Great Service

The staff was friendly, polite, and helped with scheduling. The movers arrived on time and got straight to work. Everything was explained clearly, so there were no surprises with costs. They took extra care with fragile items, ensuring nothing was damaged. Very happy with their service and will definitely use them again!

Moving Fraud

Beaware, they give low quote to get you in and then they will keep changing moving dates and even insult you, they will not pick up your stuff if there is no space in truck. the truck will be shared with many others, they will not move your stuff if you do not have a dedicated elevator to the movers in your apartment. fake reviews online. They will treat you as soccer ball and keep directing you to contact truck driver until their office closes. the truck driver will never pick up phone. and will return your call only after the head office closes. The truck driver is hired by pegasus and do not work for them. Don't go by pictures and beautiful website

Awful Moving Company

Move it web site and app was easy to use. Many companies contacted me with a quote. I choice a company from the quotes I received. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It was the worst experience. We were not fully informed on the move and what was going to happen. We assumed they were coming to pick up our stuff and load it in a truck and drive it to our new location. This was not the case. Our stuff was picked up and loading in a truck and then loaded into a shipping container and sent by train. We were not told this and the quote turned into tripe the price to receive out stuff. A date was not told to us either. We called the owner several time with no response. I had to tell the owner I was going to report our stuff stolen if there was no response that day. We were told 3 separate dates that our stuff was going to arrived. Took 3 weeks. When we were told in the beginning it would only take a week. We had to take time off work 3 separate times with lost wages. Very unprofessional and un-organized company. Several things were damaged as well.

Definitely do not use Pegasus Van Lines you will get ripped off and have your things damaged and will be changed 3x the quote.

Unreliable

Stay away from those con artists, they are two weeks past delivery dates and they keep changing the dates. Now another two weeks, take them almost a month to drive from On to AB.... takes them 2 weeks to drive from Sk to AB. They refuse to provide a delivery date, it will be between Monday and Friday. My family have been sleeping on the floor for three weeks now and they don't care. I would avoid this company at all cost.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Pegasus “lost” my two most expensive items. We sent them an email and set up a claim and have since sent over 10 emails/calls with no response. I Only got through to then once over the phone, they put me on hold, and then hung up on me. We were told it was door to door 5 business days then as soon as they picked our stuff up they changed it to three weeks. We paid for delivery to door service in Vancouver and when they arrived they wanted an extra $300 to do this so I had to unload everything myself. It’s funny how when they need something from me they don’t leave me alone, yet when they steal my items, shocker, they are nowhere to be found.

Worst service for long distance move

This company took all my boxes on June 20th(Vancouver) and I was told that all my boxes will be arriving on July 2nd (Montreal), we're July 9th and I still have nothing. They will send you an invoice to pay in advance and I would suggest "NOT TO PAY" until you get all your stuff. They don't care about being on time or answering your questions. They won't reply to your emails or answer your calls. The service is the worse and this company will never help you find any answers.

I had experience a lot of headaches, bad promises and disrespect by “Nick” who is the supervisor or owner over there! He hung up my phone calls when I was tracking my package and looking for an answer regarding the delay!

these jokers booked their move last minute and we moved them from Edmonton, AB on june 17th to Toronto and delivered them on july 7th , and they paid $960.00 for this inter-provincial move , they started calling the next day after their pick up and called everyday until it arrived , demanding non stop ! harassed us everyday ! we were super patient , after we delivered yesterday first thing they did to put a negative review!
its unfortunately impossible to satisfy every customer and impossible to find out about their character until we deal with them , one of the worst customer we had to service for !

I advice never use Pegasus van line’s as your mover please, one-off the most worst mover’s I came across. Mr. Nick Is very polite and humble till the time you give him business, the moment he gets his money and his amount is paid he does not even bother to take your phone call, my shipment reached Calgary exactly after a month. I was told that they dismantle the furniture and reassemble at reaching the destination, but sorry to let you know they left all my boxes in the garage and didn’t reassemble my furniture. They also cheat in weight, my weight would have been 4000lbs. These people charge me for 5700lbs and did not give any paper work for the weight. I recommend my friend to them and he is also facing the same problem, he was told that his shipment will reach within five days , but till today he has not received his shipment, it is almost two weeks now. I don’t recommend this mover to anyone in Canada just boycott them.I think they are not even capable of one star.

Lost several items, stopped returning calls

Pegasus was decent enough during my move. They showed up to my apartment 4 hours late to pick up the items... fine. They were a week late delivering my items... ok. But then a few items showed up damaged or didn't show up at all. I am still calling a month later to try to file a claim. Sometimes I get Pegasus on the phone and they ask me to hold before hanging up on me. Sometimes they just don't pick up. A might change from when they were trying to win my business. Don't be fooled.

Very unresponsive. I was supposed to get my belongings 10 days ago, and they postponed three times. They ensured that the shipment will be delivered today, but still no news and they just don't pick up the phone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

As of the writing of this review my stuff is ten days late. Moved from Ontario to Alberta and am now sitting in an empty house. Picking up my stuff was great, timely, professional, efficient. Nothing positive since. Customer service will no longer talk to me, always put on hold and then hung up on. Sometimes hung up on immediately. When he would talk to me there were a million excuses. If there is a legitimate reason, tell me, I can work with honesty, I’m a reasonable person. Open communication goes a long way in customer service! Oh, and lose the arrogant attitude Nick.

Long distance move from Ontario to Manitoba

We moved from Ontario to Manitoba. First were told truck would arrive on Friday the 15 of July waited all day then driver called and said was too busy. Talked to Nick on the phone set up another date. Truck showed up with two people had lots of stuff so we had to help. When the truck made it to our new home boxes were all upside down, and new totes purchased for the moved were ruined we did'nt complain about that though! the main complaint is that we purchased a brand new bed in the box as we were starting fresh and got rid of old bed and had been sleeping on the air beds for 2 weeks prior to the move. The the $1100 brand new bed was not in the truck!! We called and text Pegasus and to this day have not heard back from them at all. they would not unload until I gave their check, but they don't care that were still sleeping air beds!! I'm sure someone in the warehouse needed a new bed. Not very business like at all.

Movers BEWARE

Scheduled a move for 10 am. No one showed up. Nick did not answer my texts or calls. I was in an apartment and ended up having to rent a Uhaul myself (luckily one was available). At 5 pm the day of my move they emailed me saying my move was cancelled because the truck was in the shop... I did get my deposit back but this caused me a lot of stress. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Seems like a scam!
