Do not deal with this company. They were able to successfully move our things from Regina to Calgary but that's because the driver assigned to us was nice and reliable. But communication with the main office especially with Nick is so bad. He would not answer calls and all his promises were never met.

We paid double with what was agreed upon. There were only two person carrying so we carried stuff by ourselves. I am sure that one can get a better deal with other moving companies.

WE LITERALY WAITED FOR OVER A MONTH FOR OUR STUFF TO GET DELIVERED. WE LIVED IN A HOUSE WITHOUT BEDS AND FURINTURE. Well!!! Unfortunately, I'd highly recommend not to consider this Ridiculous company! Their services are highly absurd that you'd pass half of your life waiting for them to deliver your stuff. And then they'll charge like this is the only task they got in their entire life, and won't be getting any other. Take it from me Brother, you'll get your pathetic, miserable company slammed one day, for sure! Aaah! Such an Abashment you Halfwit!!!

Pegasus Van Lines went well beyond my expectations when I hired them for my moving services. Not only are they affordable but they are dependable. They took extreme care when moving all of my possessions and I was very happy to find that nothing of my personal belongings received any damages during the move. Polite, friendly and dependable service is what you will get when hiring Pegasus Van Lines for all your moving needs. I recommend them to anyone needing a moving service as they were outstanding when I hired them! Very happy customer and will use them again for any future moving needs!

THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY!!. BE VERY CAREFUL

We were moving from Toronto to Tampa and therefore i completed a quote request online. Within 5 minutes i got a call from Nick or Nicholas with my quote, asking when i want to move, etc.

In the beginning when this company wants your business they will call you right away or pickup your phone.

Quote included all fees such as fuel surcharge, border crossing fees, per pound fee, including dissemble furniture. Also i had to pay the final invoice when furniture arrives in Florida.

I then book with them and provide a deposit for $200. Two days before my move date, i am calling them to confirm the time, no answer, i called several times. Then i used another number to call and Nick picked up right away (probably assuming new sale).

The move date: Movers come without any tools to dissemble the furniture, telling me its not part of the move. I then had to call Nick and confirm. Also the movers had dirty shoes and messed up our carpet in bedroom. Overall nice guys but very bad as professional movers.

After Furniture Pick: Our furniture was picked up on Monday, i was informed it would be delivered on Weekend to Florida. Therefore i called Thursday alld ay to confirm if furniture left, no ans. I called Friday finally someone names Steven (sounded like Nick) picked up and said it did not leave due to custom and it will leave next Wednesday.

Next Week: Furniture is delayed, get a call from Accounting, need money before delivery, i said that is not what i was told, get into argument. Had to send E-transfer before they can send apparently. Wednesday comes by i call all day no answer, Thursday i called accounting team, finally some "Manager" comes on phone said furniture did not leave, will leave next week. Claims its now cleared custom, then i started to ask question, 10 minutes later i was told not clear, not sure when it will leave.

Then the "Manager" says come pickup your furniture, while i am in Tampa and the furniture is in Toronto. Finally after hours of argument, they agreed to drop furniture back to my house.

THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY!!. BE VERY CAREFUL

Fast, efficient, careful & courteous. We can gladly recommend them to anyone. Everybody - the office staff, the packers, the loaders and unloaders, and especially our driver, met and exceeded our expectations. They kept to our schedule and they kept to their price. Our furnishings were well packed and well loaded and delivered on time. With Pegasus Van Lines, our journey from Winnipeg to Edmonton can only be characterized as a "Smooth Move." This is a great company and we could not have been more pleased with their service.

International move from US to Canada arranged over a MONTH ago. Confirmed last week everything was on schedule. Day before scheduled pick up, had to call multiple times before we reached anyone. They advised, "oh yeah, by the way, we won't have a driver in time for the scheduled pick up on Friday." Had we not called we wouldn't have known. They asked us to call back Thursday to follow up, which we did, and they said they can't pick up now until late afternoon Friday. Made arrangements to fly down to the US to meet the truck for the initial pick up on Thursday, so not possible to wait until late afternoon Friday as we will no longer be there. They said that's the best they can do. We asked for refund and their response, "THAT'S FINE. WE DON'T NEED YOUR TWO GRAND ANYWAYS." What kind of a company says that?!! Needless to say, very disappointed in their lack of communication, organization, and customer service.

I set my move up with Pegasus Van Lines the phone and they couldn’t have been easier to work with. They were able to quote me quickly and answer all of my questions. They showed up on time and they really sent us the best guys they had. They were professional and easy to talk to. I have moved a lot and this is the first time my experience has been so quick and easy. I honestly feel like I got a great deal because they are worth so much more than what they charged me. I will without a doubt be using them again. If you want my advise, use these guys! if I have to ever move again they will be who I call! They came through for us and I will be forever grateful! I feel like I made a friend!

What reliable, courteous service! Great moving experience, which I had not had in the past with a different company. They called to let me know they were going to be on time that day, and then were on time, and worked quickly and professionally. It was completed in less time than I anticipated, and they helped to make sure the furniture was where I wanted to go before leaving. They were referred to me from someone else who had a good experience and I would definitely refer them to others needing movers.

Pegasus Van Lines is a wonderful moving company. When I was moving from Ottawa to Montreal I was very apprehensive. The customer service agent was very friendly and answered my numerous questions. When the movers arrived at my home they were courteous and very business-like. They immediately began packing my possessions, very carefully I might add. Loading of my belongings was quick and efficient. Once they arrived in Montreal, on time as promised, they unloaded my things and began placing them where I wanted them. This was truly the best experience I have ever had while moving. Highly highly recommend them :) Will definitely use Pegasus when we move next, and you should too.

