Nice crew

I liked how the foreman explained each step of the process. It helped me feel at ease. Unloading took longer than loading, which cost them a star. Still, everything made it safely into my new place. Good job guys!!

Suddenly the stressful day shifted when NXT Level Moving took charge with complete confidence and structure. They protected every corner before lifting anything large. Even fragile boxes were cushioned perfectly for the ride. They followed my directions without frustration or questions. Everything was set up to perfection in the new home. Horrible Company

NXT Level Moving has the SAME OWNERS as WE MOVE ANYWHERE and ONE SOURCE VAN LINES. Andrew Petrozzo and Dirk Perdrix are the owners. I thought I was speaking with two different companies but really they are one in the same.

My advice is get a lawyer, you will need one when you're done with this business. This was the worst experience I have had in my 34 years of business and moves. Put down a $1650 deposit. packed myself and had more boxes than I thought so I called Mark (salesperson) and he said no problem, just provide another $400 deposit. I paid of course. Terms were 1/2 @pick up, 1/2 drop off. This is when it gets bad.. 1st red flag. Pick up was scheduled for 11/8 and occurred on 11/11 and I had to pay 1/2 up front which should have been $1321 according to our contract. 2nd red flag. Mark specifically told me that it would be his movers coming. It was a different moving company that came days late. Mark lied to me and his company is just a broker.

I expected drop off between 11/18-11/24. I drove to the receiving location and a rented hotel. Stayed in hotel for 2 weeks and nothing. I called them but they kept saying they were on the way. I couldn't afford the hotel any longer so I moved into an empty apartment and incurred additional expenses due to no pots/pans, plates to cook with or living supplies. Called multiple times to NXT Level Moving getting the runaround from "customer service" if they even answered when I called. Their response to my question of "where is my furniture?" was "By law we have 21 days to deliver" was repeated to me with an attitude. Days passed by continuing to get the runaround, asking to speak with the manager (never in the office), put on hold for long periods of time, put on hold and then hung up on. Spoke with supervisor Bonnie and got the same run around. Promised to call me back on 2 occasions and never did. BTW their 21 days are not the days you and I would count days. Exclude the pick up day, holidays and weekends. Furniture finally arrived on 12/10. Yes you read that right - OVER 1 MONTH without furniture. To top it off they delivered on a weekend Sunday. They pressured me to get a money order for the final payment - $1,822. How can I get a money order on Sunday?? So with the 2 payments totaling $3145 +"deposits" totaling $1650 for a grand total of $4745 up from an initial quote of $2700. I have contacted a lawyer to see what my options are for a lawsuit. My advice - DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. I will post my review here, at the better business bureau, on Angie's list and the federal motor safety department. This is a craigslist quality movers with gucci pricing. GTFO

My Moving Nightmare

We signed a contract, but then it all changed when they arrived. Listen to this, they told us we packed our boxes incorrectly and the movers then charged us to take items out of our neatly packed boxes and put them into their boxes. That was an extra 1500 alone. We waited patiently for our shipment to arrive only to have family heirlooms broken, furniture broken, boxes clearly marked FRAGILE were crushed. Some boxes even looked like they were gone through. They kept/lost several items. You can't make this up. It's complete incompetence.

Oh yeah, and Nxt Level Moving charged us MORE AGAIN when they delivered because they had to walk a little further than 10 feet to the garage. They refused to take items upstairs.. The delivery guys may have been on drugs. We are beyond disgusted at the way our possessions were treated. We are furious that we actually had to pay at least 35% more than the original quoted price for the privilege of having our belongings ruined. When questioned about making a claim, we were told the damage was our fault. Do Not Use this company. Run! After they get your deposit, it's over.

Really smooth experience

Packing day exposed how much more we had than expected, and things felt overwhelming early on. The crew broke the workload into manageable steps and adjusted their approach on the fly. Each item was secured with care, even as space became tight. Questions were answered clearly and decisions were explained before moving forward. The pace stayed steady without feeling rushed. Their ability to adapt made the entire experience surprisingly smooth.

Watching them handle my massive bookcase was something else. They strategized before lifting and worked as a seamless unit. I was AMAZED at how they made it look easy! Not a scratch anywhere. Worth every cent!

I’ve worked with moving companies before, but this was DIFFERENT. They treated my belongings like their own, and it showed. Not a single item was tossed around or stacked carelessly. Everything was wrapped tight, labeled, and handled with care. They moved FAST without feeling rushed. Can’t recommend them enough!
