Excellent moving experience! This company is amazing!!!! I have moved cross country multiple times and have used this company twice. Both experiences were by far superior to others. They were honest and upfront about all charges. They offered the best prices. They were very thorough, prompt, and efficient; they handled my things with care and professional. The staff in both offices was very professional, kind, friendly, honest and efficient. I highly recommend this company. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

These people will do anything to get a buck from you and I know firsthand. I was told by Kyle that they would deliver on a specific date. I even called back TWICE to reconfirm.

We needed a specific COI and Nationwide farmed out the move to them. I called to get the COI changed and spoke with their operations people. They told me that there are no specific dates for delivery. They could take weeks to deliver. I called back to Nationwide and again I was lied to. To top all this off the company they farmed me out to had horrible review and a nasty DOT records.

Shortly after the call I sent in my cancelation. I received a call from the sales manager begging for me to not cancel. He said give me 30 minutes to fix this. I said go ahead ... an HOUR later he calls back with a fix. He was now going to put us with the world's best mover. They actually moved Steve Wynn from Nevada to Florida! I took the information and told him I would get back to him. I did my research and i sent in a second confirmation of my cancelation and I asked for a full refund due to the lies this company told me.

NO REFUND was ever made.

Today I received a call from a moving company saying they are picking up tomorrow. I asked who they were and was told xyz moving (not the same company the sales manager advised he was going to put us with - again another lie to keep our money). So I told them we canceled. About an hour later Nationwide calls me to "clear up the confusion". I was not happy at this point and told her I canceled weeks ago. She told me I am still on the book for a move. I was then told to send in my cancelation notice. I was so so upset about this and I explained to her I canceled in the first 48 hours and I spoke with Kyle and the sales manager. She said she would look into and speak with someone in billing for a refund.

I received an email saying they will keep 4% of the deposit. I reached back out and they replied that this was part of the contract I signed. I asked about the verbal delivery schedule that I was provided? I went over the lies that we were told and how we learned about them. How we called back twice to confirm the delivery date for our move.

I am being ignored by them at this point.

Do you homework. Ready the contract and if they tell you anything different it's a lie. They point to the contact and not the verbal conversation. Protect yourself and do not sue this company.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5200

Was initially given a 7-10 day delivery estimate, took almost a month after numerous delays and in the end, we didnt know what day our stuff was arriving until day of.

Once delivered, we found multiple of my items arrived damaged.

The one positive is we did receive all of our stuff. But we also received items from someone else's move, which is certainly frustrating for the other party.

Terrible experience, would recommend against ever using their services.

We have moved several times over the years and this is by far the Worst experience we've ever had. Eric, the sales person from Florida lied to us. From the quote, to saying he wasn't a broker, he committed Fraud. Now doesn't return phone calls. Have no idea where our house items are going or when they'll be delivered. Rate quoted is being raised by over $700. Also said we would be the only house on the truck and it would come straight to the final location. Now we are told it's going to storage. Kim the dispatcher from NY doesn't return calls. This place is a Nightmare. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else to move you. Run away from this place. If there was a Zero rating, that's what I would give.

I hired Nationwide Moving Services because they were referred to me by everyone I asked. They didn’t disappoint me. The crew arrived right on time on the moving day. The foreman was a very strong and experienced man who was always ready to help with a bright smile on his face. He constantly motivated his men to work faster and more efficiently. I have a lot of belongings. So it took the men quite a while to get through everything. But the men didn’t demand a break or even winced once. They packed everything very creatively. I got the proof of that when everything reached my new house in pristine condition.

We used Nationwide Moving Services while moving out of New Jersey because of our long distance driveway, the smaller Cube size was perfect for our situation. We moved to the Atlanta area and had our cubes stored for a month. Everything went smoothly without one hiccup. We were impressed with the professionalism of everyone on the Nationwide Moving Services team. We had no delays, no damage, and no frustrations whatsoever. We couldn't have been happier with our experience!

I didn’t know much about Nationwide Moving Services. A friend of mine had previously hired them and he highly recommended them. So I had to hire them to move my belongings. I called them and it was really easy to book a slot. The movers arrived right on time and they were hardcore professionals. They efficiently packed up everything from my apartment. I am not the most efficient person in the world. So it’s always a shock seeing how fast and efficiently people can work. They made the delivery on time and all my belongings made it intact. Everyone should just hire these guys and relax throughout their moves.

I had just graduated from college, and was preparing to move from my parent's house to my new place for a job. I don't have a car nor did I know any friends that had a truck or anything big enough to cram all of my stuff in to. Thank god I found Nationwide Moving Services Inc. Their service was affordable even for a recent college graduate, and there movers are nothing but professional. What was really great is they had their own storage containers for my stuff. I would have ended up moving it all in trash bags. You will not go wrong with these guys.

I was so sad that I had to leave my old apartment. On the other hand I was happy as well because I got a new highly paid job. That’s why I needed to move into a new apartment. So I hired Nationwide Moving Services Inc for this. They were really friendly. They packed and delivered all my things safely in my new apartment. Nothing was broken or damaged. They were inexpensive and efficient at the same time. When a company quotes so low, the job is usually carried out in a very inefficient manner. But they really gave me a run for my money. They worked hard to make this happen in a short time. They truly gained my respect.

I didn’t want a lackluster move. So I contacted a lot of moving companies. Most of the good ones charge too high. However, although a really well established company, Nationwide Moving Services Inc has prices that are very affordable! I hired them last month for my move and they provided me the royal treatment. Many fancy moving companies won't be able to compete with their professional attitude. Every little piece of my belongings was meticulously packed and loaded onto their vans. I just don’t understand how they can provide that level of service and charge so low!