We had some hiccups with the service elevator schedule but they stayed and helped! They came up with very helpful solutions and were dedicated to finishing the job regardless of the issues that came up and the extra time it took. They were careful with everything and no damages! These guys are extremely professional movers. They make everything much easier and safer. They know what to do and how to make the job ease. They are the right and real movers. I wish I could give them more stars.

Worst experience of my life. They picked my belongings up in Nova Scotia to bring to Ontario. DID NOT drop off at scheduled time. Just didn't show up. Thanks Nick. Dispatch had no idea. Second drop off got Rebooked. Third finally came. And they tried to charge extra for stairs. On top of the 1500 they OVERCHARGED without warning. I slept on my apartment floor for over a week. Customer service(Grace) RUDE. Nick Gallantis RUDE. They refused me a discount after leaving me stranded without anything for over a week. Disgusting company all around

Multiple problems. We are a fami1y that has moved multiple times throughout our lives and are not novices to the moving experience. This is by far the worst experience ever. See multiple issues below. All issues below communicated by phone and email and ignored by Nick, they refuse to give us the owners contact details and basically blanking us on any response for multiple issues.

1. Quoted $3,000 with no furniture, ends up after pickup being told it is $3,900. Requested to see weight of truck prior to loading and after loading and still have not seen it.

2. Told they would pick up between 9-11am on Sep 3rd. I waited and waited no one showed, no one called. At 10:55 we had contacted them and seemingly unaware of our move date then told us the truck got stuck in North Bay the night before - no communication then. Just left us hanging. They rearranged to pick up the next Monday meaning I needed a friend to handle the move for us as I was leaving to start new job in new city. No apology, no compensation.

3. Picked up on Sunday, not Monday as agreed, at further inconvenience to my friend who had offered to help on Monday.

4. Two guys showed up, one who was old and couldn't/didn't lift much so it apparently took 3hours even though we were mostly just boxes as we did not move any furniture (beds, tables, couches)

5. Delivery had been agreed to Oct 4th as move in was 3rd and on returning from vacation in Europe on Oct 3rd we called to make sure all was well as we had heard nothing and told our items were all in Toronto and they would not release anything until they got a picture of payment by bankers draft. This was the first time they communicated this to us. Previously told payment was due on delivery. Told the earliest we could get our items was between Oct 14-17th

6. So family of 6 now without bedding, clothes etc - had to purchase new to survive. No offer of compensation and Nick now not returning emails or calls and leaving it to Grace.

7. Sent copy of bankers draft with account details blacked out on Oct 5th.

8. On 14th Oct we called again and were told our items left on 12th October from Toronto and it would be another 4-5 days. So not between 14-17th as rearranged. Seriously unprofessional and uncaring.

No communication from them on the multiple issues. Always us calling them and finding out. Dont trust their quotes, or their weights. They have offered no apology or compensation for the incredible inconvenience to me, my friend, our family or for the lack of our belongings and the subsequent purchase of new belongings owing to them not delivering as promised.

Am taking this further to media and will be following up with various organizations to make sure others are not treated the same as we have been.

Am so very disappointed by lack of service, lack of quality customer care, lack of respect.

We recently used Pegasus Van Lines for our move from Magog QC to Ottawa ON and were treated with exceptional service. First of all their rates are reasonably priced and the movers were highly professional and handled our stuff with care. They completed the move faster than we expected and were really courteous of our needs. They didn't drop or break a single item and we were very impressed with the service. Overall, this company is the best fit if you're looking to move under a budget.

I called to get a quote and I was told that to send my stuff from Moncton, NB to Calgary, AB would take 2 weeks. I was a little surprised as our previous move (with another company) took like a month. Nick assured me that it was way too long and they could do it in 2 WEEKS. GREAT!!!

First REDFLAG!! The pick up was scheduled for September 13th. I called on September 13th to make sure they were still coming and at that time was told they could only come the next day (they were running behind). The next day (now the 14th) they call me again to say they made a mistake and they will pick up on the 15th. I AGAIN get a call on the 15th to tell me they would come on the 16th. I had asked for an afternoon pick up so I didn't have to miss work. Well, because it got delayed so much I ended up having to take time off work anyway!!

Second REDFLAG! After a little shy of 2 weeks later, I call Pegasus to get an update on my delivery to make sure that my stuff will arrive on time. The lady informs me that my stuff isn't even in Ontario yet that they "got stuck" in Hurricane Fiona and that my stuff isnt even in Ontario yet. Please note that Hurricane Fiona happened a WHOLE WEEK AFTER they picked up my stuff. Finally on October 5th I get my invoice which means my stuff is now in Ontario and I was told my stuff would arrive in 5-10days. YAYYY, I thought to myself. Not much longer of sleeping on air mattresses and having no furniture... oh boy was I wrong!!!

On Tuesday October 18th I give them a call to get an update as now we're passed the 10 days and I'm thinking my stuff should be delivered by the end of the week. They inform me that my stuff is on its way and that it will be here over the weekend (October 22nd/23rd). I call again on Friday to make sure it still happening over the weekend and so I can pay them. Lo and behold, now my stuff is only going to get here Monday or Tuesday (so they say). It's now been 5 WEEKS and I still have not gotten my stuff!! I am frustrated and fed up with this company, it's been lie after lie and I WOULD NOT recommend to use them for your next move.

I also want to mention that when I asked the lady why I was told 2 weeks and now it's been 5 weeks she stated that the gentleman who quoted me didn't know. I told her if he didn't know why is he giving those deadlines? Her response was "well it's 1 week to get to Ontario and then 1 week to get to Alberta". That's funny because apparently they got stuck in Hurricane Fiona 1 week AFTER pick up. Shouldn't my stuff have been in Ontario by then? I'm telling you this company is just a bunch of LIES!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!
