MIND-BLOWING

Long day ahead, but they kept the mood easy. Soft conversations between tasks, lots of head nods and signals. They’d worked together before, clearly. Made it easy to trust the process. And at the end, everything was in one piece.

Excellent Service

Antique furniture, artwork, and heirlooms were all given extra padding. They asked questions and treated the pieces like gold. NO WONDER they’ve got such good reviews. Even helped secure fragile boxes in the truck. Nothing jostled during the drive. Impressed from start to finish.

Efficiency and Friendliness

Moving day turned into a surprisingly fun experience. Everyone on the team was upbeat and respectful. They worked like a well-oiled machine. Not a single item was overlooked or mistreated. I didn’t think efficiency and friendliness could go hand in hand. But they proved it’s possible! Truly a standout experience from start to finish.

Stress-free move

I hired NXT Level Moving for a quick local move, and they made it stress-free. The crew worked together seamlessly, with good communication between them. They kept things organized and handled fragile items with precision. The timing was close to perfect, just slightly extended. Everything arrived in great shape. I’d happily recommend them — four stars.

Excellent job

The whole energy shifted once NXT Level Moving took over and kept things moving like a well-run operation. They coordinated with each other instead of constantly asking me, which saved time. Every path was cleared before carrying anything heavy. They wrapped door frames, corners, and stairs to avoid scuffs. Unloading was just as smooth as loading. The new house felt set up before I even realized it.

A secure four-star performance

The movers showed concern for both belongings and property, taking time to prep corners and floors. Coordination among the team felt natural, making the process smooth. A short delay during tool retrieval slowed things down slightly, but quality stayed intact. All items were delivered undamaged and positioned logically. Pricing remained transparent. A secure four-star performance.

Horrible Company

NXT Level Moving has the SAME OWNERS as WE MOVE ANYWHERE and ONE SOURCE VAN LINES. Andrew Petrozzo and Dirk Perdrix are the owners. I thought I was speaking with two different companies but really they are one in the same.

My advice is get a lawyer, you will need one when you're done with this business. This was the worst experience I have had in my 34 years of business and moves. Put down a $1650 deposit. packed myself and had more boxes than I thought so I called Mark (salesperson) and he said no problem, just provide another $400 deposit. I paid of course. Terms were 1/2 @pick up, 1/2 drop off. This is when it gets bad.. 1st red flag. Pick up was scheduled for 11/8 and occurred on 11/11 and I had to pay 1/2 up front which should have been $1321 according to our contract. 2nd red flag. Mark specifically told me that it would be his movers coming. It was a different moving company that came days late. Mark lied to me and his company is just a broker.

I expected drop off between 11/18-11/24. I drove to the receiving location and a rented hotel. Stayed in hotel for 2 weeks and nothing. I called them but they kept saying they were on the way. I couldn't afford the hotel any longer so I moved into an empty apartment and incurred additional expenses due to no pots/pans, plates to cook with or living supplies. Called multiple times to NXT Level Moving getting the runaround from "customer service" if they even answered when I called. Their response to my question of "where is my furniture?" was "By law we have 21 days to deliver" was repeated to me with an attitude. Days passed by continuing to get the runaround, asking to speak with the manager (never in the office), put on hold for long periods of time, put on hold and then hung up on. Spoke with supervisor Bonnie and got the same run around. Promised to call me back on 2 occasions and never did. BTW their 21 days are not the days you and I would count days. Exclude the pick up day, holidays and weekends. Furniture finally arrived on 12/10. Yes you read that right - OVER 1 MONTH without furniture. To top it off they delivered on a weekend Sunday. They pressured me to get a money order for the final payment - $1,822. How can I get a money order on Sunday?? So with the 2 payments totaling $3145 +"deposits" totaling $1650 for a grand total of $4745 up from an initial quote of $2700. I have contacted a lawyer to see what my options are for a lawsuit. My advice - DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. I will post my review here, at the better business bureau, on Angie's list and the federal motor safety department. This is a craigslist quality movers with gucci pricing. GTFO

My Moving Nightmare

We signed a contract, but then it all changed when they arrived. Listen to this, they told us we packed our boxes incorrectly and the movers then charged us to take items out of our neatly packed boxes and put them into their boxes. That was an extra 1500 alone. We waited patiently for our shipment to arrive only to have family heirlooms broken, furniture broken, boxes clearly marked FRAGILE were crushed. Some boxes even looked like they were gone through. They kept/lost several items. You can't make this up. It's complete incompetence.

Oh yeah, and Nxt Level Moving charged us MORE AGAIN when they delivered because they had to walk a little further than 10 feet to the garage. They refused to take items upstairs.. The delivery guys may have been on drugs. We are beyond disgusted at the way our possessions were treated. We are furious that we actually had to pay at least 35% more than the original quoted price for the privilege of having our belongings ruined. When questioned about making a claim, we were told the damage was our fault. Do Not Use this company. Run! After they get your deposit, it's over.

Really smooth experience

Packing day exposed how much more we had than expected, and things felt overwhelming early on. The crew broke the workload into manageable steps and adjusted their approach on the fly. Each item was secured with care, even as space became tight. Questions were answered clearly and decisions were explained before moving forward. The pace stayed steady without feeling rushed. Their ability to adapt made the entire experience surprisingly smooth.

Mover Beware!

Spoke to John on phone for 30 minutes. We went over the inventory in my 10x10 storage and he quoted me a price based on a 10 x 12 unit to be accurate ,plus how many boxes I had. About 3 days before scheduled pickup a get a call from Mike wanting to confirm my inventory. After speaking with him for a few minutes he insisted that it would be more than double and John didn’t know what he was talking about and he has been in this business for 20 years blah blah. He continued to tell me they could not pick up on my scheduled date because a truck broke down, but for $250.00 more he can send a truck on the scheduled day.

I called customer service and ended up getting transferred right back to Mike the manager.

I can’t get a refund because it was weeks past the 3 days for a refund plus they want a debit card (much harder to get a refund)

If Mike is not confident in John’s quotes he should call back the next day not 2 weeks later to confirm my inventory. Not to mention he is very rude!

I took my deposit loss of almost $1,000.00 and refuse to give this company any more of my $$$

Beware your quote will probably double

Glad to use them!

Unfortunately, I forgot to defrost my freezer prior to the move. I only noticed when water began dripping on the floor; I felt embarrassed, and I was frantically searching for something to mop with. However, the movers did not make a fuss. One of them retrieved a garbage bag, while another tilted the fridge slightly – it was handled almost casually. I watched, amazed at how quickly the mess disappeared.

Worst Ever

Worst experience ever! The sales person was so eager to take our money after we put a down payment on my move have not heard from him since. I was in touch with customer service weekly asking about arrival dates..when my items arrived a lamp and table were broken and a chair missing entirely. Most of my items did make it however the lack of care; from higher up sucks. Was asked to put in a formal request about my items broken and missing I provided images and it’s been a month; still gave not heard anything from them! Went to call customer service was on hold forever called dispatch customer service no answer!
