house, they skillfully put the items in the required rooms and those which were to remain stored they put in the garages, separating them for, required, maybe' and 'required, not likely!

A class movers

The service we received from was very pleasing to us. They were fast, courteous, and helpful. Both my husband and I were tired from packing and the workers were so helpful, helping to get everything on their truck, and making sure that everything was put in the right place in our new home. There was no harm or malfunction, The team of the helped set up the move, quoted us a fair price in advance and afterward, there were no extra charges. The moving workers were very attentive more than they can to fulfill our needs.

They work really very HARD. Crew worked their butts off, was kind, considerate, and gentle with our stuff (and man, was there a lot of stuff). We had to reschedule a few times and never had any issue. Would recommend them.

Thank you for making our moving that much easier

Prompt, professional, no damage. We moved from a storage and a apartment to a condo. Both buildings had to have elevator times scheduled. The movers arrived at the storage place first 5 minutes ahead of schedule and had us completed within 3 hours as agreed. I would use these guys again.

I really appreciate the great service

We hire them when we moved into our first home. These guys are good. They took care of all of out stuff, were quick, and careful. Nothing was even remotely damaged after the move. They somehow were able to fit all of our stuff into one load. They were both nice and went above and beyond, even putting our mattress bags on for us. I would definitely hire them again, and plan on referring all of my friends to them for their moving needs.

My move

I used radius Moving and Storage for my move from Connecticut to Florida this past year. They overcharged me. Would not deliver my items from the road to my condo without a cash payment that was more than quoted. Essentially every item was damaged and my recumbent bike was lost. I'm in the midst of suing them as we speak. Do not use them you will be sorry.

Overall they did a great job

The Radius moving company was quick and efficient. The furniture was not damaged during the move. They helped me put the furniture together thereafter for remaining time. The only knock against them is that they didn't carry good set of tools and only had one set. So while one person used the drill the other person watched. Also, I am starting to notice that they left a few screws lose.

I highly recommend this company

On moving day, the movers showed up on time, were very respectful, and handled my belongings very gently. I had already packed everything into boxes. Watching them move my heavy sofa bed down an outdoor staircase with twists and turns was like watching a coordinated ballet. The movers were also happy to disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed; it was as if my four-poster bed was simply teleported into the new house!

They were careful in packing and handling my belongings. When we arrived at my new place, they asked me where to put everything. They also put all the furniture back together. The owner was great and explained all the expenses. It was actually more reasonable than I initially thought!

DO NOT USE RADIUS MOVING & STORAGE!

ZERO stars! DO NOT use this company! They never delivered our items!!

They are horrible and gave our family the most miserable interstate moving experience.

They were assigned to us right before our scheduled through a moving broker.

Radius did not send enough movers (only TWO movers for a job with 2 different pickup locations, packing and loading). And then only ONE mover scheduled for the 2 different delivery locations!

They were not up front with where our loaded truck was going after pickup (it was supposed to go direct from point A to point B, but they drove it completely out of the way to their NJ warehouse overnight instead before going to our delivery location).

Their truck did not have a functioning seat belt on the driver's side. The driver got into an accident with our truck, flipped the truck, and our items were strewn across the side of the highway. All of our life's belongings were put into a tow yard for MONTHS!

They REFUSED to tell us where the tow yard was located (we literally had no idea where any of our items were for months) and the owner did not respond to any of our calls and requests for updates/information.

We ended up having to pay the tow yard ourselves to release our personal items and organize another interstate move with different movers/trucks so we could finally get our stuff back in October!

Excellent Service. Job Well Done.

Just had the crew at Radius complete my move from Houston TX to Boca Raton Florida. Kudos to James and the entire team. They really delivered on their promises. I was quoted initially at 3800 and finished right on our budget. We had the crew pack everything for us so they showed up first thing in the morning and started working. I was very impressed with the way the guys handled all of the furniture. we took a day and a half to pack everything which was fine by me since everything showed up in one piece. they did 30 days of storage and furniture showed up yesterday so as I am unpacking everything I am writing this review as promised. just wanted to say thank you one more time as this was an extremely stressful move that really couldn’t have gone better.
