Do not use this company to ship your items! They subcontract out to various companies without your knowledge and if you are unlucky enough to get We Care For You from Fort Lauderdale, you may be in for big trouble. I was not present for the move but my 38 year old daughter was. She caught the movers riffling thru things in boxes and going thru items in my garage that had nothing to do with the move. Once he was caught red handed stealing something, the driver threatened to throw my furnture on the side of the road and jumped in the truck leaving some of my furniture behind. They were so lazy that my daughter (5' 100lbs) was carrying boxes onto the truck. Once all of this took place, nobody from Pricing Van Lines will even talk with me. You may think you are saving a few bucks but it is not worth all the holes they put in my walls and other damage that they did to my house. I haven't even seen my furniture yet so God only knows what kind of condition it is in. They don't wrap or cover items like the contract says they will and they add all kinds of fees at the end. Save yourself some heartache and pay more to move and use a reliable company!

Pricing Vanlines did a spectacular job! The most efficient brokerage I have ever dealt with. Being a Dj I have used a moving company over 5 times in my career, and let me tell you something, they not only got the inventory list out of me, not letting me forget anything, but Aubrey also asked me how she can make this move a better experience from the last ones and she stood by me every single step of the way until the delivery was made, and she called me to follow up just now how the delivery went and I am speechless! They should charge more than United Vanlines because I had them move me previously and let me tell you, these guys may have a small name but they go a lot way further with their service. I am super happy and am recommending them to my friend in Chicago who will be moving in August. Thanks Aubrey!

Aubrey was amazing. He provided same day service and responded quickly to my inquire. He dropped everything he was doing to come help. He was extremely friendly and professional. My job didn't require the full hour so he offered to help in other ways to get the full value of what I paid for. Talk about impressive. Most people take the money and run if they finish early! He was patient, caring, and engaging. Within minutes it will feel like a family member came to help out instead of a mover! He went way beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend.

We used Pricing Van Lines to move our 1 bedroom house from Livonia, MI to Santa Clara less than a month ago. As hard as it can be to uproot my entire family and move all of our things in a short period of time, They gave us a peace of mind. The estimator was kind and thorough, our contact people were responsive and knowledgeable and it feels good to know that they were there to help. They packed and unpacked everything, they were able to help us with high end art pieces and I’m happy to say it arrived in the same condition we last saw it. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience with PVL, I enjoyed both of my reps, June & Christina. I originally got the quote from June and Christi finished the job. The guys showed up at the condo about 4:30 pm (30 min late but they called to advise) the had blankets and everything that I needed to get me moving! Very good crew, spoke decent English, didn't ask for tip (of course I gave) not like your average brokerage. Christi was easy to get ahold of on moving day, Mario spoke with guys about the floor lamp that I couldn't disassemble, they got it down the elevator, I did get charged a long cary fee though, but I suppose probably because it was too far to carry from apt to elevator. I wish they could have waived it but I guess the guys won't carry it past 75 feet. Other then that it was an excellent experience, I have moved over 15 times in the past 20 years. This is the first time I needed to make sure they got a review because everything you hear about and all the advice you get from other brokers about PVL is definitely different. I will recommend them to family and friends. They moved me from San Diego Ca to Deer field Beach Fl and shortly I will be moving again & will definitely use them!

I requested quotes from many movers using a meta-search site. William Baggett (Bill) reached out, and I provided him with my inventory for a quote. When I told him it was not in line with out budget or other estimates (it was about 50% higher than the average), he became patronizing and talked down to me in an insulting way. I unsubscribed from PVL communications after that, and my requests were not honored. I responded to the emails stating that I was not interested in working with PVL and would like to be removed from their communications. The email I received was highly unprofessional:
"so I did all that work
and that's what you have to say wow"

Providing estimates is part of the sales process, and to become abusive in tone when rejected is alarming. Do not contact this company if you want a professional experience.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $12000

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys are the epitome of unprofessionalism. They tried to increase my estimate literally 5 minutes after I booked with them. They then subcontracted to a 1 star company who came late and charged $600 more even though we had less volume and we never got an actual weight. They then told us we would get expedited delivery and that never happened. Furniture came late and they brought in a huge trailor which our furniture did not need and told us we needed to pay a ton more for the shuttle or 500 for a long carry. When I called pricing van lines they washed their hands of the whole thing ans started sending me unsolicited texts how about I was not being honest.DO NOT BE FOOLED by their ratings because my experience has been nothing short of horrible.

They are indeed amazing. All the good reviews are absolutely right! They are mind blowing! They move you without any complications or any damages. Their rates are very low and affordable and the guys who come to help are just brilliant. They moved me recently so well! The foreman was very experienced and he guided his guys so well. Not a single damage was found. I was moved so smoothly! This is the first time in my life that a move has gone the way I wanted. Thank you so much Pricing Van Lines. I will always keep you in mind!

I was moving locations which was about 20 miles and I researched three companies. Pricing Van Lines was the most prompt in returning calls and in information follow-up. The crew were good guys and very forthcoming. There was one item broken during the move but they didn’t try to hide it. I had three different guys who apologized. Accidents happen and I'm in the process of getting estimates for that claim but that’s the only transaction I still have pending. Overall, I’m very satisfied. The experience was good and swift.

Pricing Van Lines did a good job and I think they were very reasonably priced. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful, professional, and friendly. They listened and gave us good information. The lady I talked to on the phone all the time was excellent. And the mover was cool and efficient. He packed and unpacked everything nicely and was very easy to relate with. The move took four days and everything was accounted for. I was very happy and impressed with everything.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had been burned by movers a couple years ago and was nervous for this move but optimistic after reading glowing reviews of Pricing Van Lines. The movers that came were PHENOMENAL. They were punctual, professional, fast, and very nice. They ended up clocking in under the time that was estimated! Not a single scratch on any of the furniture, floors or walls either. Next move will 100% be with these folks. Great job, Pricing Van Lines Co—I am grateful for the job well done!

The movers were very polite and took care in moving my belongings. The company was fast and effective at helping me move and took a lot of the anxiety that is normally accompanied with moving out of the equation. Their packaging service saved me so much time as I didn't even have to worry about packaging my many items and I could effectively focus more on other things. My belongings were also neatly organized and nothing was damaged in transit. Pricing Van Lines is a breath of fresh air when it comes to moving!
