National Express Moving

They never show up. My moving was scheduled on 19th June. They never showed up. Upon constant emailing one company showed up (you can not find the company online). They said the charge will go up atleast 700-1000$ based on how much space it takes on the truck. I did not use their service as I could not rely on them. They might increase the price even more after taking your stuff in the truck. I made a complete inventory list with their manager 2 days before moving. They increased the price even that time and I was fine with it. Next day when I asked for my deposit back

They were extremely rude. They took

My money when they didn’t even provide the service. I strongly recommend not to use their service in any means. I am taking legal action against them to get my money back.

National Express Moving ("NEM") made the process of moving far more stressful than it needed to be. They missed their 2-day pickup window and never called to update or reschedule. After calling repeatedly over a 5 day period to get information on my move and failing to hear back, I lost trust in their ability to perform and was forced to hire an alternative provider (who agreed to perform the same move at 20% less than their net price offering). Upon cancellation of my move because of their failure to perform, I was refused my deposit back. Buyer beware.

Do not use this company! They were supposed to move us on either June 13 or 14 because we had to be out of our house on the 15th. They were supposed to call the day before to let us know what time they would come to move our things and transport our car. They never called. My husband called them and was told the truck broke down and they were looking for another. Never called us though we called them several times being told they are still looking. Found out they are a broker and could not find anyone to take our move or our car. We had to line up a moving truck and people to help load us and someone to transport our car at the last minute. They only want to refund us half of our deposits because "they put in work". Businesses get paid for providing a service, not a quote! Do not use this company!!! We were scammed!

We’re from Ohio and moved across country to Florida. Originally we were told they’d be at our house June 27th and they’ve lied to us all week. We moved down expecting our stuff to be here on the 29th. We’re in limbo because none of our stuff is here and we just assumed they were trustworthy but they’re not. Multiple times they told us they’d be at the house. Customer service is awful, they’ll lie to you just like their salesmen. At least be honest right? We thought. Terrible company I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I’ll leave another review once we get our stuff (if we do). Please save your time and hire more expensive movers so you don’t have to deal with this.

For those that know me know that I do not post on fb often but today I have an excellent reason to. For those ever looking to move long distance do not use national express or any of the companies associated with them. At this point they have had my furniture for 4 business days and have told me there still is no eta as to when it will be delivered as they have to move it from the truck they loaded it to to a different truck which has yet to be done. At no point was any of this mentioned to me. So because abuse of there incompetence I have a choice get a hotel each night or sleep on my floor. They are causing unnecessary mental anguish which you have enough moving across the country.. Not only did they do that they found ways to charge extra on top of extra on top of extra money. They are con artist at best and need to be avoided at all cost. IF ANYONE KNOWS A GOOD LAWYER THAT SPECIALIZES IN THIS STUFF PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME.

Wow, what a terrible company. Took my money as a way of locking in the quote ( $1300) and then another $1300 as an initial deposit. They required another $300 to refine the quote and bring it up to date.

Now I was instructed to wait until I had a call from the movers for a pickup date. This just didn't happen. I had several emails stating there were 'delays' due to their inability to provide a removals company to execute the contract. I waited for FIVE days for national Express Moving to get their act together and then I had to move MYSELF 1000 miles. Never had an explanation or apology from the company. When I tried to get my money back I was told that they would only refund half of what I paid for the second part of my quote. I paid a total of $1600 and received about $650 as a refund.

All this for NO service apart from a quote. Very poor practice and extremely bad customer care. Will never recommend and still looking to YELP them , hopefully right out of business.
