      Still waiting for my delivery

      I got bamboozled, when I first made contact with Pegasus Vanlines, everything went well, the customer service was great, and I was told everything that I wanted to hear. I was told it was going to take two weeks to get my items delivered, no problem, I was told I only had to pay the deposit on booking, and then the balance in delivery, great. The movers that came to pick up my items were great, they were friendly, respectful, they handled my items with care, they labelled everything and packed everything neatly in their truck, that was the end of the great service. The very next morning I received an email with their invoice attached, I thought that they were just letting me know how much my move was going to cost now that they had weighed my items, mind you the invoice was for $970 more than my original quote, I didn't have the means to weigh my items myself, so I had to go off of what they said, no problem. About 20 minutes after I received the invoice, someone from "accounting" called to find out how I would like to pay my invoice since I needed to pay before they shipped my items, I told them that is not what I was told when I booked the service, they told me that the…

      Worth Every Penny

      Professional and courteous!

      Professional Team

      These movers recently relocated my wife and me from Kingston, ON to Montreal, QC. The team was fast, friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They disassembled some of our larger furniture with ease, things I would have spent hours on looked like child’s play to them!       Local Move

      First I hired another moving company that was running super late and didn’t care to call me, I messaged Pegasus and Nick answered, he was able to assist my last minute booking to help me move on a Thursday evening. The team of 2 showed up on time and worked well as a team, which made the move so much more pleasant. Very professional and hard working! Will never use another mover in Toronto.

      Great Service from Start to Finish

      The final price was a bit higher than I expected, but I understand it was due to the heavy items involved. Even so, my experience with this company was entirely positive. Every employee I interacted with was polite, responsible, and focused on doing the job right. All of my belongings were carefully wrapped, loaded, and unloaded without a single issue. There were no delays or slowdowns throughout the entire move. Overall, I’m very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.

      No Complaints!

      This was truly an amazing experience! We moved locally in London from a 3-bedroom house to another 3-bedroom house. From start to finish, the entire process was stress-free with no hidden costs. The team showed up on time, the paperwork was simple, and they were both professional and friendly. They handled all our items with extra care, and the final price was very fair. I have absolutely no complaints, everything with the Pegasus team was fully positive!

      Very Unprofessional

      Booking Pegasus and arrival of truck was great. Waiting for our furniture was where it started. They initially told us 7-10 days. It was 28 days. When the truck arrived he asked me to show him our apartment. After seeing he talks to partner in language I didn’t understand and then he says “Because of the long hallway and elevator we have to charge another $250.”I said you’re two and a half weeks late and you want me to pay more plus we have a cashiers check in the remainder of what we owe. He said “sorry ma’am”. He then said “ How do u want to pay”. They wouldn’t unload till I paid an extra $250. After all was unloaded I noticed that they had ruined a desk. So I said to him what about the desk. All he said was “sorry ma’am. Unbelievable. Just a few days into them picking up our furniture we kept getting called to pay the remainder of our balance even thou the initial salesman said $200 down and remainder on arrival of your furniture. We called Pegasus numerous times to have a manager call us back so we could discuss the late truck. No one ever returned our call. If your wanting to book a truck oh they will call you immediately!

      Highly unreliable

      My experience was extremely poor. Despite their initial active outreach and eagerness to sell their service, once they received the deposit, their communication ceased. They only responded two weeks later when I requested a refund of my $200 deposit, which they were reluctant to return. Regrettably, I was unaware of these negative reviews before submitting the deposit.

      Van still has not arrive 3 weeks later

      We started this journey with a guy named Nicklis. He contacted us after we inquired about having our late fathers things shipped from Ontario to Saskatchewan. He gave us a price that was compatible with most of the other moving companies we reached out to butNicklis was friendly and promised they would load the things on the Thursday, January 4th, 2024 and leave for Saskatchewan, January 5th 2024. Our things would arrive the following Friday, January 12th, 2024.

      Friday comes and NO moving van arrives ,NO phone call they where NOT coming, NO email they weren't coming.

      I emailed Nicklis but he DOES NOT return my several emails. So, I email the Accountant and she emails me back saying " sorry they didn't have a container available to ship our things".

      A COMPANY THIS BIG DOES NOT KNOW WHEN THEY HAVE A CONTAINER AVAILABLE??

      IT TAKES 3 DAYS FROM ONTARIO TO SASKATCHEWAN, WE HAVE MADE THE TRIP SEVERAL TIMES.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. If I could rate them no stars I would. HORRIBLE MOVERS. We moved from Ontario to New Brunswick. They came to get our stuff and charged us double what we were quoted, told us to pay or find someone else the night before we had to leave Ontario. We waited 2 weeks for our belongings and when we called to ask for a date they would arrive the owner , Nick, asked my mom what the F was wrong with her and continued to tell her to F off when she asked questions about our stuff. When they finally did show up they told us it would be an extra $300 to move our stuff from the truck into the house or they would just leave it all on our front lawn. We had heavy furniture and antiques as well as a fridge so me moving it in on my own was not going to happen. I have yet to go through everything but I am missing over $200 worth of gel nail polish so far and we have one box that had something break and leak in. All in all this has been a horrendous experience and this company is extremely unprofessional.

Nick is a liar, all the Customers service are very rude and are al lairs. It’s been almost a month any things has not been received yet, they will insult you when you complain.

I don’t know how they still exist. I have been without bed and cloths for a month.

I planned to go to their work place so show them how angry I am. After a second thought I have spoken to my lawyer and also reported to the police that my goods have been stolen by Pegasus.

They don’t have a single sensible person in the company.

From Nick to all the Customers service personnels are all stupid and fools.

Don’t use them. They are fraudsters.

You get a price for the type of service you get

The booking service was easy and efficient. Once you booked it and you are waiting for you delivery they stop offering efficient customer service. They were not replying to my phone number, so I had to borrow other people phone to get an answer.The staff becomes suddenly rude and inefficient...I thought it was okay since they were cheaper, as long as I got my stuff on time...

Then, we weighted everything before we sent it on the truck, they didnt provide a proof for the empty truck weight (like it was discussed on the phone) prior. I had estimated and weight my boxes foratota around 1300Pounds and they added another 580pounds - They said if I wanted to reweight it was 300$ and if the difference was less than 300 if was non-refundable. It is a little clause on the paper theywill give you only once they packed everything. They then delayed my delivery 2 weeks later just because I ask for the empty truck proof - without telling me they will hold on to my boxes.

The packing and unpacking service was good tho, and nothing was missing. If youre not in a hurry, and youre willing to pay about 30%of the weight you really have. Youll get your stuff.
